Abstract

The opening-closing accessory is intended to be coupled to the pouring spout (5) of a brick-type package (4) and is comprised of a hollow body (1) with opposite grooves (6, 8) for the passage of the pouring spout (5), and within which is arranged a rotary core (9), having also a diametral opening (10) for the passage of said pouring spout (5). The core (9), to which an external actuation arm (15) is integrally coupled, is susceptible of adopting three positions: one position wherein the opening (10) of the core (9) is aligned with the grooves (6, 8) of the body for the free coupling of the accessory to the brick another position immediately in continuation to the first position and wherein the core (9) can swivel so that a blade (11) cuts the pouring spout (5) in order to open the package, and a third position wherein a rounded side (13) of the core (9) presses the pouring spout (5) against an internal seat (14) of the body thereby choking said pouring spout and sealingly closing the package.
