Emballage fermé en une pièce
La présente invention a pour objet un emballage fermé en une pièce en forme de parallélipipède dans lequel des moyens permettent d'accéder au contenu.
On connaît déjà de tels emballages dans lesquels le contenu est accessible en déchirant une ouverture marquée par une ligne de perforations. En général, le déchirement s'obtient par enfoncement d'une des parties du carton, adjacente à la ligne de perforation. Cette manière de procéder n'est pas toujours possible suivant la nature du contenu, en particulier lorsque celui-ci est rigide. D'autre part, lorsque l'emballage est constitué par un carton assez rigide destiné à protéger le contenu après son ouverture, il peut être assez difficile d'ouvrir le carton sans le détériorer, ce qui compromettrait son emploi ultérieur.
La présente invention a pour objet un emballage fermé en une pièce en forme de parallélipipède présentant des moyens permettant de donner accès au contenu, caractérisé en ce que ces moyens sont formés par un tracé continu non fermé pratiqué sur une partie du pourtour de la boîte et constitué par deux lignes de perforations situées de part et d'autre d'une partie préalablement découpée et destinée à faciliter l'amorçage du déchirement le long de ces lignes.
Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, deux formes d'exécution d'emballages, objet de la présente invention.
La fig. 1 est une vue en perspective de la première forme d'exécution;
la fig. 2 est une vue en perspective de la deuxième forme d'exécution.
L'emballage représenté en fig. 1 se compose de deux demi-parties 1 et 2 reliées par une ligne de charnière 3 en position ouverte. Chacune des parties est destinée à recevoir la moitié du contenu. La partie 2 se trouve initialement dans la position représentée en trait mixte et est maintenue dans le prolongement de la partie 1 par des lignes 4 et 5 ménagées verticalement sur deux côtés latéraux opposés, l'une en face de l'autre et constituées par deux lignes de perforations. La ligne 6 qui rejoint deux extrémités de chacune des lignes perforées est préalablement découpée d'un bord à l'autre de la grande face du parallélipipède afin de faciliter l'amorçage du déchirement le long des lignes 4 et 5 lorsque l'on exerce un couple sur la partie 2, par exemple, dans le sens de la flèche F autour d'un axe formé par la ligne de charnière 3.
Suivant la nature du contenu, on peut pratiquer un dégagement 7 adjacent à la ligne 6 qui joint deux extrémités de chaque ligne 4 et 5, comme représenté sur la partie 2 de l'emballage. Ce dégagement est destiné à faciliter l'enlèvement des objets placés dans l'emballage lorsque ceux-ci ont une forme de bâtonnets, par exemple.
Il est évident que dans ce cas, un dégagement identique sera ménagé sur la partie 1 de l'emballage de l'autre côté de la ligne 6.
Après l'ouverture de l'emballage, dans la position représentée en traits continus, les deux parties 1 et 2 peuvent être remises dans le prolongement l'une de l'autre, lors du rangement de la boîte, en les faisant pivoter autour de la ligne 3 afin de protéger le contenu restant dans cette boîte.
Dans la forme d'exécution représentée en fig. 2, l'emballage est constitué par une boîte parallélipipédique fermée 8 sur une grande face de laquelle sont pratiquées deux lignes parallèles 9 et 10 constituées par des performations. Ces deux lignes se prolongent sur une face latérale il jusqu'à l'arête 14 entre cette face et la grande face cachée du parallélipipède. Les deux lignes 9 et 10 sont reliées à leur autre extrémité par une ligne 12 découpée dans la face latérale 13. Les lignes 9, 10 et 12 forment une languette d'ouverture 15 articulée autour de l'arête 14.
Lors de l'ouverture de la boite, il suffit de saisir l'extrémité préalablement découpée de la languette 16 qui peut faire saillie de la surface du parallélipipède afin de pouvoir la saisir plus facilement et de tirer, provoquant le déchirement de la languette 15 le long des lignes 9 et 10 permettant ainsi d'accéder au contenu de la boîte.
One-piece closed packaging
The present invention relates to a closed package in one piece in the form of a parallelepiped in which means allow access to the contents.

In general, the tear is obtained by driving in one of the parts of the cardboard, adjacent to the line of perforation. The present invention relates to a closed package in one piece in the form of a parallelepiped having means allowing access to the content, characterized in that these means are formed by an unclosed continuous line made on a part of the periphery of the box and consisting of two lines of perforations located on either side of a portion previously cut and intended to facilitate the initiation of the tear along these lines.
The appended drawing represents, by way of example, two embodiments of packaging, object of the present invention.

The packaging shown in fig. 1 consists of two half-parts 1 and 2 connected by a hinge line 3 in the open position. Each of the parts is intended to receive half of the content. Part 2 is initially in the position shown in phantom and is maintained in the extension of part 1 by lines 4 and 5 formed vertically on two opposite lateral sides, one facing the other and formed by two perforation lines. Line 6 which joins two ends of each of the perforated lines is cut beforehand from one edge to the other of the large face of the parallelepiped in order to facilitate the initiation of the tear along lines 4 and 5 when one exerts a torque on part 2, for example, in the direction of arrow F around an axis formed by hinge line 3.
Depending on the nature of the content, a clearance 7 can be made adjacent to line 6 which joins two ends of each line 4 and 5, as shown in part 2 of the packaging. This clearance is intended to facilitate the removal of objects placed in the packaging when these have the shape of sticks, for example.
It is obvious that in this case, an identical clearance will be made on part 1 of the packaging on the other side of line 6.
After opening the packaging, in the position shown in solid lines, the two parts 1 and 2 can be put back into the extension of one another, when the box is stored, by rotating them around line 3 to protect the content remaining in this box.
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 2, the packaging consists of a closed parallelepiped box 8 on a large face of which are formed two parallel lines 9 and 10 formed by perforations. These two lines are extended on a side face il to the edge 14 between this face and the large hidden face of the parallelepiped. The two lines 9 and 10 are connected at their other end by a line 12 cut in the side face 13. The lines 9, 10 and 12 form an opening tongue 15 articulated around the edge 14.
When opening the box, it suffices to grasp the previously cut end of the tongue 16 which can protrude from the surface of the parallelepiped in order to be able to grasp it more easily and to pull, causing the tear of the tongue 15 on it. along lines 9 and 10 thus allowing access to the contents of the box.
