Boîte servant à l'emballage de confiserie.
L'objet de la présente invention est une boîte servant à l'emballage de confiserie, constituée par une feuille de carton, découpée et pourvue de premières lignes de pliage délimi- tant un fond rectangulaire et quatre pans pouvant tre relevés sur les côtés du fond, caractérisée en ce que deux des quatre pans susdits, opposes l'un à l'autre, présentent une anse reliée avec son pan en une seconde ligne de pliage et sortie d'une partie de la feuille, l'une de ces parties présentant une coupure qui s'étend à une certaine distance de son bord extérieur et se poursuit le long de la seconde ligne de pliage jusqu'à deux troisièmes lignes de pliage perpendiculaires à la deuxième et prévues dans la patte délimitée par cette deuxième ligiie de pliage et ladite coupure,
de façon à fournir deux ergots rele- vables, l'autre partie présentant deux dégagements situés de part et d'autre d'une bande parallèle à la deuxième ligne de pliage voisine, celui des dégagements qui est situé entre cette bande et la deuxième ligne de pliage formant une fente dans laquelle peut tre introduite à fond ladite patte, après que les quatre pans ont été repliés sur le contenu, ceux avee les anses en dernier lieu, ladite patte étant ensuite maintenue en place par ses ergots relevés et s'appuyant sur ladite bande.
Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de l'objet de l'invention.
La fig. 1 montre un développement de la feuille de carton dont est constituée la boîte, et
la fig. 2 est une vue en perspective de la boîte fermée.
La boîte représentée est constituée par une feuille de carton, découpée et pourvue de pre mières lignes de pliage 1 délimitant un fond rectangulaire 2 et quatre pans 3,4,5 et 6 pouvant tre relevés sur les côtés du fond 2, des coins 7, pourvus d'une ligne de pliage en diagonale 8, étant prévus entre les parties de ces pans qui sont situées près du fond 2.
Les deux pans 5 et 6, opposés l'un à l'autre, présentent une anse 9 reliée avec son pan le long d'une deuxième ligne de pliage 10 et sortie d'une partie environ semi-circulaire de la feuille. L'une de ces parties présente une coupure 11 qui s'étend à une certaine distance de son bord extérieur 12 et se poursuit le long de la ligne de pliage 10 jusqu'à deux troisièmes lignes de pliage 13 perpendieu- laires à la deuxième, 10, et prévues dans la patte environ semi-circulaire 14 délimitée par r cette deuxième ligne de pliage 10 et ladite coupure 11, de facon à fournir deux ergots relevables 15.
L'autre partie semi-eirculaire présente deux dégagements 16 et 17 situés de part et d'autre d'une bande 18 parallèle à la deuxième ligne de pliage 10 voisine. Le dégagement 16 a sensiblement la forme d'un segment de cercle, tandis que celui 17 qui est situé entre la bande 18 et la deuxième ligne de pliage 10 forme une fente.
Comme il ressort de la fig. 2, on ferme la boîte en repliant les quatre pans 3,4,5 et 6 sur le contenu posé sur le fond 2, ceux 5 et 6 avec les anses 9 en dernier lieu. La patte semi-circulaire 14 peut alors tre introduite à fond dans la fente 17. Elle est ensuite maintenue en place par ses ergots 15, relevés, qui s'appuient sur la bande 18.
La boîte peut tre saisie, pour le transport, par les deux anses 9. Pour l'ouvrir, il suffit d'écarter l'une de l'autre les deux anses. L'une des lignes d'attache de la bande 18 avec son anse se déchire, et les pans 5, 6 puis 3,4 peuvent tre rabattus. Si l'on veut garder la boîte intacte et éviter ladite déchirure, il suffit de rabattre les deux ergots 15 afin de pouvoir retirer la patte 14 de la fente 17.
Comme il ressort de la fig 1, la hauteur d'aucun des pans ne dépasse la dimension du rectangle du fond, mesurée dans la mme direction que la hauteur du pan considéré.
Ainsi la hauteur H des pans3et4nedépasse pas (et est mme inférieure à) la hauteur. H1 du fond 2 ; de mme, la hauteur li des pans 5 et 6 (les anses 9 comprises) ne dépasse pas la hauteur h1 du fond 2. (Dans l'exemple représenté H1=hl paree que le fond est carré). Ceci permet au pâtissier de stocker facilement les boîtes, les quatre pans étant rabattus à plat sur le fond.
Pour éviter que les pans 3,4 tombent sur le contenu, le pan 4 possède un bout 20 faisant patte, celle-ci étant destinée à tre introduite dans une fente 21 pratiquée dans le pan 3. L'ouverture 22 contiguë à la fente 21 facilite l'introduction de la patte 20 dans cette fente.
Il ressort également de la fig. 1 que les quatre pans ont une forme générale en ogive.
La fabrication de la boîte est peu coûteuse et peut se faire en une seule opération sur une presse de découpage.

Fig. 1 shows a development of the cardboard sheet of which the box is made, and

The box shown is made up of a sheet of cardboard, cut and provided with first fold lines 1 delimiting a rectangular bottom 2 and four sides 3, 4, 5 and 6 which can be raised on the sides of the bottom 2, corners 7, provided with a diagonal fold line 8, being provided between the parts of these panels which are located near the bottom 2.
The two sides 5 and 6, opposite to each other, have a handle 9 connected with its side along a second fold line 10 and emerging from an approximately semi-circular part of the sheet. One of these parts has a cut 11 which extends a certain distance from its outer edge 12 and continues along the fold line 10 up to two third fold lines 13 perpendicular to the second, 10, and provided in the approximately semi-circular tab 14 delimited by this second fold line 10 and said cut 11, so as to provide two lifting lugs 15.
The other semi-circular part has two recesses 16 and 17 located on either side of a strip 18 parallel to the second neighboring fold line 10. The undercut 16 has substantially the shape of a segment of a circle, while that 17 which is located between the strip 18 and the second fold line 10 forms a slit.
As can be seen from FIG. 2, the box is closed by folding the four sides 3, 4, 5 and 6 over the content placed on the bottom 2, those 5 and 6 with the handles 9 last. The semi-circular tab 14 can then be fully inserted into the slot 17. It is then held in place by its lugs 15, raised, which bear on the strip 18.
The box can be gripped, for transport, by the two handles 9. To open it, it suffices to move the two handles apart from each other. One of the attachment lines of the strip 18 with its handle tears, and the panels 5, 6 and 3, 4 can be folded back. If you want to keep the box intact and avoid said tearing, it suffices to fold back the two lugs 15 in order to be able to remove the tab 14 from the slot 17.
As emerges from FIG. 1, the height of any of the sections does not exceed the dimension of the rectangle of the bottom, measured in the same direction as the height of the section considered.
Thus the height H of the panels3 and4n does not exceed (and is even less than) the height. H1 from bottom 2; likewise, the height li of the sides 5 and 6 (the handles 9 included) does not exceed the height h1 of the bottom 2. (In the example shown H1 = hl because the bottom is square). This allows the pastry chef to easily store the boxes, the four sides being folded flat on the bottom.
To prevent the panels 3, 4 from falling on the contents, the panel 4 has an end 20 forming a tab, the latter being intended to be inserted into a slot 21 made in the panel 3. The opening 22 adjacent to the slot 21 facilitates the introduction of the tab 20 in this slot.
It also emerges from FIG. 1 that the four sides have a general ogive shape.
The manufacture of the box is inexpensive and can be done in one operation on a die-cutting press.
