La présente invention se rapporte à l'emballage généra- lement quelconque dénommé :paquet ou boite pour cigarettes, cigares ou objets de forme analogue., on connaît la difficulté de retirer une cigarette d'une boîte pleine , la surface cylindrique ou ovale de la cigarette n'offrant pas une prise suffisante pour les doigts.
Les emballages connus présentent en outre l'inconvénient que lorsqu'on désire retirer une cigarette, les autres ci- garettes viennent fatalement en Contact avec les doigts ce qui est évidemment peu hygiènique.
La présente invention a pour but d'obvier à ces incon- vénients. Dans ce but,au moment de l'ouverture de l'emballa- ge,généralement d'une boîte s'ouvrant par le basculement de

son couvercle ou d'un de ses côtés latéraux,la totalité ou une partie des cigarettes prennent une position inclinée par rapport au fond de la boîte de façon qu'au moins les cigarettes de la rangée supérieure ou une partie de celles- ci fassent saillie sur leur logement dans la boîte et puis- sent être retirées sans autre difficulté.
A cet effet entre les cigarettes et le fond de la boite est disposée une(ou plusieurs) feuille de papier ou d'autre matière appropriée dont les extrémités contournent les cigarettes de façon à venir se placer sur la rangée su- périeure de ces dernières, l'extrémité susceptible d'être rabattue dans le même sens que le couvercle de la boite étant fixée à celui-ci de sorte que par le basculement de ce dernier , une traction est exercée sur la dite feuille .
L'extrémité opposée de la feuille étant maintenue sensible- ment immobile par son coincement entre les cigarettes et un des côtés latéraux de la boîte.cette traction provoque- ra l'inclinaison des cigarettes dont les bouts supérieurs faisant saillie pourront être facilement'agrippés par les doigts.
La fixation de la feuille peut être réalisée par oolla- ge ou un autre moyen appr opr ié .
Selon une forme de réalisation différente de la pré- sente invention une languette de longueur appropriée est découpée dans la dite feuille, son extrémité libre est rendue solidaire du couvercle de la boite de sorte que l'ouverture de la boite ne provoque m'inclinaison que des cigarettes disposées sur la dite languette,les autres cigarettes con- servant leur position initiale dans la boîte et étant pro- tégées contre tout contact par les parties de la feuille restant immobile sur la couche supérieure.

Il va de soi qu'au lieu d'une seule languette 9 et une seule découpure 13 plusieurs de celles-ci peuvent être réa- lisées dans la feuille de papier de façon que plusieurs cigarettes se présentent à la fois dans les divers endroits do la. boîte dune leur position inclinée.
Il y a lieu de remarquer que la feuille 4 des figures 1 et 2 ne doit* pas être nécessairement collée le long de son bord entier ,une languette découpée dans cette feuille et fixée au couvercle réalisant le même effet.
L'invention prévoit également une forme de réalisation différente dans laquelle la feuille 4 au lieu d'être fixée directement au couvercle 2. est rendue solidaire de l'extré- mité d'une 'bande,ruban ou moyen équivalent dont l'autre ex- trémité est fixée au couvercle par un moyen approprié ,
Il résulte de ce qui précède qu'en outre de la facilité l'enlèvement des cigarettes et de la protection de ces dernières contre tout contact intempestif des doigts,la présente invention offre l'avantage de pouvoir s'appliquer
