Abstract

The book has a package (1) for storing a gummed paper sheet, where the package has a groove (4) formed parallel to a window (21) for single draw of the sheet to be rolled and permitting to introduce a superior flap (5). A right angle quadrilateral opening (2) is formed in the lower part of the flap for permitting to introduce a tab (12) at the final folding. Another flap with a sized parallel end is provided on the lower part of the package. The package has a housing (22) for receiving a cutting cardboard box strip (13).

Description

The present invention relates to a device for the consumers of

  rolling tobacco. The rolling of cigarettes is made using a gummed sheet watermarked to roll and loose tobacco, sold in bags. For the rolling of their cigarettes, the consumers use their hands skillfully, or a rolling machine provided for this purpose.

  Some of them, realize a cylinder in soft cardboard material which they obtain on various supports: packs of cigarettes, transport tickets, business cards, tickets of the Française des Jeux, etc ..., that they insert at the end of the leaf before rolling the cigarette. This allows consumers to move the tobacco strands away from the edge of their lips. In order to achieve their cylinder, consumers most often deteriorate the top flap of the booklet packaging (used as protection), which leads to the degradation of the gummed leaves filigree to roll which, subject to variations in hygrometry of the ambient atmosphere, can not retain their physical properties (gum no longer sticks to paper). In addition, some of these cardboard materials are printed: either laser or inkjet for advertising purposes or for their utility. These inks found on the various media used by consumers for rolling cylinders, they bring an additional risk when they smoke their cigarette because they are not intended for this purpose. Today, the booklets of unitary sheets sold by tobacconists, do not have a closure system adapted for the protection of watermarked leaves.

  The device according to the invention overcomes these disadvantages. It has indeed according to a first feature a gummed paper sheet unitary printing for rolling cigarettes. This has a groove created on the central facet of the package, parallel to the extraction windows rolling sheets unit. In this way, the upper flap of the packaging is introduced therein, providing a permanent closure of the notebook and thus ensuring total preservation of the gummed sheets watermarked. Inside the packaging, are inserted in a housing provided for this purpose, unitary precut boxes to roll. A tongue will facilitate their extraction. Thus, when the user (both right-handed and left-handed) will pull on the tongue, he will get the boxes without any difficulty. According to two particular embodiments: 1) the precut cardboard units to be rolled can be designed in the form of individual sheets -2- and positioned on the inner or outer facets of the upper flap of the book. Plasticized staples may be provided for fastening the leaflets to the top of the flap of the package. 2) A plastic pouch pasted on its front and placed on the outer central part of the notebook, can also be the packaging mode of the band of pre-cut rolling cartons. The attached drawings illustrate the invention: FIG. 1 represents in perspective, the device of the invention in which the rolling cartons are received internally to the package.

FIGS. 2 and 3 show the device in detail with, respectively, the gummed sheet package according to the invention deployed position and the pre-cut cardboard strip also in the deployed position. Figure 4 shows a variant of this device in which the pre-cut cardboard in the form of sheets are positioned on the inside of the flap of the package.

FIG. 5 shows another variant in which the leaflets are arranged on the outside of the flap of the package. Figure 6 shows another variant in which the cardboard strip is disposed on the underside of the package inside a plastic bag, adhesive on its front. Figure 7 shows a variant in which the cartons may also be offered individually, (bulk). With reference to these drawings, the device comprises a package (1) of roll-fed gummed sheets (FIG 1), in which a housing (22) is provided, or pre-cut rolling boxes (13) are inserted and from its edge opposite the flap (5). In addition on the central face of the package (3), a groove (4) created parallel to the window (21) of the unitary draw of the sheets to be rolled, makes it possible to introduce the upper flap (5), thereby ensuring its permanent closure at final bend. The latter comprises at these opposite ends, a perpendicular or inclined sectional angle (6) to facilitate insertion into said groove (4). In the lower part (23) of the flap (5), a quadrilateral orifice (2) at right angles is provided, which allows to introduce the tongue (12) to the final fold. Figure 2 shows the unfolded package. On the lower part of the package (1), a flap (9) with parallel glued ends (10) tends to cover the entire central portion (3) at the fold. On the opposite side of the flap (5), the flaps (8) have a fold (11) in parallel and symmetry, thus constituting said housing (22) ensuring a minimum clearance, for the insertion or extraction of the pre-cut cardboard strip (13) (Fig. 3). The outer facets of the flaps (8) are glued (10), in order to receive folding the flap (9) in its front. The (Fig. 3) represents the unitary precut boxes to be rolled. A cardboard strip (13) folded accordionally (14) so as to have a dimension equal to or slightly smaller than that of the package and perforated in its entirety horizontally and vertically (15), to allow unit pre-cutting ( 16) boxes. A tab (12) made in a single operation during the manufacture of the paperboard strip (13) constitutes its extraction mode once inserted inside the package, in the housing (22) (between the central part (3) and the upper part (23)). By way of non-limiting example, the cardboard strip will have dimensions of the order of 30 cm for its length and 6 cm for its width. Folded in accordions in its width every 4 cm, the cartons to roll will have dimensions of about 2 cm for its width and height.

According to the variants illustrated in FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, the pre-cut unitary rolled cartons (16) stacked in the form of bundles (20) can be positioned on the internal or external facets of the flap (5) which will be held by fixing means such as, for example, plasticized staples ( 18). Claims (12)
