Device for ventilation of building rooms The invention relates to a device provided with a motor-driven fan arrangement for ventilating building rooms, in particular stable rooms, in which an axial fan sucks in the exhaust air from the building via a vertically downwardly directed exhaust air suction duct and to a substantially Lichen horizontally outward exhaust pressure channel promotes, which is arranged under a fresh air channel also led to the outside, through which the fresh air is sucked into the building space by the negative pressure created by the axial fan in the building.
It is known in such ventilation devices to connect the fresh air duct and the exhaust air pressure channel through a connecting channel and to control the fresh air channel, the exhaust air pressure channel and the connecting channel by means of a double flap designed as a double-armed lever via inter mediate positions that when the connection channel is closed one flap half of both the fresh air duct and the horizontal exhaust air pressure duct are fully open, while in the other end position of the double flap this flap half closes the horizontal exhaust air duct and the other flap half closes the fresh air duct.
In the known Einrich lines of this type, the axial fan with a vertical axis of rotation in the vertical exhaust air suction duct is angeord net. Although this resulted in a favorable mounting of the double flap, the risk could arise that the axial fan, which is relatively close to the intake opening, caused drafts on the floor of the building, in particular in the immediate vicinity of the intake opening. In addition, the cross-section of the vertical exhaust air suction duct had to be based on the diameter of the fan.
The dimensions of the exhaust air intake duct therefore interfered with a loan of needs. Particularly annoying were the relatively large dimensions of the air suction duct in buildings with fixed installations, such. B. in stalls with poultry batteries or in cattle stalls with boxes.
As a rule, such ventilation devices are also seen with adjustable-speed fans, the speed of the fan being adjusted in particular as a function of the internal temperature of the building space. This can result in a further disadvantage that has an adverse effect on the ventilation flow. If the delivery rate is low and the fan speed is low, the inflow speed of the air decreases, so that the sucked in air flow very soon approaches the floor of the building in a short curved path.
Due to the same circumstances, i.e. with a relatively low flow rate of the fan, the discharge nozzle was not flowed through over its entire width due to the small flow rates, but preferably in the middle, or even with a small amount of fresh air due to the rotating action of the fan in a corner of the nozzle body provided for the outflow air.
Finally, in some cases, as a result of the fact that the air outlet and air inlet openings are close to one another outside the building, contamination of the incoming air by suspended particles from the outgoing air cannot always be avoided.
The invention has the task of improving the flow and distribution of the air of such ventilation devices within the building space and to ensure that when fresh air is drawn in, it is practically ensured that the amount of fresh air sucked in is not contaminated by the exiting air .
This task is to be achieved while ensuring the property that the complete Belüftungseinrich device can be delivered divided into built-in units that can be easily assembled on site.
The object is achieved according to the invention in that the axial fan is arranged in that part of the horizontal exhaust air pressure duct which is located approximately in the area of the building wall. In this way, the fan is approximately in the middle between the suction opening of the exhaust air suction channel and the air outlet opening of the nozzle body, so that drafts are largely avoided and the air sucked in by the fan without drafts is evenly distributed to the air outlet opening of the nozzle body.
In addition, the exhaust air suction duct can be designed with extremely small dimensions and, in particular, very low in this way, so that its installation does not cause any difficulties even in building spaces that are provided with permanent fixtures.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the connecting channel consists of an opening which is provided in partition walls between the fresh air channel and the horizontal exhaust air pressure channel. It is advisable to assign the bearing point of the double flap on that side of the connecting channel that faces away from the building wall. In this way, the connecting channel can begin immediately next to the building wall and still has good accessibility to the storage points for the double flap.
The device according to the invention can be improved in that the fresh air outflow opening of a nozzle body protruding into the building space to be ventilated can be closed by means of a pivotably mounted flap held in place with a weight or a spring, the pivot axis of the flap being along its lower edge . In this way, an essentially constant overpressure is ensured in the nozzle body. The lower the amount of air conveyed by the fan, the less the flap opens and the more the amount of air emerging from the opening of the nozzle body is deflected upwards.
The nozzle body is expediently provided in its interior with several air baffles, which contribute to the uniform distribution of the amount of air to be flowing in each case to the nozzle body over its entire cross section and its entire width.
The air intake openings in the fresh air duct are advantageously arranged facing away from the exhaust opening in the exhaust air pressure duct. If the exhaust air pressure duct and the exhaust opening are directed upwards and away from the building wall, then the fresh air inlet openings are directed downwards and towards the building wall, so that the amount of fresh air drawn in is not only not exposed to mixing with the exhaust air flowing out , but it is also withdrawn from external influences such as wind and driving rain.
Based on the drawing, an embodiment of the invention will be explained with example. 1 shows a section through the subject of the invention with the double flap open, FIG. 2 a section similar to FIG. 1, but with the double flap closed, FIG. 3 a section through the outlet opening of the nozzle with the pendulum flap closed, on a larger scale 4 shows a diagrammatic, partially sectioned representation of the subject matter of the invention, with the building wall omitted, seen from the outside, with an open double flap and a closed pendulum flap,
5 shows a diagrammatic representation of the air outflow opening of the nozzle with the pendulum flap open, also on a larger scale; FIG. 6 shows an exploded view of the subject matter of the invention; which also illustrates the way in which the individual parts of the ventilation device are individually manufactured and assembled on the spot.
In the figures, 1 denotes the building room and 2 denotes a building wall. The ventilation device, generally designated 3, consists essentially of a middle or main box 5 which is inserted into an opening 6 in the building wall 2 and which serves to support an axial fan 11 and a double flap 20. On the inwardly facing side of this central box 5, a suction channel box 4 and a nozzle body 8 are attached in a manner described in more detail below, while on the outwardly facing side of the central box 5, an outer box 28 is attached in some way, the union in wesent union an air outlet opening 14 is used.
The individual boxes are preferably made of sheet metal, but can also be made of, in particular, glass fiber reinforced synthetic resin.
The sheet metal box 5 has a short horizontal partition wall 29 after the building space 1, above which the nozzle body 8 is attached to the center box 5, which is used for the entry of fresh or ventilation air into the building space 1 and opens into an opening 9. Below the partition 29, the suction duct box 4 is attached to the telkasten 5 with.
The center box 5 has on the side facing the building space 1, two parallel to one another of the flanges 30, 31. The flange 30 lies against the building wall 2 from the inside, the flange 31 serves to fasten the nozzle body 8 and the suction channel box 4. The box 4 forms an exhaust air suction channel 7, the upper end of which into a horizontal exhaust air pressure channel part 10 formed by the central box 5 opens, in which the axial fan 11 is built with a substantially horizontal axis of rotation. The axial fan is accordingly mounted in the area of the building wall 2.
The outer box 28 has a horizontal air pressure duct part 12, which is a continuation of the horizontal exhaust air duct part 10 of the central box 5. At the end of the exhaust air pressure duct part 12, a deflector plate 13 is provided which deflects the exhaust air exiting via the opening 14 upwards.
A horizontal fresh air duct 15 is also provided above the outer box 28 by means of an attachment plate 32 and is connected to the outside atmosphere via two openings 16 (FIGS. 4 and 6) which are provided with a grille. The two fresh air openings are perpendicular to the plane of the drawing in FIGS. 1 and 2 and can be seen in FIGS. 4 and 6. For this purpose, the top plate 32 extends on both sides beyond the outer box 28.
The exhaust pressure duct 10, 12 and the fresh air duct 15 are connected to each other by a connecting duct 17, which begins immediately behind the Ge blower 11 and the short partition 29 and in the exemplary embodiment only consists of an opening in the partition walls 18 and 29 between the From air pressure duct 10, 12 and the fresh air duct 15 is seen before. At the end of the connecting opening 17 facing away from the building wall 2, the bearing point 19 for a double flap is located in the central box 5, which is generally designated 20 and consists of the two flap halves 21 and 22.
In the illustration of Fig. 1, the double flap 20 is in its one end position. In this end position, the connecting channel 17 is blocked by the flap half 22. The flap half 21 lies tightly against the partition 18 and the flap half 22 is supported on a bevel of the partition 29. In this end position of the double flap 20, the exhaust air pressure channel 12, 10 and the fresh air inlet channel 15 are fully open.
In Fig. 2, the other end position of the double flap 20 is shown. In this end position, the fresh air inlet duct 15 is blocked by the flap half 22, while the double flap half 21 closes the air pressure duct 10, 12. In this position, the entire amount of exhaust air that has been sucked by the Axialge blower 11 from the building space 1 is conveyed back through the nozzle body 8 and the opening 9 in the building space.
In particular from FIGS. 3 and 5 it can be seen that the opening 9 of the nozzle body 8 can be closed by a pendulum flap 24 which is pivotably mounted on its lower edge and is provided with a counterweight 23. The pendulum flap ensures a constant overpressure in the nozzle body 8, the outflowing air pushes the pendulum flap against the effect of the weight 23 from its vertical position, the extended upper cover surface 25 of the nozzle body 8 prevents the air from passing through the inclined position Pendulum flap 24 is deflected upwards. A lateral evasion of the air flow is prevented by the extended side cheeks 26 of the nozzle body 8.
The nozzle body 8 is also provided with several perpendicular baffles 27 (Fig. 4 and 5), which begin at the transition of the fresh air duct 15 to the nozzle body 8, ie in the inner area of the building wall 2, and mutually diverging approximately parallel to the air flow extend up to the outlet opening 9 of the nozzle body 8.
