Trough-shaped body for channeling electrical cables The invention relates to a channel-shaped body for channeling electrical cables.
Such channel-shaped bodies are often used in the construction of electrical systems in buildings in order to support the electrical lines and cables together and to encase them so that they are protected from damage or hidden from view.
One difficulty, however, is that the elec trical lines or cables are difficult to control after they are arranged in a channel and are difficult to access, which is necessary to carry out an expansion or any repair of the electrical system. In addition, certain precautions must be taken at Kabelkanä len with flat bottom, if later on the channel-shaped bodies Be lighting fittings, contact boxes and the like. who must be attached.
For this purpose, the bottom of the channel-shaped body is usually provided with parts that can be pushed away.
The invention aims to improve the known cable tray and to eliminate the difficulties mentioned be.
For this purpose, according to the invention, the gutter-shaped body is composed of two strip-like under practically paralle len, transversely profiled side walls, between which a number of elongated, under we at least practically parallel, transversely profiled bottom parts extends, which bottom parts connect the side walls with each other and thereby with their ends protrude into the profile of the two side walls.
According to the invention, a side wall can have an isosceles U-profile with edges bent towards one another, the edge of the larger's angle being provided with openings into which the profile of the base parts fits.
According to the invention, the bent edge of the larger leg of the U-profile can denteile extend with a abge angled edge part over the inserted part of the Bo, which parts are connected to each other. A bottom part can also consist of a rectangular tube with an open seam.
Furthermore, the bottom parts can be inserted into the openings in the side walls, alternating with the seam inwards and outwards.
The invention is explained with reference to the drawing using an exemplary embodiment.
The drawing shows a partially torn channel-shaped body according to the invention in the show picture.
The channel-shaped body is composed of two strip-shaped, transversely profiled side walls 1, 2 which are at least practically parallel to one another. The side walls, like the other parts of the channel-shaped body, are made of sheet metal with little zinc blossom (<Sendzimir galvanized with muffle lacquer, which gives an anti-corrosive result under normal atmospheric conditions.
Each of the side walls has a non-isosceles transverse profile with edges 3 and 4 bent towards each other. The edge 4 of the larger arm 5 is provided with openings 6 which are arranged at regular intervals over the edge. The profile of the base parts 7, which consist of rectangular tube parts with a wide open seam 8, fits into the openings 6. The ends of each pipe part are each inserted into an opening 6 of a side wall 1 and 2 and are captured therein by the angled part 9 of the edge 4, which part extends over the inserted part of the pipe parts 7 and on it with rivets 10 or in another Way is attached.
In this way the side walls are connected to one another and a uniform dressing is obtained. The bottom parts 7 face alternately with the seam 8 of the inside and the outside of the cable duct obtained. The side walls are also provided with openings 11, which allow through fastening elements with which the channel-shaped parts can be connected to one another to form a channel.
As a result of the measures according to the invention, lighting fittings, partition walls, junction boxes and the like can be conveniently used in a known manner. be attached to the profiled floor.
When using the trough-shaped body for a riser duct or a riser pipe, the profile base is very practical because the cables can be attached using brackets at any desired distance.
If desired, parts of the profile floor can be omitted or removed so that cables can be routed through the floor to the outside, e.g. B. for routing the cable to box batteries, Ma machines and the like.
Furthermore, when using the invention in new buildings, no complaints from cement water will occur.
It is also possible to check the content of the channels from the outside.
The channel-shaped bodies can be easily encompassed on the shorter side of the unequal-sided U-profile by suspension or fastening elements with which the channels can be arranged on horizontal and vertical walls.
