Bauelementensatz für eine Wand
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Bauelementensatz für eine Wand, vorzugsweise eine Trennwand, bei welcher zwei Deckplattensysteme im Abstand voneinander durch quer zur Wandrichtung verlaufende U-Profile gehalten werden. Der Zwischenraum zwischen den beiden Deckplattensystemen kann dann mit irgendeinem Isoliermaterial, wie z. B. Glaswolle oder Schaumstoff, ausgefüllt werden.
Es ist bereits vorgeschlagen worden, an den Schenkeln derartiger U-Profile weitere wesentlich kleinere U-Profile zu befestigen, u. zw. jeweils mit dem einen Schenkel, so dass sich das kleinere U-Profil in die Verlaufsrichtung der Wand oder in die entgegengesetzte Richtung öffnet. In diese kleineren U-Profile werden dann die Deckplatten eingeschoben.
Nachteilig ist dabei, dass die äusseren Schenkel der kleineren U-Profile, die schon aus Festigkeitsgründen vorzugsweise aus Blech gefertigt werden müssen, von aussen zu erkennen sind, und ferner ist an

Erfindungsgemäss werden diese Nachteile vermieden und die Montage eines derartigen Bauelementensatzes noch mehr vereinfacht, dadurch, dass aussen an den Schenkeln der U-Profile in deren Verlaufsrichtung kleinere U-Profile mit leicht einwärts gebogenen und an den Enden parallel zur Wand abgewinkelten U-Schenkeln (Hut-Profile) mit ihren Basisflächen befestigt sind, wobei die durch die Einwärtsbiegungen gebildeten Nuten jeweils den Endteil einer Deckplatte und gegebenenfalls den Anfangsteil der nächsten aufnehmen, und dass schliesslich eine Deckleiste das U-Profil abdeckt und mit federnd auseinandergespreizten Beinen in dieses eingeschnappt ist.
Erfindungsgemäss können die Hut-Profile aus Blech bestehen und an Schenkeln der gleichfalls aus Blech gefertigten U-Profile angeschraubt sein. Eine solche Verschraubung ist sehr einfach zu bewerkstelligen und lässt sich mit Hilfe besonderer Vorrichtungen durchführen, ohne dass vorgebohrt werden muss. Bei der Montage ist es nicht nötig, die Deckplatten mühselig in irgendwelche Schienen hineinzuschieben ; man legt sie vielmehr einfach an die Schenkel des Hut-Profils an, u. zw. derart, dass zwischen einer Deckplatte und der nächsten eine genügend grosse Lücke zurEinbringungdesHut-Profils übrigbleibt.
Anschliessend wird dann das Hut-Profil angeschraubt, und schliesslich wird die Deckleiste in das sich leicht trapezförmig nach aussen verjüngende Hut-Profil mit ihren federnd auseinandergespreizten Beinen einschnappen lassen.

4In Fig. 4 ist im Schnitt von oben gesehen der-artige Anschluss einer Trennwand an eine andere unter Verwendung des Bauelementensatzes nach der Erfindung dargestellt. Die aus den Deckplatten 18 und 18'gebildete Trennwand ist durch ein U-Profil 2 versteift, wobei die Montage auf der einen Seite, wie in Fig. 2 beschrieben, mit Hilfe eines Hut-Profils 7 vorgenommen wurde, welches mit Hilfe der Schraube 9 an den U-Schenkel 6 angeschraubt ist. Auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite sind jedoch die beiden Deckenplatten 18, 18' zwischen den U-Schenkeln 6 und der Basis 2' eines weiteren U-Profils geklemmt, an dessen Schenkel 6'mit Hilfe der Schrauben 9, ähnlich wie in Fig. 1 dargestellt, Bauelementensätze gemäss der Erfindung für die T-förmig anstossende Trennwand angebracht sind.
Die Hut-Profile sind seitwärts wieder mit Abdeckleisten 12 abgedeckt.
