A method for producing a mold, in particular a mold for plasterboard, and a mold produced by this method. B. are used to cast plasterboard, have a steel frame into which a rubber plate is pressed.
The pressing of the rubber plates into the steel frame is cumbersome and the rubber plates also have the disadvantage that they warp when the molds are used. These disadvantages sol len eliminated by the invention and such casting molds, in particular those for the production of plasterboard, should be improved while facilitating their production.
The invention relates to a method for producing a mold, in particular a casting mold for plasterboard, with a steel frame and a separate base plate, according to which a base plate made of hardenable rubber, plastic or organic glass is used, which is provided with holes into which plugs from Rubber or plastic are used, on which base plate the steel frame is placed.
This method eliminates the need to make a steel model, and the plugs that are intended to be inserted into the holes in the base plate can easily be replaced if they are damaged or break off while working with the mold. In addition, plates of any size can be produced using this process without having to make a special steel shape every time.
The invention also relates to a form produced by the method, which is characterized in that it consists of a base plate made of hardenable rubber, plastic or organic glass, which has holes into which plugs are inserted, which have a head and a cylindrical or pris have matic neck, and a steel frame placed on this base plate.
In the drawing, an embodiment of a mold produced by the method according to the invention and parts of such are provided. 1 shows a vertical section through part of a mold for casting plasterboard, FIG. 2 shows a view of a plug for this form, and FIGS. 3 to 5 cross-sectional representations of the necks of different plugs, the correspondingly different hole patterns in the finished cast Plate revealed.
The shape shown in Fig. 1 has a base plate 1 made of curable rubber, in particular oil-resistant rubber, which should not be too soft, made of plastic or an organic glass, which is provided with holes 3, in which plug 7 made of rubber , and preferably oil-proof rubber, or plastic are used. A steel frame 6 is placed on this base plate 1, which gives the lateral limita- tion of the plasterboard to be cast.
The plug 7 have a head 4, which rests on the bottom of the Bo denplatte 1 and .den 7 secures the plug in the correct position in the base plate 1. Two types of plug 7 are provided, namely those which are used to create the holes in the plasterboard to be cast, which are used for inserting the screws by means of which the plasterboard z.
B. is to be attached to a wall, are determined, and those which are used to create the holes of sound-absorbing plasterboard. Screws with a countersunk head are usually used to attach the plasterboard.
The first-mentioned type of plug 7 has a seated in the relevant hole 3 of the base plate 1, cylindrical neck 5 with a protruding over the base plate 1, also cylindrical extension 2, which provides the cavity in the plasterboard serving to receive the head of a fastening screw, and one on this neck 5 or its extension 2 sitting, long, thinner part 8, which gives the cavity for receiving the threaded part of the fastening screw in the plasterboard.
The second-mentioned type of plug 7 has a neck 5 seated in the relevant hole in the base plate 1 and a tapered part 2 seated thereon, which results in a narrowing hole in the plasterboard.
The plugs 7 can be produced in any shape and size and can be inserted in the required number in the base plate 1 provided with a corresponding number of holes 3. To produce plasterboards of different sizes, you only need steel frames of different sizes.
The plug 7 of the second type need not necessarily have a cylindrical neck 5 with protruding extension 2 over the base plate 1, but their neck 5 and extension 2 can have any cross-section. In Fig. 2, for example, such a plug is shown, the neck 5 has a prismatic shape and the extension tion 2 is limited on both sides by mutually inclined oblique surfaces.
Such a plug results in holes of rectangular shape in the plasterboard, which narrow symmetrically in their longitudinal direction. 3 shows a cross section through a plug which results in elongated holes with rounded edges in the plasterboard.
Fig. 4 shows the cross-shaped cross section through a plug, such as those used for the production of perforated plasterboard with a cross pattern, while Fig. 3 shows a star-shaped plug cross-section.
The invention is not limited to the exemplary embodiments illustrated and described here, but can be modified in many ways. A Herge according to the inventive method presented form can, for. B. can also be used for the production of perforated concrete slabs.
