Description

Verfahren zum Verdübeln von Eisenbahnschwellen. Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Verdübeln von Eisenbahnschwellen durch Dübel mit Haftrillen und Längsbohrung, die ohne Aufbohrung des Schwellenloches in die Schwelle getrieben werden, unter Anwendung des Einschlaggerätes nach dem Patent 4153a5. Es ist bekannt, Einschlagdübel länglichen Querschnitts ohne Aufbohrung des Loches in die Schwellen zu schlagen. Die in der Schwellenrichtung liegende Achse des Querschnitts wurde in der Regel mit 27 mm, die kürzere Achse mit 22 mm gewählt. Man wagte bisher nicht, unter diese Abmessungen zu gehen, da der Dübel naturgemäß beim Einschlagen einer erheblichen Beanspruchung und der Gefahr einer Zersplitterung ausgesetzt war. Das im Patent 415325 beschrie` bene Einschlaggerät ermöglicht es jedoch, die Abmessungen des Dübels derart zu verringern, daß er der Erfindung gemäß durch das Loch der Unterlegplatte in die Schwelle eingeschlagen werden kann, ohne daß die Unterlegplatte gelöst und zur Seite geschoben zu werden braucht. Dieses erforderte, trotzdem häufig nur eines der an einer Unterlegplatte befindlichen Schwellenlöcher ausgeweitet ist, bisher ein Herausschrauben und Wiedereinschrauben auch der noch nicht gelockerten Schraube, worunter die Schwelle leidet. Deshalb wird durch das neue Verfahren nicht nur erheblich an Zeit gespart, sondern auch der Baustoff geschont.Method for dowelling railway sleepers.
