Equipment for stacking, drying and emptying agricultural storage goods, in particular hay
The invention relates to a device for stacking, drying and emptying agricultural storage goods, in particular hay, with a silo-like storage space with a central rotating shaft for guidance and for anchoring. a bell that forms a central ventilation shaft as well as for driving a circulating distributor for the introduced material and an emptying device.
Such silo-like storage rooms are known. Here, the drying air introduced through the central shaft flows roughly horizontally through the stacked goods to the outside and is diverted through openings in the silo wall. When emptying the silo. The material arrives in the shaft by means of a clearing device, at the lower end of which it is automatically removed by a conveying device.
The invention has the purpose of creating a device with which not only emptied in the known manner via the central shaft and can be promoted to away from the silo lying low consumption points, but the emptying can be done in a ring along the entire inner circumference of the silo.
This is achieved by the fact that arcuate diaphragms can be attached to radial arms approximately at the level of the bell, which, when the silo is filled, rotate with the shaft at a distance from the inner wall of the same so that a free annular space is created between the silo wall and the outer surface of the stacked goods - stands, while during emptying the radial arms are used to accommodate a clearing device that conveys the material through the annular space.
The circumferential diaphragms expediently consist of a cylinder piece which is bent conically outward in the upper part and which has a clamping sleeve at one end for sliding onto the associated radial arm and at the other end a strut which is supported against the inner part of the radial arm.
As a clearing device, vertical clearing wheels provided with radial rake-like prongs and arranged at an angle to the direction of movement on the material can serve, several of which on the individual radial ones. Arms are detachably attached to downwardly directed pipe socket. The clearing wheels of the individual radial arms can be offset against one another and in such numbers; be arranged so that the entire obscure end face of the stored goods is cleared evenly. ar is.
The clearing wheels are arranged in two dimensions so that they can be swiveled into the mirror position by means of the pipe socket carrying them, so that in one position they can be pushed towards the periphery and in the other position towards the central shaft.

16 shows, on a larger scale, an illustration of the drive of the bell corresponding to FIG. 7.
The feed silo 1 shown in FIGS. 1, 4, 14, according to FIG. 14, consists of a frame made of pipes 2 and profile iron 3, which has a closed outer skin 4. suitable material, e.g. B. Asbestement is provided. In the foundation 5 of the silo or under a special cover, a fan 6 is provided with an air duct 8 opening in the middle of the silo. In the middle of the silo 7 there is a thrust bearing 9 for a central tubular shaft 10 which runs in a further bearing 11 at the upper end. The rotary movement of the tubular shaft 10 is brought about by an electric motor 12 attached directly to the thrust bearing 9 or via a chain drive 13, FIG. 7.
To form the central air shaft 15 required for effective ventilation and drying of the stored goods 14, a bell 16 that can be moved up and down is provided on the tubular shaft 10. This bell consists of an uneven, open, cylindrical hollow body, expediently in the form of a framework made of light metal with a plastic coating that extends through. the blower air is pressed against the introduced material and thus a good seal of the upper end of the air shaft 15 is guaranteed.
The up and down movement of the bell 16 is carried out simultaneously with the rotary movement of the tubular shaft 10, which can be reversed in both directions of rotation, by the electric motor 12, e.g. B. continuously by a worm or intermittently according to FIG. 16. Here, in the lower part of the tubular shaft 10, a small worm 17 is attached laterally, the worm gear 18 drives a shaft 19 with a sprocket 20, the chain 21 of which at the upper end of the Tubular shaft 10 runs over a further chain wheel 22 (FIG. 1) and takes the bell 16 with it.
The worm 17 is driven step by step via the gears 23, 24 and a cross beater 25, which is driven as the tubular shaft 10 rotates according to the number of stop pins 26.
The silo is filled via a blower chopper (not shown) and the pipeline 27 into a distributor 28 provided in the roof space of the silo, rotating with the tubular shaft 10. The speed of the upward movement of the bell 16 is measured according to the filling speed, so that the stacked goods 14 collapse sufficiently is as soon as the bell releases the interior, so that then, gradually, a cylindrical shaft 15 formed by the dry material itself is created, which has no structural parts and whose entire surface 30 is available for the passage of the trooken air coming from the fan 6.
The escape of dry air through the shaft 15 is prevented by the bell 16 at the top of the shaft. Instead of compressed air, suction air with the opposite flow direction can also be used in a known manner.
An annular space 32, which is left free between the inner wall of the silo 1 and the outer surface 31 of the stacked goods 14 during the filling of the silo, is used to discharge the dry air 33, which is connected at the lower end to the outside air or a round stall 34 and which has a ring-shaped feeding trough 35 Has the lower end of the annular space 32. The material can therefore be ended up directly in the feed trough via the annular space 32. In addition, 4 openings 50 (FIGS. 4, 14) can be provided in the upper part of the silo wall in a known manner in order to discharge the dry air 33, or one; Of, opening 51 between roof 52 and upper edge 53 of the silo wall.
The formation of the annular space 32 while the silo is being filled is achieved by three diaphragms 36 which are attached to three radial arms 37 offset by m 120¯ of a hub 38 which is longitudinally displaceable on the tubular shaft 10 but which encircles it. The hub 38 can also simultaneously serve to fasten the bell 16 and is then connected to the chain drive 21, which in this case is reversible. The radial arms 37 are easily detachable inserted in clamping sleeves 39 of the hub 38. At the outer end of the radial arms 37, the diaphragms 36 are also removably attached with a clamping sleeve 40.
The diaphragms consist of a cylindrical piece 42 bent conically outwards in the upper part 41 (FIG. 9), which at the front end, seen in the direction of rotation, the socket 40 and at the straight end. one against the inner part of the radial arm 37 b. ei 48 (Fig. 3.8) supporting strut 43 has. As the baffles circulate while the silo is being filled, the stacked goods 14 are given a relatively smooth outer surface 31 at a distance from the silo wall, so that the desired annular space 32 is created for the discharge of the dry air and for emptying the goods.
After the silo contents 14 have been filled and dried, the bell 16 and the three diaphragms 36 are removed and the three radial arms 37 are rotated 180 about their longitudinal axis. As a result, the pipe nozzles 44 attached to each arm 37 with a corresponding offset (in the example there are 3 each) come into a position pointing vertically downwards. These pipe sockets 44 serve to support the clearing wheels 45, which consist of conical wheel disks with radial, rake-like prongs 46.
The clearing wheels 45 sit at an angle to the direction of movement according to FIG. 5/12, so that when the radial arms 37 rotate clockwise 47 with the clearing wheels 45, the top layer of the stored goods 14 is cleared after the outer annular space 32 and directly into the at the bottom. attached feed channel 35 falls.
If the clearing wheels 45 are brought into their mirror position shown in FIGS. 6 and 13 and then allowed to revolve clockwise 47 again, they are fed to the central air shaft 5 through which the stacked goods 14 are then provided in the foundation 5 Air duct 8, from where it is conveyed, for example, by a conveyor device 55, 56, according to FIG. 15, can be conveyed to feeding places provided away from the silo.
In the example, each radial arm 37 is shown with three clearing wheels 45 each, which must be arranged in such a number and offset from one another in such a way that the entire upper end face of the stack of goods 14 can be cleared evenly.
The clearing wheels 45 are fastened according to FIG. 1.1 by means of a quick-release axle and locking nuts.
