Procedure for replacing an interlocking in operation with a track diagram interlocking with points relay groups for turnout drives of a different design When replacing an obsolete but still in operation interlocking with a modern interlocking, mechanically set points are converted to electrical operation, and in many cases the ones that are present in electrical interlockings Switch drives were expanded and new drives of a different design were installed, with the actuating and / or monitoring voltages of the old and new drives being mostly different. This is the case, for example, when an electric lever interlocking with DC drives is replaced by a track diagram interlocking with switch relay groups for three-phase drives.
Therefore, even when replacing an electrical signal box with a track diagram signal box, none of the signal boxes can be used to control and monitor the drives provided for the other signal box. So far it has been customary, as long as the interlocking to be replaced is still in operation, to temporarily install and adapt every new switch operation in times of low traffic. It will then be expanded again and will be kept ready until the transfer of operations from the old to the new signal box. Only when the new interlocking is put into operation are all mechanical actuating devices or old drives finally replaced by the new drives.
This method has the disadvantage that when commissioning large interlocking systems, the use of many Mon day forces is necessary so that the final change takes place in the shortest possible time. In addition, the temporary change of the drives is an undesirable operational hindrance. This is especially the case with the entrance points of a train station, which are particularly heavily loaded. For this reason, there is a desire on the part of the railway administrations to avoid the difficult conditions before and during the commissioning of a new signal box.
The method according to the invention avoids the disadvantages described by the fact that the new point drives are installed before the switchgear switchboard is commissioned and connected to the associated relay groups in an adjustable manner, and that then, until the switchboard is put into operation, the switches are changed over by the switchboard to be replaced on the white relay groups of the switchboard.
With this method, a new switch mechanism is definitely installed when the associated switch relay group is operational, d. H. when it is connected to the power source of the new interlocking and the connecting lines from the new interlocking to the turnout are laid. In the case of electrical interlockings to be replaced, a relay device can be provided per Wei, which is connected to the switch control and monitoring circuit of the interlocking to be replaced instead of the removed drive, in the case of a standing order by switching contacts, the switching of this drive is imitated and the control order with further contacts passes on to the relay group of the track diagram control unit.
If, in addition, contacts are arranged in the monitoring circuits of the turnout circuit of the interlocking to be replaced, which are dependent on the position of the turnout control and / or monitoring relays of the switchboard interlocking, the interlocking to be replaced can be used in its existing form until the switchboard is put into operation remain in operation. The normal occupation of a construction site is sufficient to replace the drives one after the other, connect the relay devices and switch the new drives to operational status.
On the day the new interlocking is put into operation, all the dependencies need to be activated there and the auxiliary connections between this and the interlocking to be replaced must be switched ineffective.
An embodiment of the invention is explained below with reference to the drawing.
Fig. 1 shows in a block diagram schematically the existing state after the installation of a new switch drive until the commissioning of the new track diagram interlocking. Instead of a dismantled point drive, a relay device R arranged in the track image signaling unit GS is connected to an electric lever interlocking AS to be replaced. If the switch lever for the dismantled drive is moved in the interlocking to be replaced, contacts are actuated in the relay device R, which imitates the switching of the drive, which are assigned to the NA assigned to the installed drive Point relay group WG, e.g. B. act on the corresponding partial route setting relay, so that the drive is switched to the position corresponding to the lever position, but not locked.
After the switch has been switched, the relay group WG reports the existing switch position to the old switchboard by closing contacts, where this message is monitored. The changeover process and the respective end position can be displayed in the positioning table T of the track signal box. The buttons or switches of this table are expediently switched ineffective during this transitional state in order to prevent conflicting standing orders from being triggered in the new and old signal box.
Fig. 2 shows more details for the case that an electrical interlocking with mechanical locking register is replaced by a track diagram interlocking in track plan circuit. In these newly developed interlockings, the turnout relay groups contain relays for setting, locking, defining and releasing the routes as well as relays for establishing edge protection dependencies. For example, flank protection control relays are provided which are controlled by other points seeking protection at a point and, in addition to placing the activated safety point in the protective layer, also cause it to close.
The operation of these two types of control systems is known, so that only the parts required for understanding the subject matter of the invention need to be illustrated or explained.
For controlling and monitoring the old DC drive AA with the armature A, the field windings F1 and F2 as well as the contacts m1 and m2 controlled by the drive via lines 1 to 4 A switch lever with the inevitably moving contacts a1 and a2 and a monitoring relay U are provided in the interlocking AS to be replaced. The contacts b1 to b3 are actuated by an electromagnetically controlled voltage change relay (not shown) that switches on either the control voltage or the monitoring voltage. The DC control voltage P2 / M is generally greater than the DC monitoring voltage P1 / M.
The three-phase drive NA to be controlled and monitored by the track diagram interlocking has the three field windings F10 to F30 and controls the drive contacts PU, PL, MU and ML. The turnout monitoring relay WU and the edge protection relay SSP and SSM are shown from the associated switch relay group. The relay WU checks the correspondence of the end position of the switch drive with the position of the switch control device, not shown, in particular with the armature position of switch position relays with contacts LP1 to LP3 and LM1 to LM3. In addition, a separate winding of the edge protection relay SSP and SSM is shown for the plus or minus position of the switch machine NA .
These two relays are switched on after the switchboard interlocking is put into operation in circuits not shown if the switch has to be set to the plus or minus position when setting a route as a protective switch, and by switching on the switch position relay, not shown, they convey the necessary switching and locking of the switch .
In Fig. 2 it is assumed that all A directions occupy the position assigned to the plus position of the switch. If the old drive AA is replaced by the new drive NA , lines 1 to 4 are connected to lines 1 to 4 instead of the drive AA via lines 10 to 40 a relay device R is closed, which is arranged in the track diagram interlocking GS. This relay device consists of a support relay SP / SM with two alternately closing control windings. Its contacts SP1, SP2, SM1 and SM2 replace the drive contacts ml and m2. The relay windings measured for the control voltage P2 / M each have a high-resistance resistor for this voltage, e.g. B. a valve cell V1 or
V2, connected in parallel, which allows the monitoring current to pass through but blocks the control voltage. When the armature position of the support relay is indicated by arrows, the edge protection relay SSP is switched on through its contacts SP3 and SM4 in the switch relay group WG. The turnout monitoring relay is excited via the four lines 11 to 41 leading to the new drive NA as well as the contacts LP2 and LP3. In addition, a locking relay (not shown) is in the locked position. This state can be displayed on the table T in the table field of the switch.
Changing the switch from this table is impossible due to the existing lock. This state of the control and monitoring relays of the track diagram interlocking GS is reported by the contacts LP1, WU1 and WVl to the interlocking AS to be replaced and checked there by the monitoring relay U. This makes it possible to establish the usual signal dependencies in the old signal box when setting routes via the switch.
\ 'If the switch lever is turned in the signal box AS , its contacts a1 and a2 change their position. In addition, the voltage changer contacts b1 to b3 change their position. As a result, the support relay winding SM receives current in the circuit P2-b1-a1-30-SP2-SM-40-b2-M, so that the support relay SP / SM changes its contact position. The contacts SP1 and SM2 as well as SM3 and SP4 are then closed and the contacts SM1 and SP2 as well as SP3 and SM4 are open. The edge protection control relay SSP assigned to the plus position of the switch is thereby switched off and the lock is eliminated by response of the switch locking relay, not shown, of the switch group WG. The edge protection relay SSM assigned to the negative position is switched on.
As a result, the switch position relay, not shown, changes its position so that the contacts LP1 to LP3 are opened and the contacts LM1 to LM3 are closed. The turnout monitoring relay WU is then switched off and its contact WU1 is open. The point machine NA is converted. If this reaches the minus position, the contacts PU and ML are open and the contacts MU and PL are closed. In the switch group WG, the monitoring relay WU responds via the contacts LM2 and LM3 and closes its contact WU1. In addition, the closer of the switch (not shown) changes back into the closed position so that the contact WV1 is closed.
As a result, the monitoring relay U in the interlocking AS responds again, namely in the circuit P2-b1-a1-30-SP1-LM1-6 WU1-WV1-20-U-b3-M by responding to this Relay, the voltage changeover contacts b1 to b3 are indirectly moved back into the basic position shown. The monitoring relay U is then in the monitoring circuit P1-b2-40-V1-SM2-10-a2-b3-U 20-WVl-WUl-LMl-SPl-30-al- bl -M energized with the monitoring voltage P1 IM.
The new point drive can thus be controlled and monitored in the same way as the drive, which has now been expanded, from the old signal box AS with the intermediary of the track diagram signal box. When the track diagram interlocking is fully operational, only the lines 10 to 40 leading from the interlocking to be replaced to the track diagram interlocking and / or the line connections between the relay device R and the switch relay group WG need to be disconnected. The relay device R can then be used elsewhere.
The application of the subject matter of the invention is not limited to the example shown and explained. The same procedure can be used to replace electrical interlockings with electrical locks. Even with mechanical control units, it is possible to use the control lever to control a relay device as before the Wei surface. Furthermore, the relay device R does not necessarily have to be arranged in the track diagram interlocking and connected to the interlocking to be replaced via as many lines as control and monitoring lines were required for the removed drive.
In the case of large distances between the track interlocking system and the drive, it may be more advantageous, in order to save lines, to arrange the relay device in the interlocking to be replaced and the steep orders or messages between the two interlockings in a known manner by remote control devices with multiple use of lines transferred to.
It is essential that the turnout drive in the turnout circuit of the old interlocking is replaced by a relay device which, with its contacts, imitates the changeover of the drive, i.e. the switching of the drive contacts, and this state directly or indirectly acts on the same-image interlocking with other contacts that the new drive is converted from there and that this monitored status is reported to the interlocking to be replaced.
