B. in Querrichtung flachgedrückt, gestaucht.
Plastic clothes hangers There are already known clothes hangers in which the actual clothes hanger and its hanging hook consist of a single piece and are made of hardened plastic. In these clothes hangers, the hanging hook cannot be rotated with respect to the actual clothes hanger. This makes it difficult to use and hang the hangers. In the clothing industry, in which hangers are used in large numbers, the finished garments are usually hung on hangers ge and along transport tracks, for. B. cable cars, where it is necessary to inspect the garments to rotate the hanger with the garment on its hanging hook.
It has therefore already been proposed to provide the central part of the hanger with a vertical Boh tion in which a metal wire, for. B. chrome-plated iron wire, existing suspension hook is rotatably mounted. So that the hanging hook is not pulled out of the hole in the middle part of the hanger when the clothes hanger is loaded, the lower end of the hook shaft is deformed, e.g. B. flattened in the transverse direction, compressed.
When the lower end of the hanging hook is deformed, sharp edges are usually created which damage the wall when the hanging hook is turned in the hole in the central part of the clothes hanger. In addition, such sharp edges make it difficult to turn the hanging hook with the clothes hanger.
There are also clothes hangers made of hardened plastic known, which are provided with a rotatable hanging hook on, which is also made of hardened plastic. However, such suspension hooks are relatively weak and if there is little overload they bend up, tear or break. Is the hook shaft accurate in such hangers, d. H. without play, fitted into the hole in the middle part of the hanger, the hanger on the hanging hook is difficult or jerky to turn. If, on the other hand, the hanging hook is less well fitted into the hole in the middle part of the clothes hanger, the hanging hook slips into the hole receiving it when the clothes hanger is suspended from the piece of clothing.
To hang up the clothes hanger again, the hanging hook must first be pulled up in its hole, which is of course cumbersome.
The invention is intended to be used to address these disadvantages.
The invention relates to a clothes hanger made of plastic, which has a vertical borehole in the middle for inserting a hanging hook made of metal, which is characterized in that a sleeve made of plastic is arranged on the shaft of the hanging hook, which has a neck at its lower end , which rests at the lower end of a bead having the bore reinforcement of the middle part of the hanger, which sleeve extends through the said hole through up to the hook-shaped part of the hanger on.
The sleeve is expediently pressed tightly into the bore of the reinforcing bead of the central part of the clothes hanger or fastened in this bore by means of a binding agent. The hanging hook is rotatable in the said sleeve.
In such a hanger, the sleeve comprising the shaft of the suspension hook prevents the suspension hook from slipping downward in the bore of the reinforcing bead of the central part of the hanger and the suspension hook can nevertheless easily be rotated in the said sleeve. In addition, the sleeve, which extends up to the hook-shaped part of the hanging hook, prevents a piece of clothing suspended on the hanger from coming into contact with the metallic hanger and being discolored by it.
The invention further relates to a method for producing this clothes hanger, which is characterized in that the sleeve having a shoulder at its lower end is pushed onto the shaft of the hanging hook and then the lower end of the shaft of the hanging hook is pressed flat, compressed or bent, whereupon the hook-shaped part of the suspension hook is inserted from below through the bore of the reinforcing bead of the middle part of the hanger and the sleeve is pushed into the said bore until its approach at the lower end of the bead bearing the reinforcing bead and its upper part over the middle Part of the clothes hanger also protrudes against the hook-shaped part of the hanger.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the drawing. 1 shows a part of a clothes hanger made of plastic, partly in section, and FIG. 2 shows a side view of the hanging hook of the clothes hanger according to FIG. 1 with the sleeve shown partly in section.
The illustrated, made of plastic clothing derbügel has a U-shaped, downwardly open cross section and has a circular arc-shaped central part 1 and two legs 2 and 3 extending outward and downward from this central part 1.
The outer ends 4 of these legs are bent more downward and formed in the shape of a circular arc so that they can hug the shape of a piece of clothing to be suspended. In the vicinity of the point at which the legs 2 and 3 merge into their downwardly bent ends 4, each of these legs has a transverse recess 5 on its upper side, which recesses serve as a latch for the straps of garments provided with straps strapless garments u. Like. Serves.
The circular arc-shaped central part 1 has on the inside at its apex part between its NEN side flanges 6 reinforcement beads 7 and 8, of which the reinforcement bead 8, which sits at the apex of the central part 1, has a bore 9. The hanger is provided with a suspension hook made of wire, which has a hakenför shaped part 10, at the end of which a spherical Ver thickening 11 is provided, and a shaft 13, the end portion 14 is flattened. Instead of the flattened end part 14, the shaft 13 could also have a compressed or bent end part.
The diameter of the bore 9 is so much larger than the diameter of the thickening 11 at the end of the hook-shaped part 10 of the hanging hook that the hook-shaped part 10 can be brought through the bore 9 from below. A sleeve 15 made of plastic is attached to the shaft 13 of the suspension hook and has a shoulder 18 at its lower end. This sleeve 15 is pressed into the bore 9 of the reinforcing bead 8 so that it, with its extension 18 lying on the lower end 12 of the reinforcing bead 8, is firmly seated in this. If necessary, this sleeve 15 can also be fastened in the boring of the reinforcing bead 8 by means of a binding agent.
The upper part 16 of the sleeve 15 protrudes beyond the middle part 1 of the clothes hanger and extends to the hook-shaped part 10 of the hanging hook. The suspension hook can be easily rotated in the sleeve 15, 16.
The sleeve 15 is pushed from below onto the shaft 13 of the suspension bracket until its upper part 16 almost abuts the hook-shaped part of the suspension hook. The lower end 14 of the shaft 13 protruding from the sleeve 15 is then flattened, compressed or bent. If the sleeve 15 is now pushed back down a little on the shaft of the suspension hook, the defor-mated end 14 of the shaft 13 is received in a recess 17 in the shoulder 18 of the sleeve 15.
The hook-shaped part 10 of the hanger is rotated here on from below through the bore 9 of the reinforcement bead 8 and the sleeve 15, 16 is pressed into this bore 9 until its extension 18 rests against the lower end of the reinforcement bead 8, while its upper part 16 protrudes over the middle part 1 of the hanger. The outer diameter of the sleeve 15, 16 is dimensioned such that it is firmly seated in the bore 9 without the ability of the suspension hook to rotate in the sleeve 15, 16 being impaired. The upper, over the middle part 1 of the hanger protruding part of the shaft 13 of the hanging hook is surrounded by the sleeve 15, 16 so that garments that are hung on the hanger do not come into contact with the me-metallic shaft 13 of the hanging hook can.
The sleeve 15, 16 can optionally also by means of a binding agent, for. B. glue, in the bore 9 of the reinforcing bead 8 are glued. The sleeve 15, 16 can optionally also be provided with longitudinal ribs. The sleeve 15, 16 can also consist of elastically deformable plastic, its upper part 16, which protrudes over the middle part 1 of the hanger when the sleeve 15, 16 is inserted into the bore 9 of the reinforcing bead 8, by about 0.5- 1 mm larger in diameter than its part received by the bore 9.
The sleeve 15, 16 is held by the abutting at the lower end 13 of the reinforcing bead 8 to set and the over the middle part 1 of the clothes hanger, larger diameter aufwei send part in the bore 9 of the reinforcing bead 8 held. Such a sleeve can optionally also be rotatably held in the bore 9 of the reinforcing bead 8. The sleeve 15, 16 can also be cast around the shaft 13 of the suspension hook and its deformed lower end 14.
