Stacking crane The invention is a stacking crane with a traveling cat that can be moved over the stacking surface and which carries a loading element, which is always guided parallel to the stacking surface, rigid and adjustable in height by means of a hoist. Such cranes are used to store goods at different heights in racks and to take them out or to stack them on top of one another. In front of forklifts, stacking cranes have the advantages that no floor space is required and storage purposes are kept away, and that the crane operator can take a position from where he has a better overview of the entire stacking area than would be possible from the ground.
The stacking crane can serve an outdoor storage area and for this purpose be designed as a gantry crane; The stacking area can also be located in a hall with a rectangular floor plan, for which case the design is suitable as an overhead crane, with crane rails laid along two opposite walls and a crane bridge that can be moved on it, which in turn serves as a track for the trolley.
The loading element can be adapted to the load and z. B. be designed as a horizontal board, as a fork or as a gripping tongs with horizontal legs. The rigid connection with the parallel guide, thanks to which the loading element can protrude, allows the load to follow the movements of the trolley without lateral vibrations and to precisely control the movements of the goods.
In the known stacking cranes, a vertical strut extending from the trolley down to the vicinity of the floor is used to guide and stabilize the loading element. This type of construction has the disadvantage that the strut can hit obstacles and cause malfunctions that the trolley can therefore only be steered in such a way that the strut is passed through aisles that are clear of the floor, and that the stack of goods is only accessible from above are when such side aisles have been saved.
The aim of the invention is to show a design that avoids the disadvantages of loss of space and the difficult and restricted mobility of the trolley and the loading element. The stacking crane according to the invention is characterized in that the parallel guide is supported on the trolley and that its members remain above the loading element in every working position of the loading element.
An exemplary embodiment of the new stacking crane, specifically in the form of an overhead traveling crane, is then described with reference to the drawing.
Fig. 1 shows a cross section through the hall, the crane bridge and the parallel guide of the stacker crane appear from the side, and Fig. 2 is a view of the crane bridge with the catalytic converter from above.
On the longitudinal walls 1 of the hall, which covers the stacking surface 2, carriers 3 are laid with rails on which the rollers 5 of a crane bridge 6, which are driven by a traction motor 4, run. Along this bridge 6 can, as with any other overhead crane, drive a trolley 7, namely by means of Rol len 8 which are driven by a traction motor 9.
The trolley 7 carries a loading element, which is designed as a panel 10 in the exemplary embodiment. The board 10 is always guided parallel to the stacking surface 2, specifically by means of a parallel guide formed as a scissor system 11, which is supported on the trolley 7. The table 10 is adjustable in height by means of a hoist 12 and cable strands 13 built into the catalytic converter 7. The scissors system 11 consists of rectangular associations which are joined together in the manner of Nuremberg scissors, the longitudinal sides running in the direction of view of FIG. 1 and the center lines of the rectangles parallel to them being hinge axes.
The support of the uppermost pair of legs of the scissors system 11 on the trolley 7 takes place in such a way that the upper end of one leg 11a is rotatably mounted about a joint 7a fixed in the trolley 7 and that the upper end of the other leg 11b is guided in the trolley 7 , wherein the link 7b runs parallel to the horizontal stacking surface 2 and at the same height as the joint 7a.
In a similar way, the board 10 is rigidly connected to the scissors system 11: the lower end of a lower scissor leg llc is rotatably mounted about a fixed joint 10c in the board 10, while the corresponding counter leg 11d is used to reduce the size of the loading organ in its lowest position floor area is shortened and that for this purpose parallel links 11g and 11h are articulated at its end lle and at the parallel lines llf to the rectangular longitudinal side of the leg llc at the same height,
the lower ends of which are combined in a joint which can be displaced parallel to the stacking surface 2 at the same height as the joint 10c in a link 10d on the rear extension of the panel 10. In this way, all members of the scissors system 11 remain at any altitude and work position of the board 10 above this board.
The scissors system 11 is set up in such a way that the joint 10e is always guided in the vertical plane through the joint 7a. The ropes 13, which connect the hoist 12 to the panel 10, are arranged symmetrically to this plane. So it is possible, please include the table 10 to always follow the horizontal movements of the trolley 7 exactly and to adjust the height.
In addition, the maneuverability of the crane with a further degree of freedom of movement is made possible by the fact that the system 11 together with the cantilevered panel 10 and the hoist 12 is rotatably mounted in the trolley 7, namely by means of a ring gear 14, is driven by a motor 15.
Depending on the particular spatial conditions and operational requirements, the crane operator's cab can be arranged on the crane bridge 6, the trolley 7 or also on the board 10, or it can be attached to the scissor system 11. Care must be taken that it remains above the table 10 in the lower working position and that it is automatically lowered in the higher positions so that there is always a good view of the goods stacked on the stacking surface 2.
