Device for the continuous treatment of textile material in web form The present invention relates to a device for the continuous treatment of textile material in web form, designed according to the patent claim of the main patent.
In the patent specification of the main patent, a device for the continuous treatment of web-shaped textile material is described, in which a pleat lays the incoming textile material in approximately horizontal zigzag folds that do not touch the walls of the feed chute and enables a conveyor device that can be driven independently of the horizontal conveying means of the reaction channel, that every single, roughly horizontal fold in the feed chute is captured by the conveying means almost immediately after its formation and is erected at the transition into the reaction channel.
The treatment of textile webs in the Vorrich device according to the main patent enables gentle, almost pressure-free guidance of the goods, so that even sensitive and dense fabrics do not show any breaks or kinks afterwards during dyeing, so-called crow's feet.
However, it has been shown that the gentle treatment of the tissue can be improved and the duration of the treatment can also be shortened if, according to the invention, the folders perform such a pendulum movement that they cover a path in each direction of movement that is shorter than that during the Pendulum movement in the relevant direction is fed path piece of the textile web, so that each approximately horizontal fold is laid in a wave-like manner and thus more voluminous; Furthermore, if the speed of the textile web and the speed of the horizontal conveyor are adjustable, so that the height of the goods can be changed during horizontal transport depending on the sensitivity of the textile web.
The result is that with this form of deposit, sensitive fabrics do not show any breaks or kinks during subsequent dyeing, even when they are passed through the device several times, for example first desizing, then alkaline treatment with sodium hydroxide solution at 90 C and finally sodium chlorite bleaching even better than with smooth folds in the so-called book form. The new device also has the following decisive advantages for the treatment of the textile material: 1.
Due to the much more voluminous layering, the main folds with the wavy folds can be erected particularly easily and gently in the vertical position.
2. The intrinsic pressure of the folds, which after the deflection of the folds acts as the pressure level on the horizontal conveying means, is distributed below and is therefore less noticeable than in the smooth shelf on the lower break of each fold.
3. With the smooth shelf in book form, there is a risk of falling apart (wedge formation) in the vertical position. In the case of the corrugated fold, the pile of goods can interlock, and the more so the more wrinkles are present in the main fold.
4. During horizontal transport, the height of the goods can be regulated depending on the sensitivity of the fabric. A lower pressure level can be obtained by reducing the feed speed of the goods or by increasing the speed of the horizontal transport.
5. The reaction speed is increased significantly.
The increase in the reaction rate is particularly effective when bleaching with sodium chlorite, so that the bleaching is completed within a surprisingly short period of time. For example, a dwell time of around 30 to 45 minutes is sufficient to bleach a cotton poplin fabric that has been desized on the same device, while when it is deposited in smooth folds with the same chlorite concentration, the same pH value and the same temperature, almost one and a half times the time, and It is well known that several hours are required for textile webs wound on a roll in a wide and stretched state,
to get the same effect. The loose, low-tension and low-pressure packing of the pile of goods achieved by the device according to the invention is the cause of this astonishing effect. Since there should be an equilibrium between solution and a gas-liquid phase in acid chlorite bleaching, diffusion and osmosis of the bleaching liquid can probably have a particularly rapid effect if the tissue or the individual fibers of the tissue are as free of tension and pressure as possible. A similar, if not so striking effect is also in the treatment with other chemical, z.
B. alkaline substances, or biological, z. B. given diastatic substances ent containing reaction liquids.
The input-side part of an exemplary embodiment of the invention is shown schematically in the accompanying sectional drawing.
The feed chute designated by 1 merges at its lower end into a horizontal reaction channel 2 in which a horizontally conveying conveyor, for example rollers 3, is arranged. In the transition from the vertical feed shaft 1 to the reaction channel 2, further, independently of the conveyor 3 drivable conveyor, for example rollers 4, are arranged, which can be regulated independently of each other and rotate at speeds different from the conveying speed of the rollers 3, such as which is described in the main patent.
A textile web 5 is now a provided at the upper end of the feed chute 1 folds 6 fed, which in the example shown consists of a roller 7 which is pivotable by means of levers 8 about an axis 9 and from an adjustable drive device, not shown in the drawing in a oscillating back and forth movement is offset.
The speed of this drive device and the speed at which the textile material 5 is fed to this pleat are set in such a way that, while the roller 7 performs a pendulum movement in one or the other direction, a piece of the textile web is fed to the pleat , which is longer than the path covered by the roller 7. What is achieved thereby is that each fold placed approximately horizontally by the fold layer 6, as indicated in the drawing at 5 ', is laid in a wave-like manner. The folds formed in this way are then picked up by the rollers 4 and directed towards the rollers 3 in the reaction channel 2.
