Vorrichtung zum Auftragen von Anstrich- und Schmiermitteln oder dergleichen Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Auf tragen von Anstrich- und Schmiermitteln oder der gleichen, die dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass sie einen von Hand geführten und das aufzutragende Mittel enthaltenden Behälter besitzt, der eine an ihrem freien Ende mit einem Pinsel versehene Tülle und eine im Behälter eingebaute, von aussen be- tätigbare und das aufzutragende Mittel durch die Tülle in das Innere des Pinsels drückende Pumpe aufweist.
Vorzugsweise wird die im Behälter eingebaute Pumpe durch einen Schwinghebel angetrieben, der mit derselben Hand betätigt werden kann, die den Behälter hält.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegen standes ist in der beigefügten Zeichnung dargestellt. Es zeigen Fig. 1 eine nach der Erfindung ausgebildete Vor richtung zum Auftragen von Anstrich- und Schmier mitteln im Aufriss ; Fig. 2 den am freien Ende der Behältertülle vor gesehenen Pinsel, im Schnitt ; Fig. 3 und 4 die Grundscheibe des Pinsels, in Draufsicht und Schnitt.
Die dargestellte Vorrichtung dient zum Auftra gen und gleichmässigen Ausbreiten von dünn- oder dickflüssigen Anstrich- oder Schmiermitteln, wie z. B. Farben, Lacke, Klebmittel, Öl, Fett oder dergleichen. Sie besteht aus einem von Hand zu führenden Be hälter 1, der das aufzutragende Mittel enthält und durch einen aufgeschraubten Deckel 2 abgeschlossen ist. Durch den Deckel 2 ist ein daran befestigtes Rohr 3 durchgeführt, das im Inneren des Behälters 1 fast bis zum Boden desselben reicht, während es mit seinem äusseren Teil ähnlich einer Tülle abwärts ge bogen ist.
Auf dem Deckel 2 ist in 4 ein etwa parallel zu dem Behälter 1 verlaufender Schwinghebel 5 gelagert, der mit seinem einen Ende 6 an der durch den Deckel 2 durchgeführten Antriebstange 7 einer im Behälter 1 eingebauten und am Deckel 2 auf der Innenseite desselben befestigten, nicht dargestellten Luftpumpe angelenkt ist. Die Anordnung ist so ge troffen, dass dieselbe Hand, die den Behälter 1 trägt, auch den Hebel 5 ergreifen und die Verbindung mit einer nicht dargestellten und im allgemeinen in der Luftpumpe eingebauten Feder um den Abstützpunkt 4 hin und her schwenken kann.
Dadurch wird die Luftpumpe betätigt, die Luft von aussen ansaugt und in den Behälter 1 drückt. Das im Behälter enthaltene Anstrich- oder Schmiermittel wird durch den Luft druck aus dem Behälter 1 herausgedrückt, und zwar durch die Tülle 3.
An dem freien äusseren Ende der Tülle 3 ist ein Pinsel 8 befestigt. Zu diesem Zweck ist an der Tülle 3 in einem gewissen Abstand von ihrem freien Ende ein mit einem Gewinde versehener Flansch 9 vor gesehen. Der Pinsel 8 besteht aus Borstenbüscheln, die in Löchern 10 einer Grundscheibe 11 gelagert und befestigt sind. Diese Grundscheibe 11 des Pin sels 8 weist ein mittleres Loch 12 auf, mit dem sie auf das freie Ende der Tülle 3 bis zur Auflage gegen den Flansch 9 gesteckt wird. Die Befestigung des Pinsels 8 an der Tülle 3 erfolgt durch eine über- wurfmutter 13, die auf das Gewinde des Flansches 9 aufgeschraubt wird und die Grundscheibe 11 des Pinsels gegen diesen Flansch fest andrückt.
Es ist dadurch möglich, den Pinsel 8 zwecks Reinigung oder Auswechslung leicht und schnell aus- und einzubauen. Die Pinselbüschel .springen durch die Mutter 13 nach aussen vor. Dabei weist die Mutter 13 in ihrem vorderen Teil eine kegelför- mige und sich gegen ihre Ausmündung verengende Bohrung auf, so dass sie als Fassung für die Pinsel borsten dient und diese an ihrer Austrittsstelle etwas zusammenzieht.
Die Tülle 3 endet etwa fluchtend mit der 17ber- wurfmutter 13, so dass sie im Inneren des Pinsels 8 einen etwa kegelförmigen und durch die Pinselbor sten umschlossenen Hohlraum 14 bildet, indem sich das aus dem Behälter 1 unter Einwirkung der Pumpe durch die Tülle 3 gedrückte Anstrich- oder Schmiermittel ergiesst. Gleichzeitig wird das so her ausgedrückte Mittel durch Hin- und Herfahren des Behälters mit Hilfe des Pinsels 8 auf die gewünschte Fläche aufgetragen und darauf ausgebreitet. Die Be tätigung der Pumpe richtet sich nach der Viskosität des aufzutragenden Mittels und nach der jeweils er wünschten, aufzutragenden Menge.
Es werden da durch überschüssig aufgetragene Mengen, Tropf erscheinungen, Verluste usw. vermieden. Gleichzeitig ist die Möglichkeit einer gleichmässigen Ausbreitung der aufgetragenen Anstrichmenge mit Hilfe des Pin sels 8 gegeben, jedoch ohne die bisher erforderlichen Unterbrechungen zum Eintauchen des Pinsels in das aufzutragende Mittel.
Die beschriebene Auftragvorrichtung ist insbe sondere für leicht flüchtige oder an der Aussenluft sehr schnell erhärtende Mittel, wie z. B. flüssige Harze, Azetonlösungen oder dergleichen geeignet, da jeweils nur die mit dem Pinsel auszubreitende Menge aus dem Behälter 1 gepumpt wird. Das freie äussere Ende der Tülle 3 kann bei Nichtgebrauch der Auftragvorrichtung nach Abnahme des Pinsels 8 durch einen Deckel oder dergleichen abgeschlossen werden.

The attachment of the brush 8 to the socket 3 takes place by means of a union nut 13 which is screwed onto the thread of the flange 9 and which firmly presses the base plate 11 of the brush against this flange.
It is thereby possible to remove and install the brush 8 easily and quickly for the purpose of cleaning or replacement. The brush tufts jump outward through the nut 13. In this case, the front part of the nut 13 has a conical bore that narrows towards its opening, so that it serves as a holder for the brush bristles and contracts them somewhat at their exit point.
The spout 3 ends roughly in line with the cap nut 13, so that it forms an approximately conical cavity 14 inside the brush 8, which is enclosed by the brush bristles, in that it is pressed out of the container 1 through the spout 3 under the action of the pump Paint or lubricant pours out. The applicator described is in particular special for volatile or very quickly hardening agents in the outside air, such as. B. liquid resins, acetone solutions or the like are suitable, since only the amount to be spread with the brush is pumped out of the container 1.
