Electric cooking, baking and roasting device The invention relates to an electric cooking, baking and roasting device with heating elements and reflective inner wall in the interior angeord Neten share. Known devices of this type are characterized by a wide range of possible uses, ease of use, very short treatment times and excellent treatment results.
The invention, the known Ge devices are improved in various directions in order to achieve further advantageous effects.
The aim of the invention is on the one hand to increase the heat economy of the entire device and at the same time also to increase the clarity when working with this device.
This is achieved according to the invention in that a metallic reflector is present as the reflective inner wall part, the latter being arranged at a distance from the apex and in the apex zone of a transparent hood reaching to the lower part of the device, which lower part of the device has a base plate, and that the heating elements are arranged within the space enclosed by the reflector.
The following is a description of the exemplary embodiments shown in the drawings. 1 shows a schematic view of the device, FIG. 2 shows a section along the line AA in FIG. 1, FIG. 3 shows a grill basket in a diagrammatic presen- tation, FIG. 4 shows another embodiment of the grill basket with additional skewers in good pictorial representation.
As can be seen in FIGS. 1 and 2, a hood 1 made of glass or another transparent material is provided. In the apex zone of this hood 1, namely below the apex, there is a metallic reflector 2, e.g. B. made of aluminum, as part of the reflective inner wall.
The shape of the hood 1 and also of the Re reflector 2 is in cross section, for. B. circular, elliptical or parabolic, so that when the distance of the reflector 2 is correctly selected from the holder of the heating rods 3 and the holder 13 for the grilled food 4, the heat radiated upwards from this radiator is also located within the space enclosed by the reflector 2 is reflected from the reflector 2 from above onto the food 4 to be grilled. In this way, the heat radiated in all directions by the heating means is brought to act on the item 4 in a more concentrated manner.
The domed hood 1 also reflects a thermal radiation hitting it in a manner that supports the treatment process.
Infrared heaters can be used as heating elements.
The bottom plate 5 of the device is also made of a reflective material, e.g. B. made of aluminum.
In the interests of easy assembly of the device and to avoid tension in the devices, especially the hood, the storage of the hood 1 relative to the base frame 6 is a special focus. The designated 6 box-shaped base frame carries on its upwardly directed surfaces rails 7. The Grundrah men 6 and the rails 7 are just like the base plate 5 of the device made of a highly reflective me-metallic material, for. B. aluminum, made and form the lower part of the device.
The transparent hood 1 lies with the interposition of a strip 8 of insulating material, for example from the material known under the trade name steatite, loose, i.e. H. solely by their own weight on the rails 7. This results in the desired freedom from tension and the desired elimination of any Licher mechanical connections.
In FIG. 1 it is indicated that one side of the hood 1 is covered by a metal plate 9 which accommodates a housing 10 for the electromotive drive and the installation of the heating elements 3 (not shown). The other side 11 of the device is left completely or partially open so that outlet possibilities are available despite intensive use of heat from the circulating air flows. The rotary handle 12 for the holder 13 of the item 4 is provided on the open side of the device. Suitable storage means 14 ensure reliable storage of this holder 13, which is designed as an axis, and there with the item 4 to be treated.
The device includes of course the not shown, known per se grates, fat pan and the support required to hold them.
The drawing clearly shows that none of the annoying built-in components can disturb the overview of the inside of the device, since all the parts that disturb or aggravate the view are laid in the ridge zone of the hood 1, i.e. over the item 4 to be grilled. This also applies to the heating elements 3. It is thus possible to easily recognize the respective heating state of the items to be treated, for example on the browned surface of a rotating roast chicken, so that the control of the treatment process is largely facilitated.
For the gentle treatment of the product 4, a special insert in the form of an adjustable grill basket can be provided instead of a skewer. The adjustability is such that you can treat goods of different sizes and different shapes, even asymmetrical shape without Durchste chen the goods to be treated solely by placing the basket surfaces against the material, z. B. against a steak, a veal knuckle, can hold safe.
3 and 4 show two embodiments of a grill basket. Fig. 3 shows how the grill basket has two basket parts 15 and 16. The basket parts are made of metal wire that is anodized to increase its chemical resistance. Bent legs of the wire are guided in holes in the retaining strips 19 and 20. By means of fixed clamping devices 21 and 22 for the bent legs of the wires, a distance between the grill basket parts from one another, symmetrically, but also asymmetrically, to the theoretical axis of rotation of the basket can be set.
The cook or the housewife has nothing more to do than move the two grill basket parts 15, 16 against one another until the item to be treated is held by touching the surface alone.
With the retaining strips 19, 20 pins 23, 24 are connected, of which the pin 23 carries a handle 25. The two pins 23, 24 are used to store the basket in holders within the cooking, baking and grilling device housing, which is not shown in FIGS. 3 and 4.
Of course, you can also assemble the carrying basket from more than two basket parts.
In order to be able to work in a device already equipped with a basket as shown in FIGS. B. in the production of shish kebab is neces sary, the basket can be provided with inwardly directed pins that are set up to store a sol chen skewer. The pins then run along the lines 26 shown in dashed lines.
Fig. 4 shows that by clamping to a longitudinal wire of the basket in a diagonal arrangement, skewers 27 can be provided which are also able to accommodate shashlik, sausages, etc.
The hood 1 can be framed by a metallic profile frame.
A particularly advantageous design of the grill basket has proven to be a division of the grill basket using parallelogram steering.
