mündet andemends in einen Hohlraum 20 eines Schliesskör pers 9a, der mittels Innengewinde axial verschiebbar auf der Spindel 7a sitzt. Eine Gummikappe 8a dichtet in Schliesslage des Abstellschiebers den Einlassteil nicht nur gegenüber dem Auslassteil .des Schieberdurchlasses ab, sondern ebenso den Hohlraum :des Gehäuse stutzens la;
gegen diesen Durchlass.
Apartment storage organ for water pipes The subject of the present invention is an apartment storage organ for water pipes.
The well-known Abs.tellorgane .dieser kind, on the one hand to interrupt the water supply to the pipeline network within an apartment and on the other hand to drain: this pipeline network. When the storage element is closed, they are usually not very attractive, voluminous and therefore have to be installed in boxes for aesthetic reasons; mostly this is; Abs: tell organ arranged under the sink in the kitchen and therefore difficult to access.
In addition, this arrangement requires a relatively large number of long cable strands, which makes installation considerably more expensive.
In order to avoid the disadvantages mentioned, the present invention aims to create a housing element for flush mounting, the actuating spindle of which is designed as a lockable hollow spindle, by means of which: emptying can be carried out in a simple manner so that the closing element does not appear externally differs from a normal concealed storage element and thus at any point, e.g.
B. can be mounted over a sink or over the bathtub in the bathroom.
According to the invention, the housing storage element is characterized in that its actuating spindle has an axial bore which, in the closed position of the closing body carried by the spindle, is connected to the outlet part of the storage element, while the mouth of the axial bore at the actuating end of the spindle is closed by a removable closure piece .
In the accompanying drawings execution examples of the subject invention are shown; It shows: Fig. 1: and 2 in axial section a first and a second example of a Wolmungsabstellorganans according to the invention.
The shut-off valve shown in FIG. 1 has a T-shaped housing 1 with a web 4 located between the inlet part 2 and the outlet part 3 of the water passage.
A valve seat 5, designed as a bushing, is screwed into a threaded hole in the web 4. A guide body 6 is screwed into an internal thread of the threaded hole of the web 4 coaxial connection 1 a of the housing 1, in which a spindle 7 by means of. a thread is guided axially displaceably.
The inner end part: the spindle 7 carries a plate-shaped valve body 9 which is provided with a seal 8 and whose sealing element 8 is intended to interact with the opposite end edge of the valve seat 5.
The spindle 7 has an axial bore 10 which is open at the actuating end of the latter and which opens into a plurality of transverse bores 11 in the inner, thickened spindle end part.
At the actuation end of the spindle 7, the axial bore 10 is completed by a removable screw plug 12 with a seal 13 in between. The thickened inner end part of the spindle 7 carries an O-ring 14 inserted into a circumferential groove,
which rests against the inner wall of an enlarged bore part of the guide body 6 and thereby seals the valve passage from the outside. A sleeve 15 sits on an external thread of the guide body 6, inside which the actuating end part of the spindle 7 lies and which protrudes beyond the plaster layer of the installation wall when the shut-off valve is installed.
The removable sleeve 15 is closed by a cover 16 which rests against a rosette 17, which surrounds the protruding sleeve part in a known manner and is supported against the plaster. The valve is shown in the closed position in FIG.
The spindle 7 is screwed into its inner end position in the guide body 6, so that the valve body 9 with its seal 8 is pressed against the seat 5, where -the inlet part 2 is separated from the outlet part 3 of the passage.
The thickened part of the spindle 7 protrudes inward from the guide body 6 so that its transverse bores 11 open into the borehole of the housing connector la and are connected to the outlet hatch of the passage.
If the apartment pipe system is to be emptied, then one takes off the sleeve 15 and removes the thread plug 12; the aforementioned line system then empties through the transverse bores 11. the axial bore 10 of the spindle 7.
The example according to FIG. 2 shows a stop slide of a type known per se with an axially fixed spindle 7a, which by means of a threaded body 18 is rotatably but axially fixed in the guide body 6a. The axial bore 10a of this spindle, whose outer mouth is closed by a removable threaded plug 12,
andemends opens into a cavity 20 of a Schliesskör pers 9a, which is seated axially displaceably on the spindle 7a by means of internal threads. In the closed position of the shut-off slide, a rubber cap 8a seals the inlet part not only against the outlet part of the slide passage, but also the cavity: of the housing connector la;
against this passage. A transverse bore 11a in the closing body 9a, which also passes through the rubber cap 8a, connects the outlet part 3 of the passage via the cavity 20 of the closing body with the axial bore 10a of the spindle 7a in the closing position of the slide,
so that in this case too, when the plug 12 is unscrewed, the residential line system connected to the outlet part 3 of the slide can be emptied. In this example, the spindle 7a is sealed off from the outside by an O-ring 14 in the threaded body 19.
The storage elements described can be arranged at any point in flush mounting. The assembly is done in such a way that the emptying of the line @ system is easy, B. can be done by means of a suitable designated vessel.
The construction of the storage element described thus allows flush mounting without hindering the emptying and 'without an unsightly effect having to be accepted.
In most cases the following can also be achieved: Save cable material, since no additional branches and diversions to the stop organ are required.
