Door on vehicles that is flush with the outer wall. The invention relates to a door on vehicles that is flush with the outer wall.
According to the patent claim of the main patent, the door, in which several door leaves are rotated in the same direction from the closed position for opening, so that they are arranged parallel to one another in the open position and at least approximately at right angles to the vehicle wall, is characterized by the combination of features
that each door leaf is moved at the same time as it rotates in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle and, without a subsequent hinge connection, is suspended on its upper side by means of a pin in a guide rail on the roof frame support and guided on its lower side by a lever system.
The purpose of the present invention is to improve this door in the event that the door leaves are moved to (open by toggle linkage) by ensuring that in the open position of the door these linkages no longer take up any significant space in the vehicle interior, so that the clear The height of the car space above the door is not reduced, and it should also be possible to attach a continuous luggage net above the door opening.
The invention consists in that to form the toggle linkage, a lever is attached to at least the door leaf facing the center of the door on each side and this lever is connected to a pivot lever by two intermediate levers pivoted to it at a distance from each other.
It is particularly advantageous if the lever attached to the door leaf and the pivot lever have approximately the same length, and their length can be approximately equal to half the width of the door leaf.
The arrangement can be such that one intermediate lever engages the lever connected to the door leaf at the end and the pivot lever at a distance from the end, while the other intermediate lever on the pivot lever at the end and on the lever connected to the door leaf was in the distance is hinged from the end. The first-mentioned intermediate lever is expediently provided with a stop against which the pivot lever is supported with its end in the closed end position.
How the subject of the invention out in detail. can be formed, shows an embodiment of a four-leaf door, two door leaves opening to one side. The drawing shows the lever linkage of a door half, d. H. for two wings, viewed from above.
According to the drawing, a door half 10 consists of two wings 11 and 11 ', which are joined together without a mutual hinge connection and in Füh approximately pin 12 and 12' are suspended in a guide rail 13 on the roof. A seal 14 seals the door leaves 11 and 11 'from one another.
The door leaves 11 and 11 'are moved by a pneumatic pressure cylinder 15 which, by means of a push rod 16 and a crank 17, moves a pivot pin 18 which is rotatably mounted on the side of the door opening and a pivot lever 19 is rigidly attached to wel chem.
Between the pivot lever 19 and the door leaves 11 and 11 ', toggle linkages are switched on, which when the pivot lever 19 is actuated by the pressure cylinder 15 cause both a rotation and a longitudinal movement of both door leaves 11 and 11' in the guide rail 13 towards the same door side.
At least on the door leaf 11 lying towards the center of the door, this articulated lever linkage is formed by the fact that a lever 20 is attached to the door pin 12 and two intermediate levers 21 and 22 are arranged between this and the pivot lever 19. The intermediate levers 21 and 22 are rotatably deflected both on the pivot lever 19 and on the lever 20 and are designed so that when the pivot lever 19 is actuated, the door leaf is rotated by about 90o and simultaneously moved towards the door side.
Conveniently, the lever 20 has approximately the same length as the pivot lever 19 and its length can speak ent about half the door leaf width. In this way it is achieved that in the open door position shown in dash-dotted lines, the toggle linkage practically does not take up any more space than the door leaf or the door recess itself.
The intermediate lever 21 is hinged to the end of the lever 20 attached to the door wing, while the other intermediate lever 22 engages at a distance from this end. The lever 20 is slightly bent in the direction of the door at the point of articulation of the intermediate lever 22.
At the pivot lever 19, the linkage is just the opposite, i.e. H. thus, the intermediate lever 22 engages at the end and the intermediate lever 21 at a distance from this end at point 23. As can be seen from the drawing, the two intermediate levers 21 and 22 cross each other during the opening movement of the door. The intermediate lever 22 is useful in the middle at 24 slightly bent away from the door in the direction of the intermediate lever 21, a stop 25 is seen in front of the lever 19 protrudes into the plane of movement of the pivot up or down and against the the pivot lever 19 is supported in the closed position of the door.
This stop 25 serves as an end stop for the lever linkage in the GE closed door position and thereby also as a stroke limitation for the pneumatic pressure cylinder.
The arrangement on the outer door leaf 11 'adjacent to the door side can be done in the same way as has just been described, but it is possible to use the toggle linkage described in the main patent, since this linkage is much shorter lever anyway has and cannot protrude into the vehicle compartment above the door opening.
