Klosettspülvorrichtung with high hanging water tank There are flushing devices for toilets known, which are based on the following principle: In rich Licher height above the toilet bowl, a water box is arranged, which is connected to the toilet bowl by a downpipe. The water tank is emptied in that the flushing process is triggered by a suction lifter, which is usually formed by a standpipe that is firmly connected to the water tank in the extension of the downpipe and by a movable bell closed at the top into which the Standpipe protrudes.
These devices have the following disadvantages a) Both the standpipe arranged in the water tank and the downpipe arranged at the bottom of the water tank must be connected to the water tank in a watertight manner; b) the installation height of the water box is such that the bell can only be moved by an additional actuating device, which usually consists of a lever, a chain and a handle; c) when using this type of construction, the falling bell, the lever and the handle, which often hits the wall, generate just as much annoying noise that can be very annoying in high-rise buildings.
Numerous attempts have been made to improve conventional flushing devices. So it has already been proposed to replace the usual, in the what serkasten protruding fixed standpipe with a bellows and a short tube attached to the head end, which is pulled up by a spring. Although this device eliminates the falling bell valve and the lever as sources of noise, the aforementioned concerns remain and this device also has an additional disadvantage that the actuating mechanism required for pulling down the aforementioned short pipe is via a water tight closure is led out through the downpipe wall.
The watertight implementation through the fall pipe wall requires a complicated construction, since the friction must be so low as not to affect the lifting of said pipe. There is also a prospect of leakage at the implementation.
The invention relates to a Spülvor direction for a toilet with a high hanging water box and a fixed bell arranged therein and aims to avoid the disadvantages mentioned.
This is achieved in that, according to the invention, a vertically movable pipe, which is held by spring force in an upper position, protrudes through the bottom of the water tank to a point at least 60 cm lower and forms the actuating element of the flushing device, by pulling the pipe down by hand and against the force of the spring, whereby the emptying is initiated by means of a siphon effect.
In one embodiment of the flushing device, a vertically movable pipe, called a flushing pipe, is expediently provided, which extends from a point above the water level in the filled water tank to a point directly above the toilet bowl where the pipe telescopes into a short tube of larger diameter opening into the toilet bowl is inserted.
The vertically movable pipe can be sealed against the water tank by means of a known bellows which freely encloses the pipe and which is water-tight at its head end with the head end of the pipe and water-tight with its foot to the bottom of the water tank.
Several advantages are achieved by the invention. Firstly, both adults and children can empty the water tank by gripping the flush pipe with their hand, pulling it down briefly and then releasing it again. There is therefore no actuation mechanism such as lever, chain, etc. required, where removed by both sources of noise such as a considerably simpler and cheaper construction he aims.
In the drawing, an embodiment of a flushing device according to the invention is shown schematically table.
The flushing device according to the game Ausführungsbei contains a water tank 1, which is equipped with a float valve 2; For the sake of clarity, however, the usual device for opening and closing the float valve by means of a lever with a float is omitted in the drawing. The flushing pipe 4 is movable in the vertical direction and protrudes through the bottom 5 of the water tank to the fixed part 3, which, for. B. can be a sheet that is ver connected to the (not shown) toilet bowl. Where the flushing pipe 4 forms a telescopic connection with the part 3, no seal needs to be present, since there the hydraulic pressure force is zero and therefore an upward pressure is not available.
The movable flush pipe extends through the bottom 5 of the water tank with so much play that the movement of the flush pipe is not hindered by friction. That part of the flushing pipe that is located in the water tank 1 is enclosed by means of a very elastic bellows 6, which is connected watertight to the bottom 5 at 7 and watertight to the top of the flushing pipe 4 at 8. The bellows 6 can be designed so that it exerts sufficient stroke force on the flushing pipe due to its own elasticity.
If desired, a spring 9 can be arranged in the bellows 6 in order to support the internal tension force of the bellows 6. A stationary bell 10 is fastened to the base 5 by means of supports 11 in such a way that there is sufficient space between the base 5 and the lower wheel of the bell 10 for the water to flow through.
The flushing device works as follows. If you pull the flushing pipe down by hand in the direction of arrow A, the water flows out of the box 1 over the upper edge of the flushing pipe 4. This initiates the siphon effect, in that the water flowing out through the flushing pipe enters the Bell 10 and the flushing tube 4 so that after letting go of the flushing tube, the water continues to flow out of the box 1 through the flushing tube until it has reached the level of the lower edge of the bell 10. Although the flush pipe 4 can be grasped at any desired height, a handle 12 can be arranged on the flush pipe if desired.
