Description
naMen Nylon bekannten Kunststoff.
Household machine The invention relates to a household machine with a vessel and with a liquid-tight passage through the vessel wall of a shaft intended to drive a tool that starts running in the vessel.
in which a bearing bush for the shaft sits, which protrudes into the interior of the vessel and is surrounded there by a sleeve that runs around the shaft like a hood.
, A well-sealed implementation and bearing of a vertical shaft that is simple and cheap, no lubrication:
required and can be easily dismantled and cleaned after each use, results if, according to the invention, the gap between the bushing and hub is bridged by at least one sealing ring, which with:
its one edge sits on one of the two parts delimiting the gap and the other circular edge, designed as a lip, rests against the other of these two parts.
In (the drawing, the subject matter of the invention is represented by an example, the louse consists of a potato peeling device shown in longitudinal section.
In the bottom 1 of the bowl 2 of the potato peeling device that forms the vessel, a bearing bush 3, which projects into the interior space of the bowl, is fastened for a drive shaft 4 penetrating this bush. The bearing bush consists of the under Odem commercial
known as nylon. The upper end of the Antnilebawelle 4, which runs through the bearing bush, is firmly connected to a hub 5,
which surrounds the end of the bearing bush protruding into the bowl with play and is firmly connected to the rotating friction disk 6 which forms the tool. There are two <RTI
ID = "0001.0146"> Sealing rings 7 made of the plastic known under the trade name Vulkollan, let in to match. The outer one,
Unrestrained ring section of the sealing nipple is progressively thinner in cross section and is designed as a lip with a certain resilient tension (formed on the inner wall or hub 5.
The shaft 4 is designed in such a way that it can be pulled out of the bearing bush 3 with the collar 5 upwards when the friction disk 6 is lifted out of the bowl 2.
What is achieved hereby is that the sealing off points can be cleaned perfectly in the simplest manner after the peeling device has been used.
To use the device, the bowl 2 is placed in a manner known per se on a drive device, not shown,
wherein the lower end of the shaft 4 couples with the driving shaft of the drive device. (In addition,
the shaft 4 is supported on the driving shaft and holds the Reibschedl> - 6 in its operating position in the bowl.
The sealing dee 7 could of course also be let into the hub 5 and must rest against the outer surface of the bearing bush 3 as a sealing lip
In the case mentioned, the circumferential sealing rings are in contact with the outer surface or bushing, in the illustrated embodiment the standing sealing rings are in contact with the circumferential surface of the metal hub, for example. Jie after <RTI
ID = "0001.0271"> the existing working conditions, one or the other constructive solution can have more advantages. The hub 5 could of course be connected to the working device 6 in a detachable manner.
