Stirring device for household kitchen machines The invention relates to a stirring device for household kitchen machines with two axes running parallel to one another revolving around the whisk.
Stirring devices of this type are known in which the drive shafts of both whisks are guided in rotatable sockets to a limited extent, with a respective drive shaft penetrating the socket engaging in a longitudinal slot of the drive shaft and taking it with it when the socket is rotated. On each rotatable socket a toothed wheel is attached, which engages in a common drive worm arranged between the same. The construction of this known stirring device, which consists of a large number of individual parts, is cumbersome and expensive.
A simple and reliable agitator consisting of a few parts is obtained if, according to the invention, one whisk is movable back and forth to a limited extent in the direction of its axis and is provided with means for driving by a kitchen machine and carries a gear on its shaft, that meshes with a toothed wheel seated on the shaft of the first broom, and that the ring gear of one of the two gears is kept so wide and arranged in such a way that its teeth are at least approximately with the entire tooth width even in the two end positions of the longitudinally movable whisk of the narrower gear meshes.
In the drawing, the subject matter of the invention is illustrated using an exemplary embodiment. They show: FIG. 1 a side view of a stirring device, FIG. 2 a longitudinal section along line II-II in FIG. 1, but on a larger scale than there.
The two whisks 1, 2 are each attached to a drive shaft 3, 4, which are rotatably mounted in a housing 5 parallel to each other. The shaft 3 carries a gear 6 below the housing 5, which is driven in the manner described in more detail below by a rotating part of the food processor. In the housing 5, a gear 7 is attached to the shaft 3, which is in engagement with a gear 8 attached to the shaft 4. The shaft 4, together with the gear wheel 8, is supported in the housing 5 such that it can move back and forth in its longitudinal direction.
When the shaft 4 is moved longitudinally, the upper or lower end face of the gear 8 lies against the upper or lower bearing bush of the shaft 4 in the Ge housing 5, whereby the displacement of the shaft 4 is limited. The gear 8 is kept so wide and arranged on the shaft 4 that it is still in a grip with the entire tooth width of the narrower gear 7 in the two end positions of this shaft. The displaceable whisk 2 has at its lower end in its longitudinal center a rivet-head-like support 9 made of nylon, which rests on the bottom of the mixing vessel during operation.
According to FIG. 1, a support 10 articulated to the housing 5 of the stirring device is slipped onto the edge 11 of an annular cover 12 which is removably attached to a bowl 13 which is detachably connected to a food processor 14, of which only one Part is shown.
When the bowl 13 is placed on the kitchen appliance 14, a stub shaft 15 rotatably mounted in the bowl bottom is coupled to the drive shaft of the kitchen appliance (not shown).
The protruding into the bowl 13 end of the stub shaft 15 carries a detachably attached mixing vessel 16, into which the whisk 1, 2 protrude from above in the manner seen in FIG. In the arrangement shown, a spring, which is arranged between the support 10 and the housing 5 and is indicated by dash-dotted lines in the drawing, presses the gear 6 against the toothed inner edge 17 of the vessel 16.
When the kitchen appliance 1 is switched on, the mixing vessel 16 is rotated by the rotating stub shaft 15, the toothed ring 17 driving the gear 6 and thus the shaft 3 of the whisk 1. As can be seen from FIG. 2, when the whisk 1 is driven, the shaft 4 of the whisk 2 is also driven via the gear wheels 7, 8. As a result of its own weight, the whisk 2 adjusts itself during operation in such a way that the nylon support 9 rests on the bottom of the mixing vessel, so that even small amounts of material to be stirred can be grasped and processed.
