  Palette
Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Palette und ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese aus zwei mit eingepressten Rippen versehenen Blechen besteht, wobei die Rippen der beiden Bleche gegeneinander gerichtet sind, zueinander kreuzweise verlaufen und unlösbar miteinander verbunden sind.



   In der Zeichnung sind Ausführungsbeispiele des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt:

   Die Palette besteht aus zwei mit eingepressten Rippen versehenen Blechen 1 und 2, die so aufeinander gelegt werden, dass die Rippen 3 gegeneinander gerichtet sind und zueinander kreuzweise (im rechten Winkel) verlaufen. Die gegeneinander gerichteten Rippen 3 werden an ihren Berührungsstellen durch Schweissung oder andere Mittel miteinander unlösbar verbunden. Um die Bleche zusätzlich zu versteifen, sind Rillen 4 parallel zu den Rippen 3 eingepresst. An den beiden Seitenkanten, welche parallel zu den Rippen verlaufen, ist je ein im rechten Winkel umgebogener Lappen 5 vorhanden, der eine mit den Rippen übereinstimmende Höhe hat und ebenfalls Rillen 4 aufweist.



   Die Form der Rippen kann verschieden ausgebildet sein. Bei einer ersten Ausführungsform gemäss den Fig. 1 bis 4 ist der Querschnitt der Rippen im wesentlichen V-förmig ausgebildet. Bei der zweiten Ausführungsform gemäss den Fig. 5 bis 8 ist die Rippe geschlossen und wird mit zunehmender Tiefe breiter. Es wäre auch denkbar, dass die Rippenwände zueinander parallel verlaufen würden.



   Bei dieser Palette kann wahlweise die eine oder andere Seite als Tragfläche benützt werden, d. h. durch Umkehrung der Palette um 1800 wird der vorherige Boden zur Tragfläche und umgekehrt. Ein besonderer Vorteil der vorliegenden Palette besteht darin, dass der Boden eine im Vergleich zu andern bekannten Palettkonstruktionen verhältnismässig grosse Bodenfläche aufweist, so dass sich ein kleiner spezifischer Bodendruck ergibt, was in gewissen Anwendungsfällen erwünscht ist, beispielsweise bei Verwendung der Palette auf Erdboden.



   Als Material für diese Palette wird zweckmässigerweise Stahlblech etwa in einer Dicke von 1-2 mm verwendet. Für besondere Zwecke wären auch andere Werkstoffe denkbar, insbesondere rostfreies Blech oder Messingblech. Bevorzugte Abmessungen einer rechteckigen Palette sind 800 X 600 mm und 1200 X 800 mm.  



   PATENTANSPRUCH
Palette, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese aus zwei mit eingepressten Rippen versehenen Blechen besteht, wobei die Rippen der beiden Bleche gegeneinander gerichtet sind, zueinander kreuzweise verlaufen und unlösbar miteinander verbunden sind.

   With this pallet, one or the other side can optionally be used as a support surface, i.e. H. by reversing the pallet by 1800, the previous floor becomes the wing and vice versa. A particular advantage of the present pallet is that the floor has a relatively large floor area compared to other known pallet constructions, so that a small specific floor pressure results, which is desirable in certain applications, for example when using the pallet on the ground.



   The material used for this pallet is expediently sheet steel approximately 1-2 mm thick. Other materials would also be conceivable for special purposes, in particular stainless sheet metal or brass sheet. Preferred dimensions of a rectangular pallet are 800 X 600 mm and 1200 X 800 mm.
