Frame construction for glass walls and glass doors The invention relates to a frame construction for glass walls and glass doors with rectangular hollow profiles to which additional profiles are attached with resilient Klenimträger.
It is known to use a rectangular foil profile for the frames of show window doors or the like, to which additional profiles designed as glass rebate strips or swing door strips are fastened with resilient clamps.
To attach these additional profiles, clip buttons are provided that form the head of a very screw bolt. 1) This type of fastening has the considerable disadvantage that, depending on the position of the clamping buttons, a larger number of thread oilers must be produced in the rectangular hollow profiles.
The development is based on the task of providing a frame construction for glass walls and glass doors, which is characterized by a simple structure and enables fast production with low processing and assembly costs.
According to the invention, the hollow profiles, which are rectangular in cross-section for all frames, have symmetrically to (4ner profile center plane each four longitudinal grooves itLif opposite sides, \ # of which each an outer ' Groove with the neighboring interior with a swallowtail groove interrupted by a narrow vine-square web,
In this Sehwalbensehwanznuten the clamping strips of the additional profiles, such. B. glass rebate strips and door strips, push-in bar.
With the new frame construction, a single, closed, rectangular hollow profile is sufficient as a basic profile to allow the various additional profiles - namely (fold-over strips and door strips - ) in the simplest way without the use of visual spaces Another advantage is that it is also possible to fasten the thin and (T-plate sheets, which are always required for glass walls), in the most simple manner, namely only by inserting them into correspondingly narrow grooves.
In the drawing, the invention is shown in example. It shows: FIG. I the front view of a swing door with FIG. Glaswandunirahm-Ltn-o, '22 a horizontal ' section along line II-II in FIG 1 on a larger scale, Fig. 3, 4 and 5 vertical sections along lines III-III, IV-IV,
V # -V of Fig. 1 in larger sizes. Scale, LI Fig. 6 A frame hollow profile with a pendulum profile from FIG. 2 on a larger scale, Fig. 7 as a variant of the frame profile with bevel angle strips.
In the drawing, 1 and 2 are designated pendulum doors, which are arranged within a glass wall 3 or are surrounded by it.
For the rail line construction, both for the doors and for the glass wall, hollow teak profiles 4-6 are used, which have longitudinal grooves 7a, 7b and 8a, 8b. These grooves 7a, 7b and Sa, 8b are arranged on the opposite sides of a profile center plane of the hollow profile s.ymnietrically arranged and designed in the same shape and size.
As can be seen from FIG. 6, there are two pairs of narrow grooves 7a, 7b and 8a, 8b, on each side of a hollow profile. which each form a sehmalen rectangular web 30 interrupted Sehwalbensehwanznut, in front of #): esell, where at their edges facing away from each other as sawing surfaces 9 < / B> are trained.
The adhesive strips 10 provided on the raised or clamped-in additional profiles are rounded in cross section so that they emerge as shown in FIG. 6, at 11 only touch the Nl-Lteiisehrägiläehen 9 with lines. The additional profiles incorporated into the design are also advantageous, e.g.
For example, the swing door profile 12 shown in FIG. 6 is designed as flat, thin-walled Ilohl profiles, which are supported on the hollow profiles 4 only with the side edges 13 , and their clamping strips 10 are dimensioned and arranged in such a way that they are pressed against the groove sawing surfaces 9 with spring force when the swing door profiles are inserted.
Dureb. This training not only saves a considerable amount of metal, but also facilitates the pushing in of the door profiles, with the line contact 11 and the springing of the clamping strips 10 The clamping strips are prevented from seizing in the grooves 7 and 8 .
It can be seen from the drawing that, in the manner described above, additional profiles of different shapes, namely profiles 12, 14, 15 (FIG. 2) and 16 (FIG . 5) to the frame hollow profiles 4 and 5 in a simple manner -, d. left, only by inserting these profiles in the longitudinal direction can.
The above-mentioned dovetail grooves 7a,. 7b and 8a Lind 8b are also used to attach glass rebate strips 1 '(whose see-pieces 18 </ B> into the grooves 7 (Y "7b and 8a, 8b .
These glass rebate strips 17 can after resiliently twisting together in direction A and B into grooves 7a, 7b and 8a, 8b be dragged into it. This makes a simple and safe, and. In addition, invisible fastening of these rabbet strips to the frame hollow profiles 5 is achieved.
The drawing shows that not only door profiles and glass rebate strips can be attached to the frame hollow profiles, but also in a similar way the base sheet 19. With the simple Aiisi, see Fig. ')
The Soekelbleelie 19 from above into the grooves 7a and 8a of the Raiiiiienhohlprofils 6 , whereupon the upper hollow profile 5 -of. is pushed on at the top in such a way that the Soekelbleehe 19 engage in the grooves 7a and S (t. of this profile, whereupon the hollow profile 5 firmly with the vertical side profile hollow profiles 5a and 5b of (.-, laswaiid is connected.
If a uniform line layout is to be achieved with the glass rebate strips provided at the door, as shown in FIG. 4, base plate holding profiles 22 can be provided which in the manner described above are fitted with clamping strips in the grooves 7a and 8a of the frame hollow profiles 4 and 5 are attached.
In this case, the Soekelbleehe 19 are lifted into corresponding grooves in these Soekelbleeh- retaining profiles 9-22 .
Like in Pig. 7 indicated, can be used with all-siding doors. 23 be fastened in the hollow frame profile 24 in the manner described above by means of clamping strips.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 2, further wall connection strips 25 are provided which have semicircular Holilnuten for receiving a cylindrical elastic seal 27 and are expediently designed as resilient hollow profiles. by pressing onto the visual cover heads 28 on the frame hollow profile. 5 are attached.
These connection strips 25 have a longitudinal seat through which the heads 28 pass when the strips 25 are clamped on. The new frame construction enables the individual construction elements to be varied treat züi. Some of the profiles can be painted or anodized; they can also be anodized in different colors.
