Door The invention relates to a door with a sash profile that is closed to the outside and on both sides, the lower sash strip on the underside having a longitudinal groove into which an elastically flexible bottom sealing strip with at least two resilient tongues is inserted, which is curved upwards with the top Cooperate floor rail.
In known doors of this type, the mentioned longitudinal groove is usually located in the middle part of the lower sash frame strip, so that the latter together with the tongues is arranged on both sides at a distance from the two sash border planes. Since the upper and the two lateral sash strips on the side facing the stop frame lie in a sealed position on the stop frame, there is an unsealed space below the lower sash strip.
The present invention avoids this disadvantage in that, in the case of a door mentioned at the outset, the bottom sealing strip on the side facing the door stop frame runs flush outside the longitudinal groove with the side of the sash facing the stop frame. As a result, the gap mentioned is eliminated by the bottom sealing strip closing the door leaf below in the boundary plane facing the stop frame.
Appropriately, the upper and the side sash strips on the side facing the stop frame also have a cooperating with this, elastically flexible and longitudinally continuous sealing strip, the side cooperating with the stop frame runs flush with the side of the sash when the door is closed with the stop frame men facing . An uninterrupted series of sealing strips is then arranged over the entire circumference of the wing frame, which ensures a seamless closure of the wing frame.
The drawing shows in Figs. 1 and 2 in vertical section each an embodiment of the subject invention.
The door illustrated in Fig. 1 has a wing frame cooperating with a stop frame 1. The lower sash strip 2 be available from a frame profile 3 made of metal and a filler rod inserted in this 4 made of wood or plastic. The metal profile 3 is closed at the bottom and on both sides, but open at the top, so that the filler rod 4 can be inserted into the profile 3 from above and rigidly connected to it by screws (not shown). On the underside, the profile 3 is provided with a downwardly open groove 5, in which a sealing strip 6 made of elastic nachgie bigem material, in particular rubber, is set firmly a.
It is provided with three downwardly projecting resilient tongues 7, 8, 9, the free ends of which work together with an upwardly curved bottom rail 10. The bottom rail 10 is made of metal or plastic and is provided with a central, upwardly open longitudinal groove 11. The groove base 12 is provided with bores through which wood screws 13 are passed, which are screwed into the bottom 14 on the other hand.
The bottom rail 10 is arranged with two symmetrically to the verti cal longitudinal center plane, downwardly open, longitudinal recesses 15 see ver, in each of which a round cross-section bar 16 made of sound-absorbing, elastically nachgie bigem material is used. The bars are so large in cross-section that they are clamped when screwing the bottom rail 10 non-positively in ge mutual contact on the ground and on the bottom rail 10. The bottom of the groove 12 is covered at the top by a longitudinal strip 17 made of elastically flexible material which is inserted into the groove 11 and protrudes upward from the groove 11 and forms a stop for the tongue 7.
The tongue 7 is kept so short that, in the closed position of the door shown in the drawing, it rests exclusively on the bar 17, but has a slight play in relation to the bottom rail 10. In contrast, the tongues 8 and 9 run when the door is closed in the direction of arrow 18 on the rising in this direction top of the floor rail 10 positively, where they bend accordingly in a known manner.
The other three sash strips, of which only the upper sash bar 19 is shown in the drawing, have the same cross-section. The sash strip 19 consists of a cross-sectionally approximately U-shaped metal profile 20 open at the bottom and a filler bar 21 made of wood or plastic inserted therein. The two lateral wing frames, not shown, are open on the sides facing one another, so that all four frame strips are closed on the outside and on both sides, but are open on the inside.
The profile 20 has on the side facing the stop frame 1 a cooperating with this, longitudinal sealing strip 22 made of rubber or the like, whose side cooperating with the stop frame 1 runs flush with the stop frame 1 facing side of the wing when the door is closed. The same applies to the bottom sealing strip 6, the side of which facing the stop frame extends outside the longitudinal groove 5 flush with the side of the sash facing the stop frame.
When the door is closed, these two sides of the sealing strips 6 and 22, respectively, of all sash frame strips are located in the sash delimitation plane, which is determined by the stop part of the stop frame 1. Here, all sealing strips are under a predetermined compressive stress, so that they rest non-positively against the stop frame 1 or against the bottom rail 17.
The longitudinal bar 22 sits in a groove 23 of the Me tallprofils 20, which extends both over the side facing the impact frame 1 and over the top.
The filler rod 21 is rigidly attached to the metal profile 20 by countersunk screws 24. The screws 24 are passed through countersunk bores in the metal profile 20 which open into the groove 23.
The cross bars 4 and 21 are provided with two longitudinal grooves, in each of which a door panel 25 is inserted.
Instead of two door panels, a single middle door panel can optionally be provided or one or two glass panes or a double pane unit can be used instead of the door panels. Through the filler bars 4, 21 all frame bars are stiffened, but the filler bars can also be omitted if the metal profiles are formed as hollow profiles, as is seen in the embodiment ge according to FIG. 2 for the lower sash strip 26 before.
This differs from the lower frame strip described above in that the metal profile 27 is also closed on the top and the bottom sealing strip 29 anchored in a longitudinal groove 28 has only two tongues 30 and 31, which work together with the bottom rail 32 in an analogous manner , as has been explained above with reference to the tongues 7, 8, 9.
The metal profile 27 is closed on the top by a wall 33, which is profiled to form an upwardly open central longitudinal groove 34. In this groove is a filling 35, for. B. in the form of a pane of glass used.
The other three sash strips of the Ausfüh approximately example according to FIG. 2 again have the same cross section as can be seen from the upper sash strip 36 shown alone in FIG. This consists of a metal base profile 37 as well as a filler rod 38 made of wood or plastic and an auxiliary profile 39 that closes off the metal profile 37 at the bottom.
The metal profile 37 is on the side facing the stop frame 40 again provided with the sealing strip 22, wel che in the closed position of the door leaf shown in the drawing is flush with the relevant stop surface 41 of the sash, so that the surface 41 again lies in the relevant lateral delimitation plane of the door leaf, in which the limiter side of the bottom sealing strip 29 facing this plane lies in its part located outside the longitudinal groove 28.
In addition to the sealing strip 22, the upper and the two side wing frame strips, not shown, also have a further sealing strip 42, which protrudes towards the outside of the frame and is inserted into a groove 43 of the metal profile 37 and a second stop for a surface 44 parallel to surface 41 of the stop frame 40 forms. This sealing strip is also made of an elastic, flexible material, in particular rubber.
The metal profile 37 has an analogous shape to the metal profile 20 according to FIG. 1, but the lower leg ends with longitudinal strips 45 projecting towards the mutually facing sides are seen ver. These engage in channel-shaped extensions 46 of the auxiliary profile 39 which are open towards the opposite sides. This is also U-shaped and open at the top, the web 47 is profiled un ter formation of a downwardly open central longitudinal groove 48, which has approximately the same dimensions as the groove 34 of the lower frame and in an analogous manner the Filling 35 takes on.
The auxiliary profile 39 is attached in the middle part to the filler rod 38 by means of screws 49 and is designed to be resilient, so that the extensions 46 can be brought out of the area of the longitudinal strips 45 by pressing its legs 50 against each other, after which the profile 39 can be removed after loosening the screw 49. Conversely, for reassembly, it can be brought back into the position of use shown in FIG. 2 by resilient snapping and can be rigidly connected to the filler rod 38 by means of the screws 49.
This is again attached to the metal profile 37 by means of wood screws which are passed through corresponding bores which open into the grooves 23 and 43, respectively. If the filling consists of a glass pane, the auxiliary profile 39 can be designed as a resilient glass rebate strip.
The sealing strip 42 of the upper and the two side sash frame strips can also be assigned a bottom sealing strip or a tongue of the same in the lower sash frame strip in such a way that the side facing the stop frame is outside the anchoring groove in the same plane as the corresponding side of the sealing strip 42 .
