Wenn also z.
. Fig. 5 zeigt eine Befestigungsweise des Basisschenkels b.
Frames for windows and doors. In the known metal frames for windows and doors, difficulties often arise with regard to the precise fit of the projections of the frame profiles used. This is especially true for the projections that frame at a stop and a sash frame for the purpose of sealing when the sash is closed without play.
It is about longitudinal projections that work together along their entire length, what. .bearing in mind the deviations within the limits of the tolerances permitted for such frame profiles, this cannot be guaranteed without subsequent reworking.
The present invention relates to a frame for windows and doors, which is characterized in that the web on the inside of the frame has two mutually facing, longitudinally continuous stop surfaces, between which the base leg of a longitudinally continuous projection is inserted. This gives you the power to design and use the protrusion so that the required fit is sufficient.
So if z. If, for example, the dimensions of the frame profile differ significantly from the theoretical masses, these deviations can be compensated for by appropriate dimensioning of the projection without loss of the fit of the parts that work together with the projection. It is therefore sufficient if the latter is precisely adapted in each individual case or, for example, is designed as a support for an elastic sealing strip.
The invention is illustrated by way of example in the drawing.
The individual figures show cross-sections of different frame profiles, with the outside of the frame on the bottom and the inside of the frame on top.
According to Fig. 1, the web a of a window or door frame provided with the usual flanges and projections on the inside has two mutually facing, longitudinal stop surfaces a1 and a. on, between which the base leg b of a longitudinally continuous projection, which in the present case has the shape of a Win angle profile, is used.
According to FIG. 2, the stop frame is designed in the same way as in the case of FIG. 1. The web is again denoted by a, as is the base leg of the projection inserted therein with b. As can be seen, the vertical leg b1 of the projection is designed to be the same as a holder for the glass to be inserted c as well as a stop bar for the wing frame supporting the inner pane d.
The vertical leg b must take into account that the sash frame d also has to be attached to the flange a; of the stop frame should fit tightly, have a very precise position in relation to the sash frame d.
There. the protrusion between Amsehla.gflächen a, and a "is set, it can be designed and adapted without problems so that the desired fit is achieved without the stop frame or the casement meeting greater demands in terms of tolerance needs than they are given in the commercially available frame profiles.
As can be seen from Fig. 1, the two stop surfaces a, and a ,; to one another designed symmetrically, so that the base leg b can be used in either position. The second position is indicated by dash-dotted lines.
According to Fig. 3, the stop frame is designed the same as in Fig. 2, but the projection is designed as a carrier of a sealing strip b2, for. B. a rubber bead.
Furthermore, the web of the sash d is provided on the outside with a longitudinally continuous protruding strip dl, which works together with the sealing strip b2, wherein: also longitudinally continuous projections on the flanges of the sash work together with the flanges a3 and a4 of the stop frame .
Furthermore, the web of the wing frame mens on the inside with two facing, longitudinal stop surfaces d., = And (Z3 provided, in which the base leg of a not shown, longitudinal projection can be used, z:
B. can be designed as a holder for a window pane or door panel to be inserted, depending on its position for one or the other side or with a U-shaped cross-section of the projection for both sides.
According to FIG. 4, between the stop surfaces a and a. of the web a of the stop frame of the base limb of a longitudinally continuous, resilient projection, wherein the stopper kel b located at an acute angle to the base limb is resilient.
As can be seen, the longitudinal, protruding strip d of the sash frame d lies down against the stop leg b3 by resiliently pressing it down, so that there is a sealing contact.
. Fig. 5 shows a way of fastening the base leg b. As can be seen, this is originally arched upwards and in this state, w16 shown in FIG. 6, is inserted between the stop surfaces a1 and a2, but is still loose so that it can be easily pushed in.
After it has received its exact position, it is continuously low in the direction of the arrow in the middle part, pressed with this; Pressing is a widening of the base leg b connected, whereby this between tween the two stop surfaces crl and a.,; is pinched, so that a special additional fastening may not be necessary.
To replace a pane of glass - the base leg b, the z. B. is connected by some tacking screws with the web of the. Frame profile, solved. The projection can then be tilted upwards around the stop surface a ″,,, and removed, whereupon the glass pane can be removed.
While in the figures discussed so far, the two stop surfaces enclose the leg edge of the projection in a claw-like manner and are formed by longitudinally continuous strips voTopringende from the frame web, FIG. 6 shows an embodiment in which the two stop surfaces e, and e., A middle one , laterally limit the continuous recess of the frame web e,
namely, the stop surfaces form the flanks of an embedded in the web, z. B. dovetail groove. The correspondingly designed base leg of the longitudinally continuous projection can also be inserted into this, as is the case in front of the standing on the hand of the claw-like limited stop surfaces. The execution according to Fig. 6 is particularly recommended for steel frames. Instead of the swallow's tail shape, any other, z.
B. a stepped groove or groove shape can be used, G.uinäss Fit '-. 7 is between the stop f1 <iehen rrl and a-. of the bar a. of the an, cbla frame. the base leg b of a longitudinal, sdurcb, walking projection inserted in the form of an angle profile,
the front leg of which is smaller than the corresponding leg of the sash frame combined with the stop frame. In the case of contiguous window sections in which part of the window and part of the window are arranged with sash frames, it is advisable to make the arrangement in order to preserve an architectural, eli uniform line.
that the frame flange -e-en, which is opposite the front, test, protrudes over the base surface of the projection ip_in the stop frame at least approximately the same distance in the case of the sash frame. Dc.nientspreeliend would have to be the measure of the An, (- lilagr #,
ilimens be approximately equal to the corresponding dimension Fd of the sash. Under these circumstances, it is then also easily possible to omit the wing frame if necessary and to directly insert the:
Window pane einzugla sen, with the same high-legged projection would be used in place of the now provided projection finitely low leg, as it was used in the sash.
Since the frame flange a protruding opposite the projection protrudes by the same amount as the corresponding flange d4 of the sash, the proportions for the glazing are the same in both cases.
