Fig. 2 zeigt diese Anordnung von vorne.
Container pouring device on forklift truck The present invention relates to a container pouring device on forklift truck.
There are already devices for emptying barrels or similar transport and storage vessels are known which represent additional devices to the trolleys designated as forklifts or forklifts and in which the barrel held, for example, between two clamps for the purpose of emptying Distance of the upper lid closure is tilted about an axis of rotation extending approximately through its center point.
The use of such devices for emptying barrels with liquid, pasty or powdery content, especially for filling the contents into other containers with usually narrower filling opening, made difficulties in that it is necessary to move this sideways at the same time when Dre hen the barrel so that the opening formed by the upper edge is permanently above the filling opening, since this is the only way to ensure that it can be filled cleanly without spilling.
The present invention aims to remedy this deficiency. It relates to a container pouring device on forklift trucks, with a holding device for the container to be poured out and an axis of rotation around which the holding device can be tilted, characterized in that the holding device and axis of rotation are arranged relative to each other so that the axis of rotation is the pen when tilting the holding device with the container held by it, the pouring edge forming part of the wall part of the container delimiting the container opening is at least almost tangent.
An exemplary embodiment of the present invention is shown in the accompanying drawing, which is explained below with reference to the drawing, FIG. 1 showing the container pouring device as an additional device on a forklift in a side view and FIG. 2 in a front view .
Fig. 3 shows schematically in elevation the drive unit for tilting a ge from the device carried container, and Fig. 4 the means of the device for holding the container.
1 shows the forklift with the container pouring device with a raised barrel. The entire drive device of the forklift is arranged in the cart housing 1, which runs on three or four wheels 2. On the top is the seat 3 for the operator, with the steering wheel 4 and the usual operating levers 5 and pedals. On the front of the housing is the mast 7 with the trolley B, which is hydraulically adjustable in height, for example.
This trolley is used instead of the general for such forklifts. usual, for receiving the material to be conveyed serving (not shown here) Ga attached the pouring device, which consists of a plate 10 connected to the trolley 8 and a plate 11 rotatable relative to the plate 10 about a horizon tal axis perpendicular to the plates. The plate 11 carries on its front side the laterally adjustable support brackets 12 with which, as shown, the barrel 13 to be poured is carried.
Fig. 2 shows this arrangement from the front. In front of the forklift housing 1 is the mast 7, on which the trolley 8 and the plate 10 attached to the latter can be seen, raised to about half the height. The plate 11 can be rotated about the axis 15 on the plate 10 and, according to the illustration, pivots about 600 ge, the plate 11, which holds the barrel 13 with four support clamps 12.
The rotation of the plate 11 relative to the plate 10 serves to pour out the barrel 13 held by the Klam numbers 12 and is effected by a drive device attached to the plate 11 in the illustrated arrangement. The support brackets, which are used in the illustrated arrangement as a holding device for the container, are so angeord net relative to the axis of rotation 15 and so designed and slidable on the plate 11 that the axis of rotation 15 is at least almost the part of the pouring opening in the upper Front wall of the barrel delimiting wall part is tangent, which forms the pouring rim when the holding device and barrel are tilted when pouring.
In this way it is achieved that when gradually emptying the barrel ren despite the tilting of the barrel about the axis 15 z. B. a liquid to be poured out of the barrel is almost always emptied to the same point. According to the illustration, for example, the liquid is filled into the filling opening 18 of a reaction vessel 19.
The axis of rotation is advantageously arranged laterally offset with respect to the center of the vehicle, so that when the drum is lifted for transport by the truck, the drum is located approximately in the center of the truck, i. H. does not protrude laterally over the vehicle profile. On the other hand, it is thus possible to move very close to the filling opening of the vessel to be filled from the side.
The advantages of such an arrangement are easy to see. Because the pouring point of the barrel opening is at least approximately on the axis of rotation when the barrel is poured out, it is ensured that until the barrel is completely emptied, its contents are always emptied to practically the same point without paying special attention to the Operator or an additional shift of the forklift would be necessary.
In the known device mentioned at the outset, in which the axis of rotation coincides approximately with the center of the raised barrel, the outflow opening moves during the tilting of the vessel for pouring depending on the inclination of the vessel. If you want to empty into the filling opening of another vessel with such an arrangement, you have to do this by moving the barrel sideways when tilting the barrel.
This therefore requires an additional difficult operation of the device during pouring and, if it is brought about by moving the cart itself, is usually not possible in confined spaces. The lateral attachment of the rotating or tilting axis on the vehicle also has the advantage that the operator located on the seat 3 can see past the mast 7 and follow the filling process throughout the entire time. Fig. 3 shows the construction in the illustrated Kon on the rotatable plate 11 arranged drive device for rotating the plate for Kip pen of the barrel.
To protect the drive device from dirt and damage, it is surrounded by a housing. In Fig. 3, the front side of this housing is omitted to achieve a better serum. The wheel 20 protrudes into the housing and is mounted on an axle firmly connected to the plate 10 fixed to the trolley 8 and serves as a rolling wheel of the device described below. A chain 21 is placed around the wheel 20 and is attached to the wheel 20 by means of an eye 22 and a pin 23, for example. A part of the chain 21 runs from here over the pulling roller 24 and is firmly connected to the plate 11 by means of the bracket 26.
The other part of the chain 21 runs over a deflection roller 28 and the pulling roller 25 and is connected to the plate 11 by means of the bracket 29. The pull rollers 24 and 25 are fixed by means of a tab 30 with the working piston of a double-acting hydraulic piston-cylinder drive unit 31 verbun the. If the pressure fluid is applied to one or the other side of the piston in the cylinder, the piston and thus the tab 30 moves to the right or left. As a result, the chain lengths required between the wheel 20 and the two tabs 26 and 29 change in opposite directions.
Since the rolling wheel is not displaceable with respect to the plate 11, this has the consequence that the entire device rotates together with the plate 11 about the axis 15 of the wheel 20, thus bringing about the tilting movement described above. The below the axis 15 on the plate 11 angeord designated brackets 12 for the barrel can also be hydraulically actuated to grip a barrel and to release it. In the illustrated arrangement, the drive device for tilting is located on the tiltable plate 11 carrying the container. Of course, it is also possible to move the drive device into the stationary plate 10, please include.
The discussed accommodation of the drive device on the plate carrying the Behäl ter is more space-saving and at the same time more accessible, which simplifies construction and operation and makes it cheaper.
The deflection roller 28 is arranged in one branch of the chain relative to the rolling wheel 20 and the two tension rollers 24 and 25 such that all four chain strands running from the tension rollers are parallel to one another. As a result, the total chain length required between the two plates 29 and 26 remains constant regardless of the displacement of the tension rollers, whereby a positive connection between the plates is achieved in both directions. When the container is tipped up and down, no disruptive empty movements can occur. This pulley can be replaced by a resilient attachment of the chain to one of the two plates.
As a result, however, the form-fitting connection is changed into a single Lich non-positive connection, which is particularly undesirable for heavy containers.
Furthermore, another drive mechanism could be used to pivot the plate (11) relative to the plate (10). For example, instead of the chain arrangement with train rolling, a rack can be used which can be actuated by the hydraulic piston-cylinder unit and which engages in a toothing of the rolling wheel.
Compared to such an arrangement, however, the arrangement shown in Fig. 3 has the advantage that, due to the pulley-like action of the rollers 24 and 25, the required stroke of the piston in the cylinder of the unit 31 is reduced by half compared to the rack and pinion construction and none to the outside overhanging rack is required. It would be. it is also possible to produce the tilting using a worm gear operated by an electric or oil motor.
In view of the greater compactness of the hydraulic drive with the same power, however, significantly smaller dimensions are obtained with the arrangement shown.
In general, the support brackets 12, which are used to hold the barrel, can be moved relative to one another on the two sides of the plate, so that the barrel can generally be held centrally with respect to the vehicle for transport. This has the advantage that the vehicle has the greatest possible stability while driving.
The means for adjusting the support brackets are also designed so that the brackets can be moved sideways and across each other independently of one another on each side and on both sides, so that it is possible to accommodate containers of various sizes and still hold them so that the part of the wall part delimiting its upper opening which forms the pouring edge is at least almost tangent to the axis of rotation 15, or the axis of rotation almost coincides with this part. This is indicated schematically in FIG. 4.
If, for example, a larger barrel 40 is to be emptied, it is held on both sides by means of brackets 41 and 42 so that the barrel is un dangerous centered on the vehicle. The part 43, which forms the pouring edge, of the part of its upper end wall 44 bordering the pouring opening, which has the opening, is affected by the axis of rotation 15 of the device. If a smaller, dash-dotted barrel 46 is to be emptied, at least the upper holder 42 on the right side of the plate is left in the extreme position and the barrel 46 is fixed by moving the lower holder 42 and the clamps 41 on the left side of the plate ( shown in dashed lines).
In this way it is achieved that the casting wheel 47 of the opening in the upper end wall of the barrel 46 is in turn affected by the axis 15.
