Le profil des susdites languettes 42 à 45 est tel que, pratiquement, les languettes 42-44 viennent se mettre à hauteur de l'épaisseur inférieure des ailes l2-13, des languettes 43-45 venant alors en contact, par leur bord libre, avec la partie supérieure desdites ailes 12-13, (fig. 11) ; en exerçant, sur l'en tretoise 37, respectivement la partie terminale 41 de cette entretoise, un effort de poussée vers le rail ou profilé, les languettes 43-45 se déforment élastique- ment et les languettes 42-44 viennent se mettre à un niveau inférieur à celui desdites ailes 12-13 (fig. 12) ;
Panel The object of the invention is a panel, characterized in that it consists of sections with elastic wings, means for fixing said sections and elements of which at least two parallel edges are straightened, profiled and introduced into said wings. elastic of said sections, the elements thus fixed being contiguous and arranged in the same plane.
This panel makes it possible to produce coverings for all types of walls as well as double coverings constituting, in themselves, walls or partitions for all types of applications.

In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1, 2 and 3, the panel comprises an element presenting a large base 1, of square shape, perforated, comprising two opposite lateral fixing faces and two opposite lateral stiffening faces.
The four side faces are connected to the large base 1 by a fillet 2. The lateral fixing faces are each formed by such a fillet 2 extended by a wall 3 normal to the plane of the large base 1, this wall 3 being terminated by a longitudinal edge 4 profiled in the form of a tube portion directed towards the inside of the element.
The stiffening faces are formed by such a fillet 2 extended by a wall 5 normal to the plane of the large base and folded inwards so as to present a wing 6 in the plane of said large base 1.
In the walls 3 of the lateral fixing faces, are cut flaps 7 pushed towards the inside of the element so as to be in a plane parallel to that of the large base 1.
The ends of the four side faces are cut as indicated at 8-9, respectively for the fixing faces and for the stiffening faces, and these cutouts are such that there remains, of the side faces 3-5, a tongue, respectively. 10-11.
For fixing such elements, use is made, as shown diagrammatically by way of example in FIGS. 4 and 5, supports in the form of T-shaped profiles made by a folded and curved metal strip, so as to present wings 12-13 of great stiffness and a sort of split core formed by two symmetrical walls delimiting a tubular median part 14 and extended by legs 15 - 16.
The tubular part 14 is such that it has an internal radius of curvature approximately the same as that of the corresponding part of the flanges 4 in the tube portion.
These elements fixing supports can themselves be secured to the underlying wall by various means.
As shown in fig. 4, these supports can be fixed by buttonhole flats 17 fixed, on the one hand, to the underlying wall and, on the other hand, to said supports 14-16, by means of claws 18 and bolts and nuts, respectively 19-20.
Or, as shown schematically in FIG. 5, these supports 12-16 can be secured by spacers 21 formed, for example, by angles, one of the wings of which is cut at 22 so as to engage one of the wings 13 of said support, while the other wing of said angles 21 is conditioned in such a way as to be able to be folded into 23 during assembly, said spacers 21 being themselves able to be fixed to the underlying wall by any suitable means.
These fixing means have the advantage of requiring no particular arrangement in the elastic supports 12-16 and, consequently, no treatment or conditioning liable to weaken, deteriorate or deform said elastic supports.
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 6, the side faces 3 of the elements are straightened so as to incline towards the inside of the element at an angle a. This angle is variable and depends on the attachment conditions. The result of this arrangement is that two juxtaposed lateral faces 3 theoretically only have linear contact and keep a total elasticity favorable to the easy attachment of the elements.
The rails or sections have two upper wings 12-13 extended by roundings 24-25 and two divergent planes, respectively 26-27, which are, downwards, curved towards each other so as to produce two planes. convergent, respectively 28-29, themselves extended by roundings, respectively 30-3l, extended, in turn, by two divergent planes, respectively 32-33, the lower edges of which, respectively 34-35, are folded outwardly parallel to said upper wings 12-l3.
In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 7-8, the divergent planes 26-27 are parallel or approximately parallel, respectively, to the divergent planes 32-33.
The wings 12-13 have, from distance to distance, oblong slots 36, of rectangular shape. These lights 36 are arranged two by two, as shown in FIG. 7. The rails or profiles thus conditioned can be produced in a single piece by folding, respectively profiling and cutting, of a single strip.
The spacers intended to join together the successive rails or sections of the same assembly and also intended to ensure the practically perfect parallelism of these rails or sections are, as shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, produced as follows: a strip 37 of generally rec-tangular shape is sheared and folded back so as to present two longitudinal edges 38-39 and two end edges 40. Said longitudinal edges 38-39 stop at a certain distance from said flanges 40, so as to maintain flat end parts 41.
In each of these end parts are cut and pushed back two pairs of tabs, respectively 42-43 and 44-45. The dimensions and profiles of these tabs are established in correlation with the shape and dimensions of the oblong openings 36 provided in the rail or section.
As shown schematically in fig. 11, 12 and 13, in order to secure the end part 41 of such a spacer 37 to a rail or section, it is necessary to operate as follows: said spacer 37 is placed on said rail or section in such a way that the tongues 42-44 normally enter two neighboring lights 36.
The profile of the aforesaid tongues 42 to 45 is such that, in practice, the tongues 42-44 come to be level with the lower thickness of the wings 12-13, the tongues 43-45 then coming into contact, via their free edge, with the upper part of said wings 12-13, (fig. 11); by exerting, on the spacer 37, respectively the end part 41 of this spacer, a pushing force towards the rail or profile, the tongues 43-45 deform elastically and the tongues 42-44 come to a level lower than that of said wings 12-13 (Fig. 12);
it is then sufficient to give the spacer, respectively to the terminal flat parts 41, a small transverse movement to bring the tongues 42-44 under the wings 12-13 and the tongues 43-45 into engagement in the corresponding slots 36.
An attachment is thus achieved which is both extremely rapid and of great stability due to the presence of the four tabs 42 to 45 and their engagement in the slots 36 ad hoc. The spacers 37 have, near their flat end portion 41, an orifice 46 allowing the fixing of dia gonales or stability braces 47, by the intermediary of bolts 48 and nuts 49. These braces or diagonals 47 have a series of oblong recesses 50 so as to be able to ensure the correct position without any difficulty and also to take into account the assembly tolerances.
In the assembly shown purely by way of example by its essential elements in FIG. 14, the rails or sections are themselves suspended by the intermediary of claws 51, from sections or beams 52 by means of bolts 53 and nuts 54. These trellises or sections 52 are themselves suspended from the ceiling 55 by means of uprights or slats 56 also having successive oblong openings 57, these uprights being fixed, inferiorly, by bolts 58 and nuts 59 and, above, to a square bracket 60 by means of bolts 61 and nuts 62, said tab itself being fixed to said ceiling 55 by any suitable means, for example by a screw shown diagrammatically at 63.
By the special arrangement of the perforated upright 56-57, it is also possible to take account of variations or tolerances in the assembly.
It goes without saying that this assembly could use panels of any kind and of any profile, condition born to be able to be hung on the rails or profiles described above.
The same essential means can also be used for the execution of the total or partial coating of any wall generally any.
In fig. 15 and 16, is shown schematically the application of the aforesaid hooking means for the execution, for example, of a paneling fixed on masonry. It suffices, for this purpose, to fix to the masonry 64, parallel and equidistant, over the entire height to be covered, rails or profiles 65, for example of the type shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 or in fig. 7 and 8 of the accompanying drawings. These rails or sections are fixed to the masonry by duly staggered lugs 66, themselves fixed by any known means.
In these rails are secured the proper elements. As shown in fig. 15 and 16, these elements, indicated at 67, can be simple, that is to say have lateral edges 68 which are simply straightened and profiled. Or, as the diagram drawn in section in FIG. 17, the elements 1-11 may be of the type shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, possibly improved as indicated in fig. 6 annexed.
In the application shown in Figs. 18 to 20, we find all the elements of the previous application, however between the masonry 64 and the rails or hooking profiles 65, is interposed a lath formed by uprights 69 and crossbars 70.
As shown schematically in fig. 21, 22 and 23, it is also possible to produce walls by making use of the same characteristic elements as those described above, in one or the other form. To this end, it suffices to pair the rails or sections 65 by an intermediate connecting member represented, in this case, by two sheets folded in a U and placed back to back, respectively 71 and 72.
A real double frame is thus produced on which it suffices, on both sides, to fix, in the manner indicated, either the simple elements 67 (fig. 21 and 22), or the more complex elements 1-11 (fig. . 23).
