Device for the production of whipped cream, mayonnaise as well as chocolate and vanilla cream, using pressurized gas The previously known devices for the production of whipped cream, mayonnaise and chocolate and vanilla cream, known as cream blowers, have the disadvantage that their device head, which is made of light metal casting, has three has through holes. As a result of sealing difficulties, there are therefore three sources of pressure loss.
Another disadvantage of the previously known devices occurs at the point of the apparatus head, to which the pressurized gas source is to be connected by the sealed with a metal membrane, filled under pressure with a gaseous medium th cartridges when inserted into the apparatus head through a provided in the pressure inlet valve Pen must be pierced.
When perforating the metal membrane, a large part, often up to half of the contents of the gas cartridge, is lost in the known devices because the said membrane is perforated because the gas cartridge must be pushed against the perforation pin by hand. The pressure inlet valve is often blocked by remnants of the punctured metal membrane, which leads to frequent repairs.
The present invention aims to at least partially remedy the disadvantages of known devices mentioned. The device for the production of whipped cream, mayonnaise and chocolate and vanilla cream according to the invention has a pressure-resistant container for receiving the food and an apparatus head with two bores that can be detachably attached to the same,
One of which is used to accommodate a pressure release valve carrying a pouring spout and the other is used to accommodate a pressurized gas container with a pressure inlet valve designed as a check valve.
In the following, an exemplary embodiment of the device according to the invention is described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawing with regard to structure and mode of operation.
The device shown in Fig. 1 consists of an apparatus head 1 and the bottle-shaped container, which is used, for example, to receive the un whipped frame and whose neck is designated 22. The apparatus head 1, which is preferably made of a light metal alloy, has two attachments, each provided with a bore, for receiving the pressure inlet and pressure relief valve.
The pressure relief valve consists of a valve body 2 which is axially displaceable in one of the two named bores of the apparatus head 1 and is provided with a radial flange at one end, which does not have an axial bore 2a extending to the flange zone. A radial bore 2b which is provided adjacent to the flange opens into this axial bore 2a .
At the end opposite the flange, the valve body 2 is stepped down to a smaller diameter and provided with an external thread 2c. On this Ge thread 2c a connecting sleeve 8 is screwed on which the skin-pass grommet 9 z. B. is attached under a press fit.
The valve body 2 has a peripheral recess 4a between its ends. On the Ra dial flange of the valve body 2 and in its A rotation 4a, a sealing ring 3, 4 is arranged. 5 is a ring made of steel which works together with a steel abutment 7 arranged on an angled operating lever 6. The operating lever 6 is attached to the apparatus head 1 in an articulated manner.
The operating lever 4 has an elongated hole in the area of the offset end of the valve body 2, the whole thing in such a way that when the longer leg of the operating lever 6 is depressed, the valve body 2 is depressed so that the sealing ring 3 moves away from the valve body The valve plate lifts off and, as a result of the pressure prevailing in the container, its contents, e.g. B.
Cream flows into the skin-making nozzle 9. When the operating lever 6 is released, the pressure relief valve is automatically closed because the shorter leg, designed as a leaf spring, of the angular operating lever 6 moves the valve body 2 in the sense of closing the valve. The sealing ring 4 serves to guide the valve body 2 in a sealing manner in the bore of the apparatus head 1.
The second approach of the apparatus head 1 has a two times offset in diameter through hole, the zone of the smallest diameter for receiving a tubular seal 11 provided with a flange at one end.
A tube 12 projects into the bore of this seal 11 and is provided between its two ends with a flange 12 a which is intended to rest on the flange of the seal 11. This tube 12 is closed at the end facing the container and has close to this end two diametrically arranged radial bores 12b, the mouths of which are covered by the ring 11 up.
The sealing ring 11 and the tube 12 are held in their desired position in the bore of the second approach of the apparatus head 1 by means of a threaded sleeve 15, the sleeve 15 compressing the flange of the sealing ring 11 via the flange 12a.
In the internal thread of this threaded sleeve 15, which is secured against unintentional loosening, z. B. by a locking screw, the gas cartridge holder 16 can be screwed. This holder 16 has a rimmed flange 16a and has a continuous axial bore with an internal thread. In the middle of this axial bore there is a peripheral bearing surface for a seal 14, which is secured against falling out of the holder 16 by means of a threaded ring 13. When the holder 16 is screwed in, the tube 12 passes through the device 14.
To pressurize the device, a cartridge 21 filled with a gas under pressure is screwed one or two threads into the holder 16 after the holder 16 has been unscrewed from the threaded sleeve 15 by one or two threads. When the cartridge is screwed into the holder 16, the mouth of the cartridge attachment containing a check valve rests on the seal 14.
The holder 16 together with the cartridge 21 is then screwed back into the threaded sleeve 15 as far as it will go, the open end of the tube 12 pressing on the check valve of the cartridge attachment and opening it. The gas now flows out of the cartridge 21 through the tube 12 and its radial bores 12b and presses the sealing ring 11 back slightly in the area of its mouth so that it can flow into the reservoir.
When using the device described, the same is held in the hand in such a way that the Appa rate head 1 protrudes downwards, so that the contents of the reservoir through the spout 9 ver leaves the device through the now more pressurized gas in the reservoir when the pressure relief valve is open.
In order to be able to use such gas cartridges, which are not equipped with a check valve approach, an intermediate piece 24 provided with an unspecified check valve 25-27 is provided, which is to be screwed onto the gas cartridge or otherwise attached. The gas cartridge is then filled with compressed gas and screwed into the holder 16 together with the intermediate piece.
