Device for the production of whipped cream, mayonnaise and chocolate and vanilla cream using compressed gas The previously known devices for the production of whipped cream, mayonnaise and chocolate and vanilla cream, known under the name Rahmbläser, have the disadvantage that their device head, which is made of light metal casting, has three continuous holes having. As a result of sealing difficulties, there are therefore three sources of pressure loss.
Another disadvantage of the previously known devices occurs at the point of the apparatus head to which the pressurized gas source is to be connected, as the cartridges, which are sealed with a metal membrane and filled with a gaseous medium under pressure, pierce through a pin provided in the pressure inlet valve when they are inserted into the apparatus head Need to become.
When perforating the Metallmem bran, a large part of the known devices, often up to half of the gas cartridge content, is lost because the perforation of said membrane takes place in that the gas cartridge must be pushed against the perforation pin by hand. The pressure inlet valve is often blocked by remnants of the pierced metal membrane, which gives rise to frequent repairs.
The present invention aims to at least partially remedy the named disadvantages of known devices and relates to a device for the production of whipped cream, mayonnaise and chocolate and vanilla cream, which has a pressure-resistant container to take on the food and a detachably attached device head with two Boh has stanchions, one of which is used to receive a pressure release valve carrying a pouring spout and the other to receive a pressurized gas container with a pressure inlet valve designed as a check valve.
In the following, an exemplary embodiment of the device according to the invention is described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawing with regard to structure and mode of operation.
The device shown in Fig. 1 consists of an apparatus head 2 and the bottle-shaped container, which is used, for example, to hold the undefeated frame and whose neck has been designated with 1. The apparatus head 2, which preferably consists of a light metal alloy, has lugs, each provided with a bore, for receiving the pressure inlet valve or the pressure relief valve.
The pressure relief valve consists of a valve body 3 which is axially displaceable in one of the two named bores of the apparatus head 2 and is provided with a radial flange at one end, which has an axial bore 3a which does not extend to the flange zone. In this axial bore 3a opens a radial bore 3b, which is vorgese hen adjacent to the flange. At the end opposite the flange of the valve body 3 is deposited to a smaller diameter and see ver with an external thread 3c.
A connecting sleeve 6 is screwed onto this thread 3c, on which the skin-pass grommet 9, e.g. B. is clamped attached.
The valve body 3 has a peripheral recess 13a between its ends. On the radial flange of the valve body 3 and in its recess 13a a sealing ring 13 and 14 is arranged. The sleeve 11 and the sleeve washer 10 made of plastic are captive, for. B. by a push-button system, fixed in the elongated hole of the operating lever 12 and serve as an abutment and transmission member of the axial force of the operating lever 12 on the valve body 3. The operating lever 12 is hinged to the apparatus head 2 (not shown).
The operating lever 12 has an elongated hole in the area of the end of the valve body 3 which is offset in diameter, the whole thing in such a way that when the longer leg of the operating lever 12 is pressed down, the valve body 3 is pressed down via the spout 11, so that the sealing ring 14 lifts from the valve plate and as a result of the pressure prevailing in the container 1, its contents, z. B. cream, flows into the skin-pass nozzle 9.
When you let go of the operating lever 12, the pressure relief valve is automatically closed because the shorter leg, designed as a leaf spring, of the angled operating lever 12 moves the valve body 3 in the sense of closing the valve. The sealing ring 13 is used to guide the valve body 3 in the bore of the apparatus head 2.
The second approach of the apparatus head 2 has a diameter offset through Boh tion, the smallest diameter zone for receiving a tubular seal 8 provided at one end with a flange is intended.
A tube 5 protrudes into the bore of this seal 8 and is provided between its two ends with a flange 5a which is intended to rest on the flange of seal 8. This tube 5 is closed at the end facing the container neck and has close to this end two dia metrally arranged radial bores 5b, the mouths of which are covered by the sealing ring 8.
The sealing ring 8 and the pipe 5 are held in their desired position in the bore of the second attachment of the apparatus head 2 by means of a threaded sleeve 4, the sleeve 4 pressing the flange of the sealing ring 8 together via the flange 5a.
At its upper end, the tube 5 has two peripheral indentations 15 a for receiving two sealing rings 15.
To pressurize the device, a cartridge filled with a gas under pressure (FIG. 2) is screwed into the upper thread of the sleeve 4. When screwing the cartridge (Fig.2) into the sleeve 4, the orifice bore of the cartridge attachment 17 containing a check valve pushes over the tube 5 with the two sealing rings 15 and seals the orifice bore of the cartridge approach 17 from the outside.
If the cartridge (Fig. 2) is screwed into the sleeve 4 as far as it will go, the open end of the tube 5 presses on its non-return valve and opens the same. The gas now flows out of the cartridge through the tube 5 and its radial bores 5b and presses the sealing ring 8 back slightly in the area of its mouth so that it can flow into the flange-shaped container 1.
When using the device described, it is held in the hand in such a way that the device head 2 protrudes downwards, so that the contents of the container 1 through the nozzle 9 leave the device through the gas now under pressure in the container 1 when the pressure relief valve is open.
In order to be able to use gas cartridges that are not equipped with a check valve attachment, the non-return valve attachment 17 to 21, which is not described in detail, can be screwed onto such cartridges or otherwise attached. These cartridges are then filled with pressurized gas and screwed into the sleeve 4 together with the check valve attachment.
