Abstract

1. Aerated-cream dispenser nozzle with a housing having a body (1) presenting rotation symmetry about a longitudinal axis, which body has at one end an internal thread (1a) for enabling it to be screwed on a cream bottle (2) and is equipped at the opposite end with a valve having a fixed valve body (4) and a movable valve member (6) and with a spout (5) adjacent to the latter for dispensing aerated cream, characterized in that a) the spout (5) is removably inserted in a neck-shaped extension (4b) of the valve body (4), whose bore portion adjoining its seat surface (4a) has a diameter corresponding to the diameter of the plug-in end portion (12) of the usual commercial gas cartridge, and b) the movable valve member (6) has a central projection (7a) extending outwards from its plate-shaped operative portion (7), which projection has a length such that, by means of it, upon plugging-in of the gas cartridge, first the movable valve member is moved away from the seat until it butts against an annular shoulder (1f) formed on the housing body, and then the gas outlet valve part (14) present in the plug-in portion of the gas cartridge is forced back for the purpose of delivery of pressurized gas from the cartridge into the aerated-cream dispenser through an eccentric recess (1d) of the housing body (1) and past the plate-shaped operative portion of the movable valve member (6).

In diese greift mit Schnappverschluss ein passend ausgebildeter Endansatz 5a ein, der an einem Mundstück 5 vorhanden ist. Mit dem Ventilkörper 4 arbeitet ein bewegliches Rahmauslassventilglied 6 zusammen, genauer gesagt, der tellerförmige Teil 7, an dem einstückig auch ein nach aussen ragender zapfenförmiger Vorsprung 7a angesetzt ist. Zum beweglichen Ventilglied 6 gehört auch ein in ein Gewindesackloch des Teiles 7 eingeschraubter, nach innen ragender stangenförmiger Ansatz 8. Das Ventil wird vervollständigt durch eine Ventilfeder (Druckfeder) 9, die zwischen dem Teil 7 und einer Schulter des Gehäusekörpers 1 wirksam ist, im Bestreben, das Ventil in Schliesslage zu halten. Zum Oeffnen dieses Ventiles, also zum Abgeben von geblasenem Rahm dient ein Betätigungsglied, bestehend aus einer Spindel 10, die abgedichtet in einer Radialbohrung 1c des Gehäusekörpers 1 längsverschiebbar ist, und aus einem Betätigungsknopf 11, der mit Presssitz auf einen gerändelten Endteil der Spindel 10 aufgepresst ist. In der gezeigten Ruhelage liegt die Betätigungsspindel 10 mit ihrem inneren Ende am stangenförmigen Ansatz 8 an (oder beinahe) und liegt ausserdem ein seitlicher Vorsprung 11a des Knopfes 11 an der Innenseite des unteren Randes der Gehäusekappe 3 an. Rahmbläserkopf nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das bewegliche Ventilglied (.6) mit einem zentralen, stangenförmigen und nach innen ragenden Ansatz (8) versehen ist und dass in einer radialen Bohrung (1c) des Gehäusekörpers (1) gasdicht abgedichtet und längsbeweglich eine Spindel (10) eines Ventilbetätigungsorgans angeordnet ist, wobei in der Ruhelage dieses Organs diese Spindel mit ihrem inneren Ende ganz oder beinahe am besagten Ansatz (8) anliegt und ein mit der Spindel fest verbundener Betätigungsknopf (11) mit einem an ihm vorhandenen seitlichen Vorsprung (11a) an der Innenseite eines Mantelkragens einer auf den Gehäusekörper (1) aufgeschraubten, den feststehenden Ventilkörper (4) haltenden Gehäusekappe (3) anliegt.2.
