Ein flexibles Mundstück v1 befindet sich auf einer mit Rillen b7 versehenen Stirnseite b8 des Gewindestutzens b1. Im Hohlraum b2 ist eine Druck feder b3, die zwischen der inneren Stirnseite b9 des Hohlraumes b.> und einem Bund b4 eines Betätigungs stiftes b5 angeordnet ist, der sich in einem Hohlraum b;;
Bottle-Shaped Cream Blower The invention relates to a bottle-shaped cream blower which is used to produce whipped cream from raw cream by means of a pressurized gas and which eliminates the laborious production with a whisk and skin-pass sack.
Such cream blowers were previously made of aluminum and were dimensioned in such a way that they could withstand the pressure of the compressed gases. Furthermore, these cream blowers consisted of several parts, each individual part requiring a great deal of processing. These cream blowers were therefore expensive to manufacture and have only been introduced in large companies such as restaurants. They are therefore out of the question for private households.
These disadvantages are eliminated according to the invention in that the parts of the cream blower, which mainly form a head part and a foot part, are made of plastic and have their open ends facing each other, the volume of the inner space of the head part being matched to the capacity of the foot part, with the purpose that even when the latter is completely filled, the cream blower is not destroyed by the gas pressure when the propellant gas is let in from a cartridge.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the drawings. It shows: FIG. 1 a longitudinal section of the cream blower with a pouring valve, a head part and a foot part, FIG. 2 a cross section on an enlarged scale through the pressure and safety valve, FIG. 3 a cross section on an enlarged scale through the exhaust valve.
The bottle-shaped cream blower has a foot part b 'and a head part b. In the upper edge of the foot part b 'a rubber ring z4 is let into a groove and the inner surface of the head part b, which faces the upper edge of the foot part b', decreases conically towards the end of the head part b facing away from the foot part b '.
When the parts b 'and b are screwed together, the rubber ring z4 lies against the conical inner surface of the head part b and thereby causes the mutual sealing of the two cream blower parts b and b', through the arrangement of the new bottle-shaped cream blower so that the same in the Mainly consists of two parts facing one another with their open ends, it is achieved that the appropriate, mutual coordination of the inner volume of the foot part b 'and the head part b is always maintained when using this bottle-shaped cream blower. The foot part b 'can only ever be filled with raw cream up to the edge b ".
In other words, the interior of the head part is matched to the capacity of the foot part so that even when the latter is completely filled, the cream blower is not destroyed by the gas pressure when the propellant gas is let in from a cartridge.
In the middle of the bottom of the base part b 'is the pressure valve with a nut z, which is screwed with its external thread into a connection piece of this base part b'. A sealing washer r is arranged between an end face b ″ 'of the connecting piece of the base part b ′ and an end face of the nut z.
The nut z has a cavity z5 with a groove z1 present at the äusse Ren end to accommodate a sealing ring z4, while at the inner end of the cavity z5 between its end face and a flange z2 "of the valve carrier z2, which is threaded with its Ge zz" ' is screwed into the nut z, a sealing washer zr; located.
A Seeger fuse z3 is arranged on the part of the valve support z projecting into the interior of the base part b 'and is held against axial displacement by a locking ring s provided in a groove on the inner end of the valve support z2. The valve support z._ has a longitudinal cavity z @, which at its end part protruding into the interior of the base part b 'is connected to a cavity z2 ″ running transversely thereto.
The filling of the cavity of the foot part b 'and the head part b with pressurized gas is done by inserting a known pressurized gas cartridge nipple, not shown in the drawing, to which the pressurized gas cartridge is firmly connected, into the cavity z "of the nut z, whereby the sealing ring creates the sealing of the pressurized gas cartridge nipple to the outside.
The check valve of the pressurized gas cartridge nipple comes to rest on the outer face of the valve carrier z2. By pushing the pressurized gas cartridge nipple further in, the check valve is opened and the pressurized gas can flow through the longitudinal cavity z 'and the cavity z2 "between the valve carrier z2 and the Seeger fuse z3 into the cavity of the base part b' and the head part b. This inflow <RTI
ID = "0002.0019"> the process ends after a few seconds and the pressurized gas cartridge nipple can be pulled out.
In addition to the pressure valve, in the bottom of the foot part b 'there is the safety valve with a safety screw e, the external thread of which is screwed into a connection piece of the foot part b'. The safety screw e has a cavity b ″ which is open towards the inside of the base part b ′ and which has an opening at the inner end for a valve pin ei to pass through. One end of a compression spring e2 lies on the inner face of the cavity b ″, while the outer same is supported against a collar e3 of the valve pin ei.
The valve pin ei has on the end facing the interior of the foot part b 'a shaft part e .. which has a groove e9 for receiving a sealing ring e5. From the edge e6 of the shaft part ei on, the opening e7 in the connection piece of the base part b 'widens conically inwards, where the collar e3 of the valve pin <B> ei </B> extends towards the end of this conical widening of the opening e7 supports.
When the pressure inside the foot part b 'rises above the spring pressure, the valve pin ei moves outwards, with the result that the sealing ring e ;; enters the conical part of the opening e7 and is no longer sealed. The compressed gas now has the opportunity to get into the open through the conical part of the opening e7 and the cavity b ″ of the safety screw.
On the end of the head part b of the bottle-shaped cream blower facing away from the base part b 'there is the pour-out valve with a threaded connector b1 on which a union nut v3 is arranged and which has an outwardly open cavity bz. Passage openings b are arranged between this cavity b2 and the end of the head part b of the bottle-shaped cream blower facing away from the base part b ′.
A flexible mouthpiece v1 is located on an end face b8 of the threaded connector b1 provided with grooves b7. In the cavity b2 is a compression spring b3, which is arranged between the inner end face b9 of the cavity b.> And a collar b4 of an actuating pin b5, which is located in a cavity b ;;
of the mouthpiece v1 extends up to the outer end of the same, the collar b4 resting against the end face b; "of the mouthpiece v1.
The exit of the whipped cream from the mouthpiece v1 takes place in that the foot part b 'is held downwards together with the mouthpiece v1 and by moving the flexible mouthpiece v1 to the side, the actuating pin gets into an inclined position, as a result of which the collar bl moves away from its contact surface moved away and thereby an exit of the whipped cream through the cavity b; enables. Depending on the size of the lateral deflection of the actuating pin b5, it is possible to do the amount of whipped cream that escapes.
