Von den Tastenkontakten aus gehend, werden nacheinander die einzelnen Relais angesteuert; wenn sie angezogen haben, schalten sie mittels eines eigenen Kontaktes den Stromlauf in Richtung des Fahrweges bis zum nächsten Fahrstra ssenrelais weiter und wählen so den Fahrweg aus. In Fällen, in denen mehrere Weichen im Gleisplan vorhanden sind, die teils spitz, teils stumpf befahren werden, sind in dem im Hauptpatent beschriebenen Beispiel zwei Stromkreise vorgesehen, von denen sich der eine von einem Ende, der zweite von dem an dern Ende des gewünschten Fahrweges her aufbaut;
Die beiden Strek- ken münden in drei Bahnhofgleise I, II, III.
Device for controlling signals and points in railway systems In the main patent No. 336436 a route setting with chain switching of route relays is described, in which the route relays are assigned to the turnouts and move through the track plan according to the sequence of the turnouts to which they are assigned Switch on the operation of two route buttons and after opening the button contacts keep them switched on when you release the route buttons. For this purpose, the Fahrstra ssentasten pressed, which are at the ends of the desired th route.
Starting from the button contacts, the individual relays are activated one after the other; When they have picked up, they switch the current flow in the direction of the route to the next route relay by means of their own contact and thus select the route. In cases where there are several points in the track plan, which are partly pointed, partly blunt, two circuits are provided in the example described in the main patent, one of which is from one end, the second from the other end of the desired Builds up the track;
This ensures that only the current flow in the direction of the other end of the desired route is controlled with pointed turnouts, but not a second route that runs in a direction other than the desired direction can be selected. One has in Schaltun conditions for such track plans each switch assigned three relays, namely one relay for the plus and the minus position in those circuits in which the switch is controlled from the blunt side, and also a relay that is in every layer of the switch attracts and lies in the circuit that is traversed by the switch tip.
In branched track systems, as shown, for example, in FIG. 1, the case often occurs that there are several possible routes between the two end points of a route. However, it can usually not be left to the discretion which of these possible routes should be set. In the device described in the main patent, only one of the possible routes is adjustable, while the others are already switched off by button contacts or by contacts of route test relays. In this case, it is not possible to use another of the possible routes as a temporary measure if the only one adjustable route is occupied or partially occupied for another journey.
The device according to the invention avoids this disadvantage. This can be switched in such a way that one of the possible routes is also preferred; if this cannot be used, the other possible routes can also be set. According to the invention, this object is achieved in that switching means are arranged in the circuit for the preferred route, which prevent the setting of the other routes when this route is set.
If, on the other hand, the preferred route cannot be set, these switching means do not take effect, which means that the selection of a route to be set from the series of possible routes is made dependent on the operating state (activation or non-activation) of the individual control relays of the preferred route.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, in which the interworking of the switching means arrangement taking place within the meaning of the invention is to be described.
Fig. 1 shows the track plan of a train station. with a double-track main line from and to station S1 (entrance on platform A with signal A, exit on platform B) and a single-track secondary line from and to station Na (entry and exit on platform C) shown. The two lines lead into three station tracks I, II, III. Tracks I and II should be used in both directions, while track III should only be used from right to left. Exits to S1 and Na are made on the exit signals D, E, F. The station head contains the switches 1 to 6, as can be seen from FIG. 1; The position on the straight line is assumed to be the plus position for all turnouts.
In Fig. 2, the table for the track plan of Fig. 1 is shown schematically. It contains the route keys TA, TB, TC, the track keys TI, TII, TIII, the turnout keys TI to T6 (which are used for the individual setting of the turnouts 1 to 6), the signal position indicators A, C, D, E, F and the replicas of the tracks and track connections. To set a journey, for example between track C and station track III, two buttons are pressed (e.g. the TC and TIII buttons), whereby all the necessary switching operations are initiated.
The desired direction of travel is selected by means known per se such as successive actuation of the buttons, use of additional buttons, connection of direction relays, etc .; however, the choice of direction is not part of the subject matter of the invention and will therefore not be described further.
The circuits in Fig. 3 and 4 contain the circuits for setting the routes; they are modeled on the track plan of FIG. In them, relays are represented by a circle, in the rest position open contacts by a continuous cross line on the line, in the rest position closed contacts by a non-continuous cross line Darge provides. One pole of the current source is indicated by an arrow pointing into the circuit, the other pole by an arrow pointing out of the circuit. The current runs according to FIG. 3 from right to left, that according to FIG. 4 from left to right. As a result and in the same way as in the example of the main patent. are example, for setting the switch 6 in Fig. 3, the Steil relay S6 + and S6 - and in Fig. 4, the Steil relay S6 arranged.
The same applies to the other points. At the left end of Fig. 3 and at the right end of Fig. 4, as in the main patent, the route setting or testing relays FSA, FSB, FSC and FSI, FSII, FSIII are arranged. At both ends of the individual circuits are in parallel a contact of a route or track button shown in Fig. 2 and a con tact of a route relay of the corresponding route or station track.
When setting a journey between route C and track III, the buttons TC and TIII are pressed in FIG. 2. As a result, the regulating relay S6 + is excited from the right in FIG. 3 (provided that the switch 6 is not already in the minus position in another route, because the contact S6- then prevents the relay S6 + from being picked up). With its own contact, S6 + switches on the control relay S3, which on the one hand releases a current path to the control relay S1 + and on the other hand a current path to the route relay FSC, which is excited because the button contact TC is closed. The contact TC is then bridged by the contact FSC, so that the button TC in FIG. 2 can then be released again.
In Fig. 4, by closing the button contact TC, the control relay S3 - is first activated, which switches on the control relay S6 with one of its contacts and interrupts the current path to the stay relay S1 + with another contact in FIG. With the contact S6, the current flow for the chosen route in Fig. 4 is switched through and the driving road relay FSIII energized, since the button contact TIII is closed. This contact is also bridged by a contact FSIII, so that the button TIII in FIG. 2 can then also be released. In addition, when the route relay is switched on, the button contacts in the respective other circuit are bridged so that the selected circuit in FIGS. 3 and 4 remain switched on.
The now open contacts S3- in Fig. 3 and S6 + in Fig. 4 separate the set route from other routes. In other circuits that are not part of the subject matter of the invention and are therefore not shown, the switches are brought into the appropriate position and locked by means of the control relay and the selected route is set and the associated signal is set to travel.
1 shows that two routes are possible for a journey between the tracks 1I and B, namely either via the points 5, 6, 3 and 1 or via the points 5, 4, 2 and 1. Es it is assumed that the former route is preferred. If the button contact TII is closed in FIG. 3, the two control relays S4 + and S6- are energized after the control relay S5 has been energized. A contact S6-, which is in the line to relay S4 +, switches this relay off again and prevents this non-preferred current flow from building up.
In the same way, in FIG. 4, where the key contact TB is closed, the switching on of this control relay and thus the setting of the non-preferred current flow is prevented with the aid of a contact S3 + in the supply line to the control relay S2-.
If, on the other hand, part of the preferred route is already being used to set up another route (for example by setting the route described above between tracks 111 and C), setting the preferred route is prevented. For example, in Fig. 3, the excitation of the speed control relay S6- is excluded by a contact S6 +, as is the excitation of the speed control relay S3 + in Fig. 4 by a contact S3- .
The contacts of these control relays, which are located in the circuits of the non-preferred route, cannot open, so that the non-preferred route is now set via switches 5, 4, 2 and 1, while the preferred route is from both sides is cordoned off against the established route.
If the route between tracks A and II is to be set, then in Fig. 3 after closing the key contact TII, the current flow of the desired route will not try to be set, but rather the one via the control relays S5, S6-, S3 and S1 +. In FIG. 4, however, after the key contact TA has been closed, the current flow is established via the control relays S2 +, S4 and S5 +. A contact from S5 + in Fig. 3 then separates the current flow, which had set up first, again; The contact S6- in the desired circuit is thus closed again, and the desired circuit can also be established in FIG. 3.
The invention is not limited to the illustrated exemplary embodiment with two possible routes be, but can also be used in more complicated track systems with several possible routes ver, with relatively simple and without the use of additional relays to a circuit for only one route each one of the possible routes are preferred and it is nevertheless ensured that, depending on the operational requirements, if this route is partially adjusted, the routes that are otherwise possible can be used for vehicle movements.
Saving additional relays also has the essential advantage that the entire circuit required for setting the route can be divided into fixed groups, with only a few contacts, which are distributed over several relays, to form such preferred routes . A change in preference can also be made in a simple manner without major switchovers.
