Porte-clefs La présente invention a pour objet un porte-clefs qui, comme dans le brevet principal No 300221, comprend un boîtier renfermant un mouvement à musique et muni d'un dispositif de fixation d'au moins une clef.
Le porte-clefs selon l'invention se distingue de celui du brevet principal en ce que le boîtier com prend des moyens de support escamotables pour un élément plat amovible.
Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution du porte-clefs faisant l'objet de la présente invention ainsi que des variantes.
La fig. 1 est une vue en plan de cette forme d'exécution.
La fig. 2 est une vue en coupe par la ligne 2-2 de la fig. 1.
Les fig. 3 et 4 sont des vues en perspective de deux variantes du porte-clefs.
Le porte-clefs représenté aux fig. 1 et 2, comporte un boîtier 1 en deux parties 2 et 3 venant s'emboîter l'une dans l'autre, des vis (non représentées) main tenant ces deux parties ensemble. La partie 2 forme la boîte proprement dite contenant un mouvement à musique désigné d'une façon générale en 4. La partie 3 forme couvercle et présente une fenêtre 5 ménagée dans le fond de celui-ci qui constitue une des faces du boîtier 1.
Une tirette 6 est montée coulissante dans la fe nêtre 5 entre les bords intérieurs 7 de celle-ci et un faux-fond transparent 8 en passant à travers une fente (non représentée) ménagée dans un des côtés du couvercle. Le faux-fond transparent 8 laisse ap paraître le mouvement à musique 4 à travers la fe nêtre 5 lorsque la tirette 6 est sortie, comme repré- senté à la fig. 1. Cette tirette 6 est constituée par une plaque dont les bords longitudinaux 9 sont re pliés de manière à réaliser un logement pour une feuille 10, par exemple, une photographie, un motif décoratif, une réclame, etc., une plaque de protection 11 en matière transparente recouvrant la feuille 10.
L'extrémité extérieure de la tirette 6 est munie d'un rebord 6' servant d'organe de préhension et venant s'appliquer contre la paroi correspondante du cou vercle lorsque la tirette est poussée.
Le faux-fond transparent 8 présente des rebords 12 s'appuyant contre les parois intérieures du cou vercle 3 et des bandes longitudinales 13 formant éléments de guidage de la tirette 6 et venant s'ap puyer contre le fond du couvercle 3 pour ménager l'espace nécessaire à la tirette.
Pour empêcher la tirette de sortir de son loge ment lorsqu'elle est tirée vers l'extérieur, la plaque qui la constitue est munie de butées non représentées venant buter contre les bords de la fente à travers laquelle passe la tirette.
La tirette pourrait également être reversible et présenter sur une face une photographie ou tout autre élément plat et sur l'autre face une surface semblable à celle des autres faces du boîtier. Cette disposition permettrait soit de faire apparaître la photographie à travers la fenêtre, soit l'autre sur face donnant l'impression d'avoir un boîtier uni comme les porte-clefs habituels.
La tirette 6, au lieu de porter une photographie ou autre document, peut constituer un support d'écri ture effaçable tel que ceux déjà connus et qui com prennent une couche de cire recouverte d'une feuille transparente sur laquelle on peut écrire à l'aide d'un crayon ou d'un autre organe pointu, l'écriture dis paraissant par décollement de la feuille transparente de la cire lorsqu'on fait coulisser ledit support dans la fenêtre. Avec une tirette de cette construction, le porte-clefs pourrait être avantageusement utilisé comme bloc-note pour inscrire des courses à faire, rendez-vous, etc., un instrument à écrire pouvant également être prévu solidaire ou non du boîtier.
Dans la variante représentée à la fig. 3, les moyens de support escamotables pour l'élément plat amovible tel qu'une photographie par exemple, com prennent une plaque pivotante 14 escamotable sous le couvercle 3'. A cet effet, ce couvercle qui est vissé sur le boîtier 2 présente une fente 15 dans la quelle vient s'engager la plaque 14 lorsqu'elle est escamotée de manière à venir à fleur des rebords du couvercle 3. Cette plaque 14 est pivotée autour d'un axe 16, par exemple, un rivet, et comporte un loge ment 17 destiné à recevoir une photographie ou autre élément plat.
Un rebord 18 s'étendant le long d'un des côtés de la plaque 14 permet de saisir celle-ci lorsqu'elle est escamotée. La plaque 14 pourrait également faire office de couvercle. Dans ce cas tout le couvercle 3 pivoterait autour d'un axe vertical et la photogra phie, par exemple, serait disposée à l'intérieur du couvercle.
Dans la variante représentée à la fig. 4, un cou vercle 19 est articulé sur le boîtier 2 à l'aide d'une charnière 20. Ce couvercle 19 présente à l'intérieur un support 21 de photographie, par exemple, de sorte qu'en position fermée comme représenté en traits pleins, la photographie est escamotée sous le couvercle et qu'en position ouverte (en traits mixtes) elle est visible.
Des saillies ou rainures de préhension (non repré sentées) pourraient être ménagées de la façon habi tuelle sur le bord du couvercle 19 opposé à la char nière 20 pour permettre de l'ouvrir avec l'ongle, par exemple. Dans cette variante, la photographie ou autre, au lieu d'être disposée directement dans le support ménagé dans le couvercle, pourrait être sup portée par une tirette telle que celle décrite ci-des sus, et qui serait montée dans le couvercle. Une partie seulement du couvercle pourrait être articulée sur le boîtier et porter une photographie ou article analogue.
Dans une autre variante, simplifiée, la photogra phie ou autre élément plat pourrait être simplement disposée dans une fenêtre pratiquée dans l'une des faces du boîtier. On pourrait également prévoir le cas où la photographie elle-même serait escamotable dans une fente du boîtier ou du couvercle, pour être échangée ou pour permettre de voir le mouvement à musique. Dans ce cas, la photographie serait d'un élément de protection transparent.

The key ring shown in fig. 1 and 2, comprises a housing 1 in two parts 2 and 3 which fit into each other, screws (not shown) holding these two parts together. Part 2 forms the actual box containing a musical movement generally designated as 4. Part 3 forms a cover and has a window 5 formed in the bottom thereof which constitutes one of the faces of the case 1.
A zipper 6 is slidably mounted in the window 5 between the inner edges 7 thereof and a transparent false bottom 8 passing through a slot (not shown) formed in one of the sides of the cover. The transparent false bottom 8 allows the musical movement 4 to appear through the window 5 when the zipper 6 is out, as shown in FIG. 1. This zipper 6 is constituted by a plate, the longitudinal edges 9 of which are folded so as to provide a housing for a sheet 10, for example, a photograph, a decorative motif, an advertisement, etc., a protective plate 11 transparent material covering the sheet 10.
The outer end of the zipper 6 is provided with a flange 6 'serving as a gripping member and coming to rest against the corresponding wall of the cover when the zipper is pushed.
The transparent false bottom 8 has flanges 12 resting against the inner walls of the cover 3 and longitudinal strips 13 forming guide elements of the pull tab 6 and coming to rest against the bottom of the cover 3 to spare the space required for the pull tab.
To prevent the zipper from coming out of its housing when it is pulled out, the plate which constitutes it is provided with stops, not shown, which abut against the edges of the slot through which the zipper passes.
The pull tab could also be reversible and present on one side a photograph or any other flat element and on the other side a surface similar to that of the other sides of the case. This arrangement would either allow the photograph to appear through the window, or the other on the face giving the impression of having a plain box like the usual key rings.
The zipper 6, instead of carrying a photograph or other document, can constitute an erasable writing medium such as those already known and which include a layer of wax covered with a transparent sheet on which one can write with the letter. using a pencil or other pointed member, the writing appearing by peeling off the transparent sheet of the wax when said support is slid in the window. With a pull tab of this construction, the keyring could advantageously be used as a notepad for writing down errands to be done, appointments, etc., a writing instrument also possibly being provided, whether or not integral with the case.
In the variant shown in FIG. 3, the retractable support means for the removable flat element such as a photograph for example, comprise a pivoting plate 14 retractable under the cover 3 '. To this end, this cover which is screwed onto the housing 2 has a slot 15 in which the plate 14 engages when it is retracted so as to come flush with the edges of the cover 3. This plate 14 is pivoted around an axis 16, for example, a rivet, and comprises a housing 17 intended to receive a photograph or other flat element.
A flange 18 extending along one side of the plate 14 allows the latter to be grasped when it is retracted. The plate 14 could also act as a cover. In this case, the entire cover 3 would pivot around a vertical axis and the photograph, for example, would be placed inside the cover.
In the variant shown in FIG. 4, a cover 19 is articulated on the housing 2 by means of a hinge 20. This cover 19 has inside a photographic support 21, for example, so that in the closed position as shown in lines full, the photograph is retracted under the cover and that in the open position (in phantom lines) it is visible.
Protrusions or gripping grooves (not shown) could be made in the usual way on the edge of the cover 19 opposite to the hinge 20 to allow it to be opened with the nail, for example. In this variant, the photograph or the like, instead of being placed directly in the support provided in the cover, could be supported by a pull tab such as that described above, and which would be mounted in the cover. Only part of the cover could be hinged to the housing and carry a photograph or the like.
In another, simplified variant, the photograph or other flat element could simply be placed in a window made in one of the faces of the case. One could also provide for the case where the photograph itself could be retracted into a slot in the case or in the cover, to be exchanged or to allow the musical movement to be seen. In this case, the photograph would be of a transparent protective element.
