Description
Ultraschall-Bestrahlungsvorrichtung Zur Einstrahlung von Ultrasehall in belie bige Körper, insbesondere für medizinische Zwecke, wurde bisher der in Form eines Handgriffes ausgebildete Ultraschallstrahler in Form einer Streichmassage über die zu behandelnde Körperpartie hinweggeführt. Dieses Vorgehen ist sehr zeitraubend und mühsam, da der Arzt oder die-Hilfskraft während der gesamten Behandlungsdauer manuell beschäftigt ist. Aus diesem Grunde ist auch vorgeschlagen worden, den als Handgriff ausgebildeten Behandlungskopf mit einem Stativ zu fixieren und an der zu behandelnden : Sör- perpartie anzusetzen. Dieses Verfahren hat sich ebenfalls nicht durchsetzen können, da geringste Bewegungen des Patienten den Schall übergang bereits stören und ausserdem bei der Einstrahlung mit ruhendem Behandlnngskopf der jeweils erfasste Bezirk wesentlich kleiner ist als bei Einstrahlung mit bewegtem Behand lungskopf. Diese überstände werden bei der Vorrieh- tung nach der Erfindung dadurch vermieden, dass an einer Saugvorrichtlmg mehrere Arme angeordnet sind, an welchen leicht drehbar und verschiebbar Ultraschalistrahler angeordnet sind. Fig'. 1 zeigt ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Vorrichtung. Bei 1 erkennen wir den Körper, welcher bestrahlt werden soll, beispielsweise den menschlichen Körper. 2 ist ein handels üblicher Gummisauger, 3 ein luftdicht in ihn eingeführtes Rohr, auf welches der Gummiball 4 aufgesteckt ist. Mit 5 sind Blattfedern bezeichnet, welche mit gewisser Reibung um das Rohr 3 herum drehbar angeordnet sind. An ihnen befinden sich die Arme 6, auf welchen in Längsrichtung verschiebbar und mit einem einzigen Griff fixierbar, die Gelenke 7 angeordnet sind, welche die Arme 6 mit den Stäben 8 zusammenhalten und sie in jeder gewünschten Richtung gegeneinander festzulegen gestatten. An den Stäben 8 sind in einer Richtung wirksame oder auch kardanisch ausgebildete Gabeln 9 angebracht, welche dafür sorgen, dass sich der betreffende Ultraschallstrahler jeweils der Neigung der Körper- oberfläche selbsttätig anpasst. Mit 10 sind die flachgebauten Ultraschallstrahler bezeichnet. deren Durchmesser möglichst grösser als ihre Dicke sein soll, und mit 11 ihre Zuführungskabel. Im Gummisauger 2 sind Mittel 12 angebracht, welche bei sehr weicher Haut ein völliges Hineinsaugen der Haut bis an die Mündung des Rohres 3 verhindern, um ein Nachlassen der Saugkraft zu vermeiden. Diese Mittel können aus einem Rippenprofil, einem eingelegten Drahtnetz oder anderem mehr be stehen, welche ein luftdichtes Anlegen der Haut an die Innenfläche des Gnmmisaugers 2 verhindern. Die Vorrichtimg wird mit zusamuienge- drücktem Ball 4 auf der betreffenden Körperpartie aufgesetzt, wobei nach dem Loslassen des Balles der notwendige Unterdruck zum hinreichend festen Ansaugen der Vorrichtung selbsttätig entsteht. Hierauf werden die um das Rohr 3 drehbaren Arme 6 in die gewünschten Richtungen ausgefahren und durch Lösen der Gelenkschrauben 7 die Stäbe 8 so weit nach unten gedrückt, dass die Strahler 10 mittels der Kardanaufhängung 9 am Körper 1 satt anliegend durch die Blattfedern 5 federnd angedrückt werden. In Fig. 1 sind nur zwei Ultraschalistrabler gezeichnet, für eine wirksame Einstrahlung sind jedoch meistens drei oder mehr Strahler erförderlich. Auch kamin einer der Strahler durch ein Stützbein ersetzt sein, wenn es beispielsweise darauf ankommt, sämtliche Strahler auf der einen Seite der Saugvorrichtung dicht nebeneinander anzuordnen, wie es beispielsweise bei der Paravertebralbestrah hmg erforderlich ist. Da die Saugvorrichtung in diesem Falle sehr schief belastet werden würde, empfiehlt es sich, an der gegenüberliegenden Seite durch ein Stützbein einen Gegendruck auszuüben. Die Vorrichtung gewährleistet eine sichere und reproduzierbare Ultraschalleinstrahlung, selbst wenn der Patient sich während der Behandlung merklich bewegt. Auf jeden Fall ist es jedoch erforderlich, ein li : oppelmedium zuvor auf die E Haut zu bringen, welches nicht nur eine sichere Ultraschallübertragung durch Vermeidung der Luftschicht zwischen Strahlern und Haut gewährleistet, sondern ausserdem ein betriebssicheres Ansaugen der Saug- vorrichtung selbst. Es wird vorgeschlagen, hierfür eine wasserlösliche, gelatinöse Paste zu verwenden, welche sich als derart wirksam erwiesen hat, dass die genannte Vorrichtung selbst auf stark behaarten Körperpartien Verwendung finden kann.
Claims (1)
- PATENTANSPRUCH Ultraschall-Bestrahlungsvorrichtung, insbesondere für therapeutische Zwecke, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an einer Saugvorrichtung mehrere Arme angeordnet sind, an welchen leicht drehbar und verschiebbar Ultraschallstrahler angeordnet sind.UNTEIEANSPRÜCEIE 1. Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Arme um die Saugvorrichtung herum drehbar angeordnet sind.2. Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Arme federnd ausgebildet sind.3. Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den Armen Ge- lenke vorgesehen sind, welche eine Verschie bung und Verdrehung der Ultraschallstrahler gestatten und die mit nur einem einzigen Betätigungsorgan arretierbar sind.4. Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Durchmesser der Ultraschallstrahler grösser als ihre Dieke ist.5. Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ultraschallstrahler derart an kardanischen Gelenken angeordnet sind, dass sie sich selbsttätig der jeweiligen Neigung der Oberfläche des zu bestrahlenden Körpers anpassen können.6. Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gummisauger in seinem Innenraum Mittel enthält, die ein Einsaugen und Anlegen der Haut an die Innenfläche des Saugers verhindern.
