Fig. 2).
Fig. 3).
Device for picking up, moving and depositing bulk material The invention relates to a device for picking up, moving and depositing bulk material.
For such purposes, a driving tool has already become known, in which two arms pivotable about a common axis are arranged at the rear end of its frame. These arms are in turn in gelenki ger connection with arranged on the frame, double-acting pressure cylinders and can be pivoted through them. To pick up a bucket from the ground who swiveled the arms backwards, and the bucket is attached to them by means of ropes. The bucket is then lifted in an arc onto the vehicle frame and set down there. In order to prevent the front end of the vehicle from lifting off the ground, hydraulic winches are arranged behind the rear wheels of the vehicle on the frame, which are supported on the ground when a filled bucket is picked up.
On the actual frame of the driving tool, a subframe is arranged. This can be pivoted about the same axis as the arms arranged on the vehicle frame. To tilt the bucket, it is locked by hand with this subframe using a special lever. By actuating the pressure cylinder in the opposite direction as when picking up the bucket, the bucket is then pivoted together with the auxiliary frame about the common pivot axis and thus tilted. Then the bucket with the subframe is lowered back onto the vehicle frame. After unlocking the auxiliary frame, the bucket can then be set down on the ground again through the pressure cylinder and the arms.
The known vehicle is primarily intended to be a road vehicle with which buckets can be transported over greater distances. But there is also known a vehicle for picking up, lifting and tilting a container, which is provided with a fork-like lifting device. This engages in the eyes of the container and lifts it, guided on a mast, to the desired height. Then the fork is turned and the container is tilted sideways. Such a design requires gears to achieve the tilting movement; it is multi-part and difficult to use.
Tipping over the side is also less advantageous than tipping over the head end of the vehicle for various reasons.
The device according to the invention is characterized by a vehicle with a fork-shaped frame at one end, the legs of which are arranged to receive a bucket from the floor at a distance from one another at least equal to the bucket width and at a height above the floor at least approximately equal to the bucket height, as well as by a device arranged on the fork legs for lifting, holding, tilting and lowering the bucket.
In the drawing, an execution example is shown schematically. 1 shows the vehicle and a bucket in a side view before the bucket is received; Fig. 2 shows the front part of the vehicle with a bucket picked up and raised in the driving position in a side view; 3 shows the front part of the vehicle with a bucket swiveled into the tilting position in a side view and FIG. 4 shows the frame of the vehicle and its front wheels in a view from above. The bucket 10 is open at its upper end and tapers on all sides towards its lower end.
In order to enable good emptying, the tapering on its front surface 10a is particularly strong. Because of the taper, it has a relatively small base area 10b. This is advantageous in that it allows the bucket 10 to be easily rotated on its bottom surface 10b. In order to facilitate turning or moving the bucket 10, handles can be attached to it. For full scraping, it is also possible to place the bucket 10 on its front surface loa. The height of the bucket 10 is quite low, where it can be filled with little effort.
Slightly below the upper edge of the bucket 10 are on the sides walls 10c each one extending over its entire length and outwardly protruding horizontal support rib 11 is seen before. These support ribs 11 are used to support the bucket 10 on the vehicle. Furthermore, the bucket 10 has in the vicinity of its upper edge at the rear end of its two side walls 10e in each case a bolt 12 protruding towards the outside.
The bolts 12 are at the same height as the support ribs 11. In front of these bolts 12 when the bucket 10 is picked up, lifted and tilted, parts of the vehicle which prevent the bucket 10 from slipping off lie in front of them.
In the exemplary embodiment shown, a tractor 13 is used to drive the vehicle. Of course, other engines could also be used, which can be built into the vehicle body itself or to which the vehicle body can be coupled.
The frame 14, which consists of tubes, is articulated to the tractor 13. This frame 14 is fork-shaped at its front end and there projects with its fork legs 14 a and 14 b over the front wheels 15. To accommodate the bucket 10 from the floor, the legs 14a, 14b are arranged at a distance approximately equal to the width of the bucket from each other and a slightly lower height than the support ribs 11 of the bucket 10 above the floor. On the legs 14a, 14b, for. B. in the middle of the same the front wheels 15 of the driving tool stored.
This arrangement of the front wheels 15 ensures that the bucket 10 is picked up and carried approximately in the middle between the front wheels 15, which results in no or only very small moments which cause relief or even lifting of the rear end of the vehicle could. The arrangement of counterweights and support jacks is thereby eliminated. The frame 14 is swingingly connected to the tractor 13 by coupling parts 16 and 17. This allows the front wheels to rotate relative to the tractor 13 to adapt to uneven ground.
On the two fork legs 14a. 14b is each one rail 19 pivotally attached to its front end. These rails be advantageously made of upwardly open U-shaped profiles and rest on the fork legs 14a, 14b. At the rear ends of these rails 19 levers 20 are pivotably attached. The same length of additional levers 21 are pivotable at the front ends of the fork legs 14a, 14b, namely in front of the connection points of the levers 19. At the upper ends of the levers 20, 21 a connecting rail 22 is articulated, which has approximately the same length as the rail 19 and a downwardly open U-shaped profile.
The rails 19, 22 and the levers 20, 21 essentially form a joint parallelogram. The rear end of the upper rails 22 and the rear levers 20 are connected by stiffening struts in the transverse direction. Between the front end of the legs 14a, 14b and the rear end of the upper rails 22, a pressure cylinder 23 acting on one side is arranged in an articulated manner. The diameter of this pressure cylinder 23 is kept such that it can be inserted into the U-shaped rails 19 and 22. For the rotatable mounting of the rails 19.
Lever 21 and pressure cylinder 23 at the front ends of the legs 14a, 14b are expediently arranged on bearing plates. The pressure cylinders 23 preferably work with pressurized oil and are actuated from the driver's seat of the vehicle. When pressurized oil is introduced into the pressure cylinder 23, the levers 20, 21 are pivoted parallel to one another about their lower pivot points and the rails 22 are raised, while the rails 19 continue to rest on the legs 14a, 14b. These movements are limited by the stops 24 arranged at the front end of the legs 14a, 14b, against which the lever 21 nien after a ge know pivoting movement to the plant.
Upon further application of the pressure cylinder 23 with pressurized oil then pivot the rails 19 and 22 with their lever 20 about their front pivot points upwards, while the lever 21 remain in their position on the stops 24. This movement can be continued until ziun complete pushing out of the piston rod 25 from the pressure cylinder 23. By releasing pressure oil from the pressure cylinders 23 there is a corresponding return movement. At the upper ends of the rear lever 20 a finger-like extension 20a is provided. When the upper rails 20 are in the lowered position, these extensions 20a lie under them.
When lifting and pivoting the lifting and tilting device, however, they step over the rails 22 upwards.
To pick up a bucket 10 from the ground, the vehicle is first driven with the fork legs 14a, 14b and the bucket 10 and under its support ribs 11. As then the pressure cylinder 23 of the driving tool are applied with pressure oil. As a result, the upper rails 22 rise parallel to the fork legs 14a, 14b, lie against the support ribs 11 of the bucket 10 and lift it off the floor.
Here, the finger-like extensions 20a of the levers 20 to secure the bucket 10 lie on the rails 22 in front of the bolts 12 of the bucket 10 and possibly push them back a little, which means that the bucket 10 is also centered if necessary. This lifting movement continues until the lever 21 stops against the stops 24. The length of the levers 20, 21 and the position of the stops 24 is selected so that the bucket 10 is at a sufficient height when the levers 21 are positioned against the stops 24. It is the driving position (see. Fig. 2).
However, the vehicle can also be set in motion during the lifting movement. After reaching the driving position, the application of the pressure cylinder 23 is set with pressure oil. The vehicle now brings the bucket 10 to the place intended for its content. It is emptied by tilting it. For this purpose, the pressure cylinders 23 are again acted upon with pressure oil. Since a further stroke movement t of the rails 22 by the stops 24 is impossible, a Schwenkbewe movement of the rails 19, 22 and the lever 20 with the bucket 10 around the front pivot points of the rails 19, 22 is now (see. FIG. 3 ).
The finger-like extensions 20a of the levers 20 lie in front of the bolts 12 of the bucket 10 to an even greater extent than before and thereby completely secure the latter against slipping even when tilting. The pivoting or lupping movement can be continued until the piston rods 25 of the pressure cylinder 23 are fully extended. In the. In most cases, however, a full extension of the piston rods 25 to achieve a complete emptying of the bucket 10 will not even be necessary.
On the other hand, to prevent the lifting and tilting device with the bucket 10 from tipping over, the length of the pressure cylinders 23 and the piston rods 25 is chosen so that the pivoting movement of the device with the bucket 10 cannot exceed a permissible level. After the bucket 10 has been unloaded, the pressurized oil is drained from the pressure cylinders 23 again until the device with the bucket 10 has been pivoted back into the driving position.
The empty bucket 10 is then moved back to the place where it is now to be used. There it is then lowered by further releasing pressure oil from the pressure cylinders 23 and set down on the floor, the rails 22 being released from the support ribs 11 and the finger-like extensions 20a of the levers 20 releasing the bolts 12. When the vehicle moves back, the bucket 10 finally comes out of the area of the fork-shaped front end of the frame 14 of the vehicle.
Apart from the advantages of the described device already mentioned, it should also be mentioned that due to the chosen design of the vehicle, the bucket 10 and the device for picking it up, moving it away, tilting and setting it down are in the direction of travel. Another advantage is that the driver can pick up the buckets, continue, tilt and put them down again from his seat without any other aids or assistants.
The device is mainly used for the transport of bulk goods in less good soil conditions. It is particularly well suited for use in small and medium-sized stone and lime quarries, where until now only tracked dump trucks, motor shakers or cable cars have been used. The bucket filled with lumpy or granular material is picked up by the vehicle, brought to the place intended for the material, unloaded there by tilting it overhead, brought back to the workplace and set down again there.
When tipping waste material onto dumps, a considerable advantage of the vehicle is that no material falls onto the edge of the dump and has to be removed from there later. This is based on the protruding design of the front end of the frame 14 and on the fact that the front wheels 15 of the vehicle can even drive over the edge of the pile, the frame 14 resting on the edge of the pile, since the center of gravity of the vehicle is due to the heavy Drive tractor 13 is quite far back.
Finally, the simplicity of the vehicle in its training, operation and mode of operation, as well as its versatile application possibilities, should be particularly emphasized.
