Fig. 2 zeigt perspektisch eine Variante.
Method for producing floors and flooring produced according to this method The present invention relates to the production of floors and to a floor produced according to this method, in particular for terraces and screeds outdoors.
The inventive method is characterized in that atü an impermeable, bituminous layer node elements and a network of these connecting the horizontal ribs is laid, where the surfaces of the ribs with those of the node elements are at least approximately in the same plane,
whereupon the fields between the ribs are filled with a layer of sand and a layer of concrete covering them up to the level of the upper surface of the node elements.
The floor, which is also the subject of the invention and produced by the above-mentioned method, is characterized by a layer of sand and an overlying cementitious mass which is applied to an impermeable, bituminous base and which is divided into slab sections like a network, with the Nodal points of the edges of the panel sections on the base resting nodal elements are embedded, the surfaces of which are at least approximately at the same level with the upper surface of the formwork.
On the accompanying drawing Ausfüh approximately examples of the subject invention are shown.
Fig. 1 shows in perspective one of the Kno tenelemente with part of a rib connected to the same.
Fig. 2 shows a variant in perspective. FIG. 3 is a transverse profile of a detail of the constructive variant according to FIG. 2.
Referring to these figures, A denotes the cylindrical or tapered knot element, preferably made of thermosetting or thermoplastic material, which forms the connection of the vertices of the visible sections of the casing.
The element A rests with its base 1 on the impermeable layer 2, which is formed, for example, from alternating layers of asphalted cardboard and bituminous materials (FIG. 3).
The element A has radial connecting pins 3 on a plane essentially perpendicular to its axis. In the example of FIG. 1, these pins have a transverse profile that corresponds to the inner cross-section of the hollow profile bars 5, these pins being intended to accommodate the profile bars or ribs 5, the latter of which the edge of the sections of the visible, ferti gene Should form the floor.
The profile bars 5 are preferably made of thermoplastic, elastic material in order to form an elastic edge. The horizontal upper surface of the profile bars 5 is at the same level as the upper surface of the node element A.
A layer of sand 6 is laid on the impermeable layer 2, and the concrete layer, for. B. with marble particles, up to the level of the upper surface of the profile rods 5 and the node elements A.
With regard to the layer thickness of the concrete, the height of the profile bars or the joints is somewhat limited, with practically forming cross-sections with lower resistance in the concrete layer, in which there are any cracks caused by expansion and shrinkage due to Än.de- rimg the temperature localize.
The profile bars 5 and the node elements A are not removed, and form a net-like visible arrangement, with excellent strength and elasticity, as well as an attractive aesthetic effect, which arrangement in a very short time. can be moved.
In the example according to FIG. 2, in which the parts corresponding to FIG. 1 are denoted by the same symbols but with a prime, the junction element A 'has four radial connecting pins 3', with a recess 4- into which the hook-shaped The end of the star ren profile rods 5 'is suspended, which profile rods with their upper, visible surface are at the same level as the upper surface of the node element A'.
While the node element A ', which is also made of plastic in this case, is always left in place, the ribs 5' can either be left in the concrete mass or removed. In the latter case, the channels that remain in the concrete formwork are filled with an impermeable plastic material (e.g.
B. bituminous asbestos putty), which protects the joints, as shown with 7 in Fig. 3, in which the parts corresponding to FIG. 2 have the same reference but have a double line. In Fig. 3 the pins 3 are replaced by the wings 3 ".
The number and the mutual position of the connecting pins 3, Ö- or the wings 3 ″ (in the illustrated examples 90) can of course depending on the geometric shape that is used for the net-like, visible arrangement of the nodes A and the profile bars 5 was set, be different.
In the case shown in Fig. 1 imd 3, the profile rods 5 have a wesent union oval cross-section to elasticity and good adhesion to the inngebenden concrete despite the expansion and shrinkage due to the large temperature differences in summer and winter, day and night guarantee.
