Follow-up control The invention relates to a follow-up control where a primary government, e.g. B. Outside temperature controller, and one in parallel. held secondary regulator, e.g.
B. The flow temperature controller of a heating system, using a potentiometer and a balancing potentiometer, influence the current flowing through the coils of a differential relay, which in turn gives the control pulse, and the essential thing is that the sliding contact of the output relay olleieh potentiometer automatically by a controller for a variable to be controlled, e.g. B. a room temperature controller of a test room, ge controls.
As a result, the setpoint value of the secondary controller can be automatically adjusted depending on the display value of the primary controller in such a way that the third controller variable, e.g. B. the room temperature, always corresponds to the W indicated value without a manual adjustment being necessary.
An advantageous embodiment results if the trimming potentiometer is connected between the sliding contacts of the primary regulator and the secondary regulator.
As a result, the trimming potentiometer is twice as effective as if it is connected between a regulator potentiometer and a coil of the differential relay, as is usually the case, because when its sliding contact is displaced, both ends of the trimming potentiometer with respect to hers Resistance can be influenced. A further advantageous embodiment is obtained when between the sliding contacts of the regulator potentiometer and their effective ends a to the desired controlled variables, z. B.
Temperatures, calibrated voltmeter is switched, preferably before a second sliding contact controlled by the sliding contact of the balancing potentiometer, a compensation resistor lying in series with the voltmeter was adjusted in the opposite direction to the balancing potentiometer. According to another embodiment, ammeters calibrated for controlled variables are connected in the lines between the regulator potentiometer and the coils of the differential relays.
In both embodiments, the control values corresponding to the respective controller positions can be read off immediately. A manually adjustable tuning resistor is advantageously switched in parallel to one or the coils of the differential relay. As a result, the current flowing through the relay coils can be changed for each position of the trimming potentiometer in such a way that the resistance range of the control potentiometer, i.e. the control range, is changed and thus adjustable.
The drawing shows a circuit sheet as an embodiment of the invention. A primary controller 2, e.g. B. an outside temperature controller, and a parallel connected secondary controller 3, z.
B. a flow temperature controller of a heating system, the coils 6 and 7 of a differential relay 8 <are supplied via regulator potentiometers 4 and 5 / B> with power from the power line 9 via a balancing potentiometer 10, lines 11, 12, lines 13, < / B> 14 and lines 15, 16 or power line 17. The differential relay 8 controls via contacts 18, 19 </ B> the actuator, e.g. B. a motor of a supply steam valve of a heater.
According to the invention, the conductive contact 20 of the adjustment potentiometer is controlled by a reversible motor 21 via a gear 22, which in turn is controlled by a controller 23, e.g. a room temperature controller of a test room, A relay 26 and lines 27, 28, 29 is automatically controlled via maximum and mini malkontakt 24, 25 .
The trimming potentiometer 10, 20 is between the sliding contacts 30 and 31 of the regulator potentiometers 4 and 5 </ B > Arranged, so that when the sliding contact 20 is displaced, the potentiometer 10 changes to both sides, that is to say becomes twice as effective.
The connections of the lines 13 and 14 to the regulator potentiometers 5 and 4 can be provided at the same ends, so that the differential relay is controlled in the same direction, or else how shown, at different ends, so that opposing controls of the differential relay and thus of the controlled system take place.
The relay 26 receives its current through network connections 32, 33.
Between the sliding contact 31 of the regulator potentiometer 5 and its effective end, there is a voltmeter 36 by means of lines 34, 35 B> connected in parallel via a compensation resistor 42 controlled by the pointer 20, in the opposite direction to this, along with sliding contact 43, which is based on the desired controlled variables, e.g. B.
Temperatures, is calibrated, so that the controlled variables can be read off directly on the voltmeter 36 , without falsification by resistance changes in the calibration potentiometer 10. instead an ammeter 37 in the line 14 (or 13 :), 1.5 or 16) , which is calibrated to the controller size . Let’s see from this too. read off the control value immediately.
Parallel to one or both coils 6, 7 of the differential relay there is a manually adjustable tuning resistor 38 or 39 with sliding contact -10 or 41 switched, which serves to change the current flowing through the relay coils for each position of the control potentiometers 4 and 5 in such a way that the resistance range, i.e. the control range, is
the potentiometer '-, changed and thus adjustable. If the setting resistors 38, 39 are switched off, the full flow from 9 via potentiometers 4, 5 to 17 </ B > Current going through the coils 6, 7 of the differential relay.
If, on the other hand, the parallel resistors 38, 39 are switched on more or less, less current passes through the coils 6, 7 of the die series relay, and thereby the control potentiometers 4, 5 become more or less effective, so that in the rapid effect their resistance range and thus also the control range is changed electrically.
These individual resistances are generally set when the system is installed and remain unchanged during operation. The voltmeter 36 or ammeter 37 is calibrated taking into account the setting of the tuning resistors.
If, for example, the outside temperature on controller 2 drops in a heating system, the differential relay 8 provides power to open a steam valve until the flow temperature on controller 3 < / B> has risen so far that the resistances of potentiometers 4 and 5 are the same again.
If the temperature in the test room, i.e. at the controller 23, falls below the setpoint, the controller 23 controls the motor 21 and the gear 22 via the minimum contact 24 and the relay 26 in such a way that that the sliding contact 20 is moved to the left, and now the differential relay 8 again gives current to open the steam valve until the temperature on the flow regulator ') has risen so far that the C < / B> The resistances of the potentiometers 4 and 5 and the two ends of the trimming potentiometer 10 are again _equivalent.
Simultaneously with both adjustments of the sliding contact 20, the sliding contact 43 isolated from the contact 20 is adjusted in such a way that the sum of the effective resistances 10 and 42 on the voltmeter remains constant. The voltmeter 36 always shows the actual temperature according to the position of the controller 3 .
