Eine derartige, mit solchen Aussenfühlern ausgerüstete Regelanlage würde den gestell- ten Wünschen an sich wohl ;
Der thermisch besteuerte Kontakt ;schaltet die Heizung stets bei der Bleiehen Tempera tur aus und bei einer etwas geringeren Tem peratur wieder ein;
Begelanordnang for regulating the temperature of a room equipped with a heat exchange system using an outside thermostat with auxiliary heating. Various arrangements are known for regulating the internal temperature of a building or the like heated by a heating system as a function of the external temperature.
So turn to a known control arrangement of. the outside temperature influenced contact thermometer is used. These contact thermometers, which only serve as temperature sensors, have, among other things, the disadvantage that they do not take into account the heat losses. But since the building depends not only on the temperature of the outside air, but also on its movement,
Thermal conductivity and solar radiation is influenced, since the heat losses can vary in size at a specific outside temperature, it appears necessary for perfect temperature control that the outside sensor in this regard. the same properties as the building should have.
In order to meet this requirement, in the case of regulating arrangements that are controlled as a function of the outside temperature, outside thermostats that respond to heat losses instead of outside temperatures have already been proposed. To achieve the purpose, one proceeds in such a way that the external thermostat is artificially heated and its own
Heat losses are related to the heat losses of the building.
Such a control system equipped with such external sensors would in itself meet the requirements;
if it does not have the disadvantage that its thermal inertia is very small in relation to the inertia of the building. Such an outside sensor with small thermal inertia acts namely at. Heating up from the moment when it is thermally stable,
that is, its heat loss has adapted to the external conditions, a regulation that would only be correct
if the building had also reached the thermally stable state at the desired interior temperature. However, the building needs a significantly longer time to stabilize, sometimes extending over several hours than the outside sensor, which is thermally stable after perhaps half an hour.
The consequence of this is that the internal temperature is only reached slowly, which in many cases is perceived as uncomfortable. The time. until the desired inside temperature of the heated room is reached, the longer the greater the difference in heat transfer between the outside sensor and the building.
In order to avoid the above-mentioned disadvantage, external thermostats with auxiliary heating have also become known which, by using suitable filling materials, are designed so that they have approximately the same pale thermal inertia as the building to be monitored.
The process here is that the heating works at full power when heating up until the outside thermostat, due to its own auxiliary heating, which can be switched on and off with the building heating, also has its appearance that corresponds to the desired inside temperature of the building - t.ur reached. It is because of the thermal inertia of the outside thermostat.
that of the C building matches,: After this time, the fabric in the building has the same mean indoor temperature: see, as in the outside thermostat.
With this control system, however, it is necessary that the heating output. This means that the heat supplied by the heater per unit of time: must be constant because the auxiliary electrical heating of the outside thermostat is also constant. So it will only work properly with electrical heaters and possibly with steam heaters.
However, with hot water heating it is not possible to keep the heating output constant. In addition, with <B> oil </B> and coal firing, it is almost impossible to maintain a constant heat output.
The invention relates to a control arrangement for controlling. the temperature of a room. When using an external thermostat with auxiliary heating, the elite internal temperature can be reached and maintained in a short time without the output of the heat exchange system having to be constant.
According to the invention, this is achieved in that the auxiliary heating of the external thermostat which controls the regulating element of the heat storage system is controlled as a function of the temperature of this system.
The auxiliary heating of the outside thermostat can be influenced as a function of the flow temperature or the difference between the flow and return temperatures. The arrangement can be affected in this way
.that the auxiliary heating of the outside thermostat from a flow or is taxed by a flow and a return flow thermostat.
In the drawing, two exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. Before going into more detail on these exemplary embodiments, a few general explanations should be made for the time being.
One. Thermostat, which contains heating and a thermally controlled contact, requires an average heating energy, which is exactly the same as its heat loss, if its average temperature is to remain constant.
The thermally controlled contact; always switches the heating off at the lead temperature and on again at a slightly lower temperature;
the NÄI # urniunits to be carried out per time unit are on average equal to the @vä.rmeunits flowing out per time unit. If such a thermostat is now connected to any body to conduct heat,
so some of the heat in the thermostat will flow into this body and the other into the surrounding air, if. the temperature inside the thermostat is higher than the ambient air and the body. If you attach the thermostat to a pipe of a hot water heater,
the energy absorbed by the heating of the controller is a measure of the heat flow from the controller to the heating pipe and to the ambient air.
In the following, the exemplary embodiments shown in: the drawing will now be discussed in greater detail.
The control arrangement according to FIG. 1, the circuit of which is readily apparent from the drawing, contains an external thermostat 1, a regulating organ 2 that controls the heating, a boiler thermostat 3 serves as a maximum limiter, a flow thermostat 4 and a Rüaklaufthermostat 5 .
The external thermostat 1, the thermal inertia of which is preferably the order of magnitude of the thermal inertia of the heated building, has a heating coil 6 and a thermally controlled contact 7. The flow thermostat 4 contains a Heizwick treatment '9 and a thermally controlled contact 10 Kon.
The return thermostat consists of a heating winding 12 connected to the heating winding 9 of the flow thermostat 4, a heating winding 13 in series with the heating winding 6 of the external thermostat 1 and a thermally controlled contact 14.
To make it easier to understand the manner in which we operate the arrangement according to FIG. 1, its explanation should be based on a numerically documented example.
If, for example, the contact thermostats 4 and 5 are set to the switch-off temperature of <B> 90 '</B> and the flow temperature instantly <B> 60', </B> and the return temperature 40 ', then at Heating process the contacts 10, 14 of the two Anlegethermo states 4, 5 be closed.
Thus, first of all, the heating circuit fed by the transformer 16 for the heating windings 9, 12 connected in parallel and, secondly, the heating circuit also fed by the transformer M for the heating windings 6, 13 connected in series:
closed. It is, thus, the contact thermostat 4 heated to <B> 90 '</B> and at this temperature through. intermittent switching of the contact 10 held.
The heating winding 9 takes, if one disregards the heat leak to the ambient temperature, one of the temperature difference between thermostat 4 and flow, in the assumed case, that is one of the temperature difference of <B> 3.0 '</B> corresponding heating power.
A proportional power is also supplied to the thermostat 5, since the two heating coils 9, 12 are parallel to one another. Since the heating power absorbed by the heating coil 12 corresponds to a temperature difference of 3.0 ', it is of course, since the switch-off temperature <B> 90' </B> and the return temperature 40 ',
the Ileizwiaklung 13 require a heating power which corresponds to a temperature difference of 20 '. This temperature difference is therefore also the temperature difference between the flow and return. Since the two heating coils 13 and 6 are still in series with one another,
the heating coil 6 of the external ventilator 1 also receives a heating output corresponding to the temperature difference of 20 '. When the temperature of, for example, <B> 19 '</B> in the external thermostat, which corresponds to the desired building-de-internal temperature, is then its contact 7,
open. This also switches off the regulating element 2 of the heating system and interrupts the heating. By intermittently switching the contact 7, the temperature of 19 'is then practically maintained.
The heating power consumed by the external thermostat 1 is now proportional to the temperature difference between the flow and return, neglecting the influence of the circulation speed of the heating medium, thus a measure of the heating power emitted by the heating in the building. Contact 7 is closed as long as
until the temperature set in the outdoor thermostat is reached, while the regulating element 2 regulates the heating continuously to full load. In this way, even with a hot water heating system, it can be achieved that the external thermostat 1 only reaches its switch-off temperature when the desired internal temperature is available in the C-building.
The figure? shows a simplified arrangement that waives higher accuracy, because here the outside thermostat: 1 is only controlled depending on the flow temperature.
The contact thermostat 4, which controls the heating of the external thermostat 1 and is attached to the flow pipe, contains a heating coil 9 and a thermally controlled changeover contact 101.
Furthermore, the arrangement also has a recirculator 2n an ') and a 2 boiler thermostat 3. The circuit itself does not need to be discussed in more detail, since. this is readily apparent from the drawing.
If the flow thermostat 4 is set to the switch-off temperature of <B> 90 '</B>, its switchover contact 10' will close the circuit for the heating winding 9 and also keep it closed when heating. Furthermore, the contact 7 of the outside thermostat 1 is also closed, so that the regulating element 2 of the heating system is switched on.
Only when the temperature in the flow thermostat .l has come to <B> 90 '</B>, the changeover contact 10' will interrupt the circuit of the heating coil,: luiig 9 and close the circuit of the heating coil 6 of the external thermostat 1, which now the outside thermostat 1 is heated.
The Heizwiol ##, lung 9 will take up the more heating power, the lower the flow temperature, the heating coil 6, on the other hand, the more the higher the flow temperature is, i.e. the more heat is given off from the heating to the building .
Finally, the external thermostat 1 will have a switch-off temperature corresponding to the internal temperature of the heated building, for example 19 ', which interrupts the contact 7 and thus also switches off the control element 2 which has been up to that point at full load. By intermittently switching the contact 7, the temperature of <B> 19 '</B> is then practically maintained.
Since the contact thermostat 4 in the embodiments is not directly the control element? controls the heating, it cannot serve as a maximum limiter, so a special limiter in the form of a boiler or strap-on thermostat is necessary.
In the two exemplary embodiments, a boiler thermostat 3 acts on a switch 18 which, when the maximum permissible water temperature of the stimulus system is reached, interrupts the circuit of the electrically controlled regulating element 2.
It goes without saying that the standard arrangement cannot only be used for hot water heating systems. Rather, it can also be used to control other heating systems, such as steam systems.
The heating system itself can in turn be provided with coal or oil firing or with an electric boiler. The regulating arrangement is also intended not only for regulating the room temperature of buildings, but also for other temperature-controlled devices such as heaters, refrigerators and the like.
