Description
Dalle en béton armé et procédé pour sa fabrication Le présent brevet comprend une dalle en béton armé, caractérisée par le fait qu'elle porte dans sa face inférieure, des poutres partielle ment encastrées supportant entre elles des pla ques isolantes du bruit et de la chaleur, dis posées sous ladite face inférieure de la dalle.
Le brevet comprend aussi un procédé de fabrication de la dalle ci-dessus définie, selon lequel on forme au moyen des poutres et des plaques qu'elles supportent, un coffrage dans lequel on coule du béton.
Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exem ple, en coupe verticale, une forme d'exécution de la dalle objet d'une des inventions.
La dalle composite en béton 1 représentée, est armée de ferrures 2 et 3, et porte dans sa face inférieure l', des poutres 4 partiellement encastrées dont les extrémités sont supportées par les murs non figurés d'un édifice pour le quel la dalle doit constituer, par exemple, un plafond-plancher.
Les poutres en bois 4 portent sur la partie inférieure non encastrée, de leurs faces laté rales, des liteaux 5 sur lesquels reposent des plaques isolantes 6 faites d'un aggloméré de fibres de bois et de fibres de verre. Ces plaques 6, isolantes du bruit et de la chaleur, touchent la face inférieqre l' de la dalle en béton. Une couche de plâtre délimitée par le trait mixte 7, peut être posée sous les plaques 6 pour servir de plafond.
On peut fabriquer la dalle qui vient d'être décrite, sans avoir à confectionner un coffrage spécial qui serait ensuite détruit. A cet effet, on fixe les liteaux 5 sur les faces latérales des poutres 4 et dispose sur les taquets, entre les poutres, les plaques isolantes 6. L'ensemble des poutres 4 et des plaques 6 constitue un cof frage muni d'armatures 2 et 3, dans lequel on coule du béton jusqu'au-dessus de la face su périeure 4' des poutres, pour réaliser la dalle. Les poutres 4 sont donc partiellement encas trées dans le béton quand celui-ci a fait prise.

The composite concrete slab 1 shown, is reinforced with fittings 2 and 3, and carries in its lower face the, partially embedded beams 4 whose ends are supported by the walls not shown in a building for which the slab must constitute, for example, a ceiling-floor.
The wooden beams 4 bear on the lower part not embedded, of their lateral faces, battens 5 on which rest insulating plates 6 made of an agglomerate of wood fibers and glass fibers. These plates 6, insulating against noise and heat, touch the lower face of the concrete slab. A layer of plaster delimited by the mixed line 7 can be placed under the plates 6 to serve as a ceiling.
The slab which has just been described can be manufactured without having to make a special formwork which would then be destroyed. For this purpose, the battens 5 are fixed on the lateral faces of the beams 4 and placed on the cleats, between the beams, the insulating plates 6. The set of beams 4 and plates 6 constitutes a box fitted with reinforcements 2 and 3, in which concrete is poured up to the top of the upper face 4 'of the beams, to make the slab. The beams 4 are therefore partially embedded in the concrete when the latter has set.
