Zusatz-Arbeitsgerät zu Mixer für Haushaltzwecke Für den: Haushalt vorgesehene Vorrich tungen zum Mischen, Rühren und Zerkleinern von Nahrings- und Genussmitteln weiden heutzutage allgemein als lfixer bezeichnet.
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft nun ein Zu- satz-Arbeitsgerät zu einem solchen Mixer, welcher aus einem einen Antriebsmotor ent haltenden Sockel und einem abnehmbar darauf gesetzten Oberteil besteht, der ein Gefäss zur Aufnahme des zu:
verarbeitenden Gutes auf weist, in welchem Gefäss die ,zum Mischen, Rühren und Zerkleinern dieses Gutes dienen den Arbeitselemente rotierbar angeordnet sind, welche auf einer Arbeitswelle sitzen, die mittels einer Steckkupplung mit der im Sockel befindlichen Motorwelle gekuppelt ist, derart,
dassbeim Abheben des erwähnten Oberteils vom Sockel diese .Steckkuppliuzg automatisch gelöst und beim.Wiederaufsetzen des Oberteils selbsttätig wieder eingerückt wird.
Das erfindungsgemässe, an Stelle dieses Oberteils auf den Sockel aufsetzbare Zusatz- Arbeitsgerät ist nun dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es in seinem Gehäuse eine drehfest mit einer Arbeitswelle verbundene,;
an ihren Sehneidstellen mit Durchbrechungen versehene Raffelscheibe aufweist, dass -unterhalb dieser Scheibe und im Abstand davon eine mit der Rafielscheibe ratierbare Auffang- und Leit- scheibe für das durch die Raffelscheibe hin durchgefallene geraffel=te Gut vorgesehen ist,
so dass zwischen den beiden .Scheiben ein am Umfang offener Sehleuderraiim gebildet wird, dass oberhalb der Raffelscheibe ein bis dicht an diese heranreichender Eiufüllstutzen für das zu verarbeitende Gut vorhanden ist, und dass das untere Ende der die beiden Scheiben tragenden Arbeitswelle den einen Teil einer Steckkupplung bildet,
welcher zu dem an der Motorwelle des Mixersockels befindlichen Kupplungsgegenstück passt, das Ganze derart, dass, nach Abnahme des Mixeroberteils vom Sockel, beim Aufsetzen des Zusatzgerätes auf den Sockel die Arbeitswelle dieses Gerätes automatisch mit der Motorwelle gekuppelt wird, so @dass bei laufendem Motor die beiden.
Scheiben ,gedreht werden, um im Einfüllstut- zen befindliches Gut, wenn es mittels eines in dem Stutzen. eingeführten Stössels gegen die Raffelscheibe gedrückt wird, zu raffeln und das geraffelte Gut durch diese Scheibe hin durch in den erwähnten Schleuderraum zu führen, von wo aus es in einen Auslauf des Zusatzgerätes gefördert zu werden bestimmt ist.
Die beiden Scheiben können von der Ar beitswelle wegnehmbar und gegen eine un- diuchbrochene, mit einem Siebmantel verbun dene Raffelscheibe auswechselbar sein, um das Zusatzgerät als Saftgewinnungsgerät ver wenden zu können.
Die Zeiehniuig zeigt ein Ausführungsbei spiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes, und zwar in der rechten Hälfte im Gebrauchszustand als Raffelgerät und in der linken Hälfte im Gebrauchszustand als .Saftgewinnungsgerät. Das gezeichnete Zusatz-Arbeitsgerät ist zum Aufsetzen auf den Sockel eines Mixers der oben angegebenen Art bestimmt,
und zwar naphdem der Oberteil; des Mixers abgenom men worden ist. Es besitzt ein aus zwei Teilen 1 und 2 bestehendes Gehäuse, welche Teile mittels eines nicht gezeigten Schnellverschlus ses, z.
B. Klemmbügeln, sösbar miteinander verbunden sind. An der Unterseite des Ge- häuseteils 2 ist mittels nicht dargestellter, durch Mittellinien 4 angedeuteter Schrauben eine Scheibe 4 befestigt, mittels welcher das Zusatzgerät an den Sockel des Mixers ange schlossen zu werden bestimmt ist; der An schluss kann z.
B. durch Bajonettverschluss bewerkstelligt werden. Im Gehäuseunterteil 2 ist die Arbeitswelle 5 gelagert, deren unteres Ende einen Teil 6 einer Steckkupplung bildet, deren Gegenstück vom obern Ende der im er wähnten Sockel befindlichen Motorwelle ge bildet wird.
Auf das obere, mit Gewinde ver sehene Ende -7 der Welle ist eine Mutter 9 geschraubt. 8 bezeichnet einen mit der Welle 5 fest verbundenen (vergossenen) Teller und 14 einen: beiderends offenen, von- ;
der Decke des Gehäuseteils 1 nach unten ragenden Ein- füllstutzen für das zu verarbeitende Gut. 15 stellt eine Öffnung im Gehäuseteil 2 dar, an welche ein mit 16 angedeuteter Auslauf an schliesst.
Dieser Auslauf verläuft von seiner Ansehlussstelle weg schräg nach unten und, in der Draufsicht des Gerätes gesehen, mehr oder weniger tangential; zum Gehäuseteil 2, -Lind zwar nach vorn, das heisst in der Dreh richtung der Welle 5. Mit 19 ist eine Rinne bezeichnet, die .gegen die Öffnung 1'5 hin Ge fälle hat.
Gemäss der rechten Hälfte der Figur sitzt auf dem Teller 8 eine Scheibe 10, die mit einem Distanzring 11 versehen ist, auf dem seinerseits eine Raffelseheibe 12 sitzt, die an ihren Schneidstellen mit Durehbrechungen versehen ist.
Zwischen den voneinander distanzierten Scheiben ist der Schleuderraum 13 vorhanden, der an seinem. Umfang ringsum offen isst. Die beiden ,Scheiben 10 und 12. rei chen beinahe bis zum Mantelteil des Gehäuse teils 2. Sie werden: mittels der Mutter 9 fest auf den Teller 8 gedrückt, so dass sie mit der Welle 5 rotieren. Der Stutzen 14 reicht bis dicht an die Raffelscheibe 12 heran.
Wenn nun das eben beschriebene Gerät auf den 1VIixersocke1 gesetzt wird, rückt der Kupp lungsteil 6 automatisch in das Kupplungs- gegenstück der Motorwelle ein.
Wenn hierauf der Motor in Betrieb gesetzt und mittels eines Stössels das in den Einfüllstutzen 14 einge brachte Gut auf .die Raffelseheibe gedrückt wird, so wird durch letztere das Gut ,geraffelt und fällt durch die Raffelseheibe hindurch in den Ra-tun 13 und auf die Scheibe 10.
Das geraffelte Gut wird in diesem Raum in Rota tion versetzt und nach aussen geschleudert, und durch die Öffnung 15 hindurch in den Auslauf 16 befördert. Dieser Auslauf ist nach oben offen, aber um ein unerwünschtes Naeh- aussen"Streiien .des geraffelten Gutes zu ver meiden, ist eine auf den Auslauf aufzuset zende Kappe vorgesehen, durch welche der Auslauf ringsherum geschlossen werden kann.
Nach Abnahme des Gehäuseoberteils 1 und Abschrauben der Mutter 9 können die Teile 10 bis 12 abgenommen und gegen den Teil 17, 18 gemäss der linken Hälfte der Figur ausgewechselt werden, der .ebenfalls mittels der Mutter 9 drehfest mit der Welle 5 ver bunden werden kann. Der Teil 17 stellt eine undurchbrochene Raffelseheibe dar, die auf dem Teller 8 aufsitzt. An diese Scheibe ist der untere eingebogene Rand eines Siebmantels 18 angeschlossen.
Die Scheibe 17 ist so be messen, dass der Stutzen 14 bis dicht an sie heranreicht. Wenn nun bei rotierendem Teil 17, 18 das in den ,Stutzen 14 eingefüllte Gut mittels des erwähnten Stössels nach unten ge drückt -wird., wird es durch die Scheibe 17 ge raffelt und, sobald es sieh seitlich ausserhalb des Stutzens befindet, durch Zentrifugalwir- kimä an .den Siebmantel 18 geschleudert, von wo aiLs der Saft des geraffelten Gutes eben falls durch Zentrifugalwirkung durch den Siebmantel hindurch an die Innenseite des Gehäuseoberteils 1 geschleudert wird.
Der Saft fliesst an dieser Innenseite ab, gelangt in die Rinne 19 und von dieser zur Öffnung 15, um schliesslich durch den Auslauf 16 in ein untergestelltes Gefäss auszulaufen.
