Description
Boilers, boilers have so far usually been equipped with an inner boiler made of galvanized iron sheet, around which an insulation layer was located, which in turn was covered by shuttering. It shows that the inner boilers, made of galvanized sheet iron, were attacked by certain types of water. In such cases, the expensive inner boiler made of copper or suitable metal alloys were used.
The boiler according to the invention differs from the known boilers because it has an existing coat with respect to volume for the greater part of porous material, which is clad on its inner surface with a waterproof film.
In one embodiment of the inven tion, the jacket consists of aerated concrete, which ensures good thermal insulation, and which is covered with a thin copper foil on the inside. This slide has. only the purpose of separating the water from the porous jacket through which it could seep and which it could possibly influence chemically in an unfavorable manner.
Since the foil does not form an independent inner chamber that has to withstand the water pressure, the copper requirement is much lower than with conventional copper kettles. Instead of a copper foil, a foil made of another metallic or non-metallic material can also be used. The edges of the polishing parts can be welded or soldered to one another at the seams; But they can also simply be folded together with one another, expediently with an intermediate layer of sealing material.
Appropriately, the lining by appropriate shaping, z. B. by Rip pen or depressions, an increased stiffness are given. The liner can fer ner connected to the insulation, e.g. B. be glued ver.
If you consider porous: material, e.g. B. synthetic resin foam used, you can decalcify or repair the boiler part of the jacket, z. B. its upper part with the lid, cut off and after completion of the work and possibly still he set the liner back together and connect, z. B. by gluing. The jacket can be reinforced with metal rods or wires.
The outer surface of the jacket can, if necessary, also be covered with a film. But you can also densify the pore material on the outer surface to a skin that absorbs a coat of paint well, ensures a clean appearance of the boiler and can be easily cleaned.
