Dispositif d'éclairage pour compteur de véhicule La présente invention a pour objet un dis positif d'éclairage pour compteur de véhicule, notamment pour compteur kilométrique de motocycle, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un projecteur de forme allongée au travers d'une paroi latérale duquel passe librement un fil électrique portant à son extrémité libre une borne de contact à siège conique placée sous l'action d'un ressort tendant à la presser vers l'intérieur du projecteur, la paroi latérale op posée de ce dernier présentant également un siège conique destiné à recevoir le culot de l'une des extrémités d'une ampoule électrique cylindrique dont le culot de l'autre extrémité est destiné à être logé dans le siège conique de ladite borne de contact,
le tout de façon que ladite ampoule tienne en place par la seule pression du ressort.
Le dessin ci-annexé représente, à seul titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution du dis positif d'éclairage objet de l'invention.
La fig. 1 en est une coupe longitudinale suivant la ligne I-I de la fig. 2, et la fig. 2 est une coupe transversale suivant la ligne II-11 de la fig. <B>1.</B>
Le dispositif d'éclairage représenté est destiné à éclairer le cadran d'un compteur ki lométrique monté, par exemple, à bord d'un motocycle du type scooter.<B>-11</B> comprend un projecteur constitué par un boîtier métallique ouvert 1 de forme allongée, à section transver sale de forme générale triangulaire, dont une paroi longitudinale se prolonge par une partie 1 a pliée en L, servant à la fixation du projec teur au compteur.
Dans l'une des parois latérales 1 b du boî tier est percé un trou dans lequel est engagée une tige filetée 2 a d'un manchon 2 en matière isolante maintenu en place par un écrou 3 vissé de l'extérieur sur la tige 2 a. Cette tige 2 a est pourvue d'un alésage central dans le quel passe librement un fil électrique 4 dont l'extrémité libre est connectée à une borne de contact 5 à siège conique contre lequel est ap pliqué le culot d'une ampoule cylindro-coni- que 6, à filament rectiligne, dont l'autre extré mité également pourvue d'un culot, est appli-, quée dans une creusure conique ménagée dans la paroi latérale opposée 1 b du projecteur.
Sur la tige cylindrique de la borne de con tact 5 que traverse le fil 4 est engagé librement un manchon métallique 7 servant de guidage extérieur à un ressort à boudin 8 prenant ap pui d'un côté sur le fond du manchon 7 et de l'autre côté sur le fond du manchon isolant 2. Dans la position d'éclairage représentée, le res sort 8 légèrement armé maintient l'ampoule 6 en place dans ses sièges coniques en pressant vers l'intérieur du boîtier la borne de contact 5 solidaire du fil 4. Le manchon métallique 7 a un diamètre extérieur plus petit que le dia- mètre intérieur du manchon isolant 2 et peut donc coulisser librement dans ce dernier.
Pour retirer l'ampoule 6 et la remplacer par une autre, il suffit d'exercer de l'extérieur une traction sur le fil 4 ; la borne de contact 5 et le manchon métallique 7, tirés vers l'exté rieur par le fil 4 contre l'action du ressort 8, libèrent l'ampoule 6.

The lighting device shown is intended to illuminate the dial of a ki lometric counter mounted, for example, on board a scooter-type motorcycle. <B> -11 </B> comprises a headlight consisting of a metal housing open 1 of elongated shape, with a transverse cross section of generally triangular shape, a longitudinal wall of which is extended by a part 1 a folded into an L, used for fixing the projector to the meter.
In one of the side walls 1b of the housing is drilled a hole in which is engaged a threaded rod 2a of a sleeve 2 of insulating material held in place by a nut 3 screwed from the outside on the rod 2a . This rod 2 a is provided with a central bore in which passes freely an electric wire 4 whose free end is connected to a contact terminal 5 with conical seat against which is applied the base of a cylindrical bulb. - That 6, with a rectilinear filament, the other end of which also provided with a base, is applied in a conical recess formed in the opposite side wall 1b of the projector.
On the cylindrical rod of the contact terminal 5 through which the wire 4 passes is freely engaged a metal sleeve 7 serving as an external guide for a coil spring 8 bearing on one side on the bottom of the sleeve 7 and the the other side on the bottom of the insulating sleeve 2. In the lighting position shown, the res out 8 lightly armed maintains the bulb 6 in place in its conical seats by pressing towards the inside of the housing the contact terminal 5 integral with the wire 4. The metal sleeve 7 has an outside diameter smaller than the inside diameter of the insulating sleeve 2 and can therefore slide freely in the latter.
To remove the bulb 6 and replace it with another, it suffices to pull on the wire 4 from the outside; the contact terminal 5 and the metal sleeve 7, pulled outwards by the wire 4 against the action of the spring 8, release the bulb 6.
