Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung einer quatemären Ammoniumverbindung eines Bis-aminoalkoxy-alkans.
Gegenstand vorliegenden Patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer quaternären Ammoniumverbindung eines Bis-aminoalkoxy sukans. Das Verfahren ist dadurch gekenn teiehnet, dass ma. n aut 1 Mol 1, 8-bis-(ss-bromithoxy)-octan 2 Mol Dimethyl-n-hexylamin einwirken lässt.
Die erhaltene neue Verbindmg, das 1, 8 Bis- [ss-(n-hexyl-dimethyl-ammonium)-äthyoxy]octan-dibromid, schmilzt bei 130 . Sie soll als Arzneimittel und als Zwischenprodukt für Arzneimittel Verwendung finden.
Beispiel :
3, 6 Teile reines 1, 8-Bis- (-brom-äthoxy)- octan, 20 Volumteile trockenes Aceton und 2, 92 Teile reines Dimetlyl-n-hexylamin werclen im Einsehmelzrohr 14 Stunden auf 90 bis 100 erhitzt. Nach Erkalten wird abgesaugt und das erhaltene 1, 8-Bis- [} S- (n-hexyl-dime thyl-ammonium)-äthoxy]-octan-dibromid aus wenig abs. Methanol, unter Zusatz von Butanon, umkristallisiert. Es schmilzt bei 130 .
PATENTANSPRUCH :
Verfahren zur Herstellung einer quater nären Ammoniumverbindung eines Bis-amino alkoxy-alkans, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man auf 1 Mol 1, 8-bis-(ss-borom-äthoxy)-ectan 2 Mol Dimethyl-n-hexylamin einwirken lässt.
Die erhaltene neue Verbindung, das 1, 8 Bis- [B-(n-hexyl-dimethyl-ammonium)-äthoxy]- octan-dibromid, sehmilzt bei 130 .

The present patent is a process for the preparation of a quaternary ammonium compound of a bis-aminoalkoxy sukans. The method is characterized in that ma. N allows 2 moles of dimethyl-n-hexylamine to act on 1 mole of 1,8-bis- (ss-bromithoxy) octane.
The new compound obtained, 1.8 bis- [ss- (n-hexyl-dimethyl-ammonium) ethoxy] octane dibromide, melts at 130. It is intended to be used as a medicinal product and as an intermediate for medicinal products.
Example:
3.6 parts of pure 1,8-bis- (-bromo-ethoxy) -octane, 20 parts by volume of dry acetone and 2.92 parts of pure dimethyl-n-hexylamine are heated to 90 to 100 for 14 hours in a single drum. After cooling, it is suctioned off and the 1,8-bis [} S- (n-hexyl-dimethylammonium) ethoxy] octane dibromide obtained from a little abs. Methanol, with the addition of butanone, recrystallized. The new compound obtained, 1.8 bis- [B- (n-hexyl-dimethyl-ammonium) -ethoxy] -octane-dibromide, melts at 130.
