Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung einer quaternären Ammoniumverbindung eines Bis-aminoalkoxy-alkans.
Gegenstand vorliegenden Patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer quaternären Ammoniumverbindung eines Bis-aminoalkoxy-alkans. Das Verfahren ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, da. man auf ein Mol 1, 10-Bis (ss-brom-äthoxy)-dekan zwei Mol Benzyldime- thylamin einwirken lässt.
Die erhaltene neue Verbindung, das 1,10 Bis- [ss- (dimeths7l-benzyl-ammonium)-äthoxv]- dekan-dibromid, schmilzt bei 138 . Sie soll als
Arzneimittel und-als Zwischenprodukt für
Arzneimittel Verwendung finden.
Beispiel :
3,88 Teile 1, 10-Bis-(ss-brom-äthoxy)-dekan werden in 12 Teilen abs. Methanol gelost, mit 16 Teilen einer benzolischen Losung von Ben zyldimethylamin (32 /oig) versetzt und ira Einschmelzrohr 4 Stunden im siedenden Was serbad erwärmt. Die Lösung wird mit etwas trockenem Essigester versetzt, bis zur begin nenden Kristallisation eingedampft und erkal ten gelassen. Nach Umkristallisation aus Buta non + Alkohol schmilzt das erhaltene 1,10
Bis- [ss- (dimethyl-benzyl-ammonium)-äthoxy]- 'dekan-dibromid bei 138 .
PATENTANSPRUCH :
Verfahren zur Herstellung einer quater nären Ammoniumverbindimg eines Bis-amino alkoxy-alkans, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man auf ein Mol 1, 10-Bis-(ss-brom-äthoxy)- dekan zwei Mol Benzyldimethylamin einwir ken lässt.
