  Verfahren zur Herstellung einer   Diammoniumverbindung.   



   Gegenstand vorliegenden Patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Diammoniumverbindung, welches dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass man 1 Mol 1,10-Bis-[ss-(n  amyl-methylamino)-äthoxy]-dekan    mit 2 Mol   Methylbromid umsetzt.   



   Die so erhaltene neue Verbindung, das 1,10 Bis-   [fl- (n-amyl-dimethyl-ammonium)-äthoxy j-    dekan-dibromid, schmilzt bei   182 .    Sie soll als Arzneimittel und als Zwischenprodukt für Arzneimittel Verwendung finden.

21,4 Teile   1,      : 10-Bis- [ss- (n-amyl-methyl-      amino')-äthoxy]-dekan werden    mit 80 Teilen troekenem Aceton und 12 Teilen Methylbro  , nid    14 Stunden im   Einsehmelzrohr    in einem W'asserbad von   50-60     erwärmt. Nach Erkalten wird abgesaugt und das erhaltene 1,10 Bis-   [ss-      (n-amyl-dimethyl-ammonium)-äthoxy]-      dekan-dibromid    aus wenig abs,. Methanol unter Zusatz von Butanon umkristallisiert. Es schmilzt bei   182 .     



   PATENTANSPRUCH :
Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Diammoniumverbindung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man   1    Mol   1,      10-Bis-[ss-(n-amyl-methylamino)-    äthoxy]-dekan mit 2 Mol Methylbromid umsetzt.



   Die erhaltene neue Verbindung, das 1,10  Bis-Fss- (n-amyl-dimetlZyl-ammonium)-äthoxy]      dekan-dibromid,    schmilzt bei   182 .
