Photographischer ObjektivverschIuss.
Photographic lens shutter. Lens shutters for photographic cameras are already known which, in addition to the closing blades for the main shutter, are also provided with blades for an auxiliary shutter.
The lamellae of the auxiliary shutter are usually in front of those of the main shutter when viewed in the direction of the incidence of light and open the lens opening shortly before the main shutter is opened to expose the film and close it again shortly after the main shutter is closed.
Sole double locks are particularly used when the lamellae of the main lock are extremely light and therefore very thin because of the extraordinarily strong acceleration to which they are subjected, and there is consequently the risk of a weak one Pre-exposure could take place through these lamellae if this is not prevented by the auxiliary shutter.
A-Lieh, such an arrangement is indispensable for tension locks with a non-covered elevator.
It has been found that double lens shutters are very suitable for installing a flashlight switch, which is controlled by the shutter mechanism in such a way that the full development of the flash coincides with the full shutter opening. The present invention therefore relates to a photographic lens shutter with lamellae for an auxiliary shutter and for a main shutter, characterized in that
that it is assigned a switch to ignite a flashlight source, which is controlled by a member involved in the opening movement of the Hills shutter slats in such a way that the flashlight source is ignited automatically with the actuation of the shutter release, synchronized with the opening of the shutter.
In the accompanying drawings, two embodiments of the subject invention are shown for example.
Fig. 1 shows schematically a double shutter when setting the flashlight switch for a vacuum flashlight with the shutter cocked before triggering.
2 shows the same shutter with the same setting, but with the auxiliary shutter open and actuation of the flashlight switch, but before the main shutter is triggered.
Fig. 3 shows the same double lock when the flash switch for an electronic flash tube is set before triggering. Fig. 4 shows the same lock with the auxiliary lock open shortly before actuation with the same setting the flashlight switch and the main shutter, Fig. 5 shows the same shutter with the same setting,
however, at the time of the full opening of the main and auxiliary lock and the simultaneous actuation of the flashlight switch, Fig. 6, the same lock with the flashlight switch turned off during the triggering process.
FIG. 7 shows a two-part design of a control element for the second embodiment.
As can best be seen in FIG. 2, the main closure has a closure leaf ring with five sector lamellae 2 in the usual way. The locking leaf ring 1 is rotatably arranged in the usual way to open and close the slats 2 and is connected to a crank disk 3 by means of a push rod 5 , which is rotatably mounted on a fixed pin.
The crank disk 3 is under the influence of a drive link 4 which, when the closure is tensioned, is arranged and pretensioned in this way in the position according to FIGS. 1 and 3 is that when the crank disk is released, it is able to rotate in the sense of the temporary opening of the slats 2 with the predetermined speed and acceleration zLi.
The auxiliary lock has two lamellae 6 and 7 , which are pivotably mounted around a common, stationary pivot pin 8 and are articulated with each a tie rod 9 or 10 are connected. The push rods 9 and 10 are, on the other hand, articulated to a common pivot pin 11 , which sits directly in the lever arm 12 of an angle lever that rotates.
a stationary pivot 13 is rotatably mounted and the other lever arm 12b is intended to control a bolt and a flash light switch, as will be explained in more detail below. On the same pivot pin 13 a release lever 14 is also pivotably mounted, which is under the influence of a return spring 15 , which has the tendency to move the release lever 14 in the position shown in FIG. 1 to hold the rest position shown, in which it rests against a stop 26 with a force fit.
The release lever 14 is also provided with a control pin 17 , which works together with the lever arm 16a of a three-armed bolt 16 , which - around a stationary pivot pin 18 < / B> is pivoted. The latch 16 has a central one that is attached to the lever arm 12b . Lever arm 16b , which works together with a shoulder 19 of the lever arm 12b . The third lever arm 16e of the bolt 16 is directed opposite to the lever arm 16a.
The release lever 14 and the angle lever 12, 12b also have an extension each. These two extensions are connected by a pull leather 20, which is formed as a clutch spring for the two levers. The arrangement is such that the clutch spring has the tendency to pivot the angle lever 12, 12b in the same direction as the release lever 14 about the common pivot pin 13 when the release lever 14 is pivoted under the action of a pressure P by the finger of the operator.
At the free, bent end of the lever arm 12b, a control pin 21 is angeord net, which cooperates with the lever arm 22a of a two-armed contact carrier 22 of the flashlight switch. The contact carrier 22 is mounted so that it can rotate freely about a pivot 23 . The lever arm 22b opposite the lever arm 22a is provided with an electrical contact part, which the latter works together with a mating contact part 25a.
The contact carrier 22 is under the influence of a switching spring 24, which has the tendency to move the contact carrier 22 in the sense of closing the switch, where the contact part of the lever arm 22b with the mating contact part 22a in the closing case Touch comes.
The mating contact part 25a is seated on an adjusting disk 25 which is pivotably mounted on the pivot pin 23 coaxially to the contact carrier 22. The disk 25 can be pivoted in a manner not shown from a location outside the locking housing in different selvedge positions and can be locked in these positions.
In order to have a reference point for the respective setting of the disc 9.5 , it is marked with the three marks 31, X, 0, the meaning of which is explained below. For the exact setting, a stationary pointer 27 is arranged on the closure housing, to which the marks of the disk 25 can be brought into exact opposition by pivoting the latter.
The disk 25 is also provided with an extension 25d , which is intended to cooperate with the lever 16e of the bolt 16 is.
To set the flashlight switch to operate a vacuum flashlight, the disc 25 is brought into such a swivel position in which the mark 01 according to FIGS. 1 and 2 corresponds to the pointer 27 faces. In this setting position of the disk 25 , in the basic position according to FIG. 1, the bolt 16 is directly by means of the lever arm 16b adjacent to the attachment 19 and arranged in its path of movement, so that the angle love 12, 12b is locked against turning in the closed position of the two locks.
Here at the lamellae 6 and 7 of the auxiliary lock are held directly in the locked position, since these are inevitably driven by the lever arm 12 controlling the lock, whereas the crank disk < B> 3 is held in the closed position merely by a force-fit engagement of a nose 3a arranged in it against a stop 12a.
To trigger the lock, the operator exerts the force P on the free end of the release lever 14 by finger pressure and thereby pivots the lever 14 in the corresponding direction of rotation. Here, the coupling spring 20 is tensioned because the angle lever 12, 12b is initially not involved in this pivoting movement because of the locking by the latch 16 . However, as soon as the control pin 17 hits the lever arm 16a in the course of the pivoting movement of the release lever 14, and thereby the latch 16 in the corresponding sense - around the pivot pin 18 < / B> pivots, the I-.lebelarm 16b releases the locking attachment on the lever 12b .
Under the influence of the clutch spring 20, the angle lever 12, 12b is now pivoted, the control pin 21 releasing a corresponding pivoting movement of the contact carrier 22, so that the contact carrier 22 under the influence of the switching spring 24 comes into contact with the counter contact part 25a. The lamp circuit is closed before the WiÜkelliebel 12, 12b has reached a swivel position that releases the crank disk 3 ,
so that the nose 3a of the crank disk 3 is still blocked by the shoulder 12a of the lever arm 12 at the time of the current connection. In contrast to this, because of the inevitable drive, the slats 6 and 7 of the auxiliary lock are due to the pivoting of the angle lever. already opened to the appropriate extent.
The mass of the lamellae 6 and 7 as well as the driving lever linkage and thus the moment of inertia of these parts is dimensioned so that about 20 msee between the point in time at which the contact part makes the mating contact - Touched part 25a, and the point in time at which the nose 3a of the crank disk 3 was released by the Ansat7,12a pass.
It is readily apparent that by setting the disk 25 to a pivot position adjacent to the mark 111, another predetermined delay between the actuation of the flashlight switch and the opening of the halter lock can be achieved, and thus the disk 25 serves as a means of setting such a delay. A special mechanism to achieve such a delay between the actuation of the flashlight switch and the full opening of the main shutter is therefore not necessary.
After release of the release lever 14 by the operator, this lever is moved back under the influence of the return spring 15 to its rest position according to FIG. 1, in which it is at the stop > 26 is present.
To set the shutter on an electronic flash tube, the disk 25 is pivoted as shown in FIGS. 3 to 5 until its mark X your pointer is facing 27 . As a result, as a comparison with FIG. 3 shows, in the basic position according to FIG. 3, the distance between the contact part of the contact carrier 22 and the mating contact part 25a is correspondingly larger, so that a larger pivot angle of the contact carrier 22 may be required to close the switch.
If, with this setting, the operator triggers the lock by exerting finger pressure on the release lever 14, you will see the same movement processes as described above for the 111 setting, but with the difference that the activation of the flashlight switch only takes place at a point in time at which the main shutter is already fully open.
4 shows the position of the moving parts at a point in time at which the contact of the contact carrier 22 has not yet touched the mating contact part 25, but the shoulder 12a has a position which is immediately before the release of the locking lug 3a of the crank disc 3 , so that immediately afterwards the.
Release and thus the automatic opening of the main lock takes place under the influence of the switching elements 4. Fig. 5 shows the position of the moving parts at the time the flashlight switch is actuated. As can be seen, the locking stop 12a has already released the locking lug 3a, so that the main lock is in its fully open position when the flashlight switch is actuated.
If the flashlight switch is to be switched off completely, the pane 25 is brought into the swivel position shown in FIG. 6, in which the mark 0 is the Pointer 27 opposite. In this position, the mating contact part 25a lies outside the path of the contact carrier 22, and the extension 25d of the disc 25 has the latch by working together with the lever arm 16e 16 inevitably moved into an ineffective position in which the bolt, as shown in FIG. 6, is held.
As a result, the approach 19 of the lever arm 12b can pivot past the lever arm 16b of the bolt 16 without hindrance. As a result of the coupling spring 20, the angle lever 12, 12b immediately follows the movement of the release lever 14 when it is pressed down by the operator's finger pressure to release the lock.
As can be seen, the shutter release is divided into two movable parts connected to one another by the coupling spring 20, namely the release lever 14 and the angled lever 12, 12b, of which the first mentioned for - Direct actuation by the operator is intended, whereas the WinkelhAel controls the opening of the auxiliary lock and the main lock as well as the flashlight switch,
However, depending on the setting of the disc 25, the assignment of the movements of the two levers to one another can be influenced to a large extent in a predetermined manner, even up to the immediate sequence of movements.
The embodiment according to FIG. 7 differs from the embodiment discussed above only in that the lock-controlling pivot arm 12, with the interposition of an intermediate lever 28, the line in a pivot pin 29 is pivotably mounted. is coupled to the slats 6, 7 of the auxiliary lock.
The common pivot pin 11 for the push rods 9 and 10 of the auxiliary lock is therefore located on this intermediate lever, which has a seat 30 </ B> has, in which chem. a pin 31 located on the lever arm 12 engages.
The intermediate lever 28 is designed and arranged in such a way that a predetermined delay between the triggering of the main lock and the actuation of the flashlight switch is only dependent on the inertia of the lock-controlling lever 12, 12b when the disk 25 is set so that the mark X is opposite the pointer 27 . The angle lever 12, 12b can have a comparatively small mass with a suitable design.
Likewise, the friction of the angle lever with respect to the bearing pin 13 can be reduced to a minimum. As a result, the movement of the bell crank can be practically easily coordinated with the movement of the main shutter. The shape of the slot 30 in the intermediate lever 28 is chosen so that the restraining mass of the moving parts after the slats 6, 7 </ B> of the auxiliary lock is reduced.
