Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung einer fluoreszierenden     Monotriazolverbindung:@       Gegenstand des     vorliegenden    Patentes ist  ein Verfahren zur     Ilerstellung    einer     Ihioreszie-          renden        Monotriazolverbindung.    Das Verfah  ren ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man di  anotierte     4-Amino-stilben-2-sulfonsäure    mit 2  3mino-naphthalin-7-sulfonsäure     zmn        o-Amino-          azofarbstoff    kuppelt     und    diesen     zur        2-Stilbyl-          (4")

  -(naphtho-1',2'    :     4,5)-1,2,3-triazol-2",7'-di-          sulfonsäure    oxydiert.  



  Das     Natriumsalz    der erhaltenen neuen Ver  bindung stellt eine schwach     gelbstichige    Sub  stanz dar. Sie soll als     Aufhellungsmittel    Ver  wendung finden.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  Eine Lösung von 27,5 Teilen     4-Amino-          stilben    - 2 -     sulfonsäure,    4,1 Teilen Natrium  hydroxyd und 6,9 Teilen     Natriumnitrit    in 200  Teilen Wasser wird bei 8 bis     1O     mit 25 Teilen       Salzsäure    indirekt dianotiert.

   Die     Suspension     der     Diazoverbindung        wird    mit einer Lösung  von 22,3 Teilen     2-Amino-naphthalin-7-sulfon-          säure,    4,1 Teilen     Natriumhydroxyd    und 25  Teilen     kristallisiertem        Natriiunacetat    in 170  Teilen Wasser vereinigt.

   Der gebildete o     Amino-          azofarbstoff        wird    isoliert, in Wasser unter       Zugabe        von        20        Teilen        25        %        igem        Ammoniak     bei 90 bis 95  klar gelöst und die Mischung  von 60 Teilen     kristallisiertem    Kupfersulfat in  240 Teilen     Wasser    mit 120 Teilen     25 /oigem     Ammoniak zugegeben.

   Man hält bei einer Tem-         peratur    von 92 bis     95 >    bis der     o-Aminoazo-          farbstoff        vollständig    verschwunden ist, lässt  dann erkalten     und    scheidet die     2-Stilbyl-naph-          thotriazolverbindung    durch Zugabe von Koch  salz     aus.    Das     Rohprodukt    wird     in    Gegenwart  von überschüssigem     Natriiunsulfid    in heissem  Wasser gelöst, das entstandene     Kupfersulfid          abfiltriert,

      die überschüssige     Alkalisulfidver-          bindung    durch Salzsäure zersetzt und das Pro  dukt durch     Umlösen    aus Wasser weitergerei  nigt. Das     Natriumsalz    der     2-Stilbyl-(4")-          (naphtho-1',2'    :     4,5)-1,2,3-triazol-2",7'-disulfon-          säure    wird als eine schwach     gelbstichige    Sub  stanz erhalten. Auf     Cellulosefasern    ergibt  diese Verbindung eine starke grünblaustichige  Weisstönung, die gute     Echtheiten,    insbeson  dere eine gute Chlorechtheit, aufweist.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung einer fluoreszie renden 'i##Ionotriazolverbindimg, dadurch ge kennzeichnet, dass man dianotierte 4-Amino- stilben-2-sulfonsäure mit 2-Amino-naphthalin- 7-sulfonsäure ziun o-Aminoazofarbstoff kup pelt und diesen zur 2-Stilbyl-(4")-(nAphtho- 1',2' : 4,5)-1,2,3-triazol-2",7'-disulfonsäure oxy diert.
