Description

  

  Tuyau flexible muni d'au moins un raccord.    L'invention a. pour objet un tuyau flexi  ble présentant une nervure     hélic6idale    exté  rieure et muni d'au moins un<B> </B> raccord,     earac-          térisé    en ce que, le raccord comprend une       ha-ue        déformable        visséesur    une extrémité du  tuyau et comprimée sur ce dernier par une  tête de raccord afin d'assurer l'étanchéité (lu  joint.  



  Le dessin annexé montre,<B>à</B> titre d'exem  ple, diverses formes d'exécution de l'objet de  l'invention.  



  Les fi-.<B>1.</B> et, 2 de ce dessin montrent,  en coupe,     deLix    bagues     déformables,    respec  tivement cylindrique et tronconique.  



       La        fho.        ,;        1)   <B>'</B>     représente,        en        coupe        longitu-          dinale    partielle, l'extrémité d'un     tuyaui    nu  muni d'un raccord.  



  Les     fie#4-.    4<B>à 6</B> représentent des variantes  <B>(lit</B>     tuyaLi    de la     fig.   <B>3.</B>  



  Les<B>7</B> et<B>8</B> représentent une autre  forme, d'exécution et une variante.  



  Dans toutes les formes     d#e_xécution        repré-          sentéeîs,    le raccord comprend une bague     dé-          formable   <B>3,</B> qui peut être cylindrique     (fig.   <B>1.)</B>  ou tronconique     (fi-n-.    2) et     qui    est vissée sur       tine    extrémité du tuyau et. comprimée sur ce  dernier par une tête de raccord afin d'assurer       J'étanchéité,        dit    Joint.

  Le          déformable   <B>3</B> sur le tuyau<B>1,</B> pour assurer  l'étanchéité du joint.  



  Dans la variante de. la     fig.    4, le tuyau est  recouvert     #d'une    tresse<B>7</B> dont -une extrémité  est coincée entre la bague rigide 2 et la  douille<B>5.</B>  



  La variante de la     fig.   <B>5,</B> dans laquelle<B>le</B>  raccord est également monté sur un tuyau  garni d'une tresse<B>7,</B> comprend, en outre,       une    trompette<B>8</B> serrée avec la tresse<B>7</B> entre  la douille<B>5</B> et la bague 2.  



  Dans. la variante de la     fig.   <B>6,</B> le raccord  est monté sur un tuyau garni d'une tresse<B>7</B>  et recouvert d'une gaine protectrice<B>9;</B>     celle-          ci    est. retenue par une vis<B>10</B> que présente  la douille taraudée<B>5.</B>  



  Le raccord de la forme d'exécution de<B>la</B>       fig.   <B>7</B> comprend une bague     déformable   <B>3</B> vis  sée sur une extrémité du tuyau     nu   <B>1;</B> la tête  de raccord 4     pré-sente    une partie<B>11,</B> d'une  pièce avec la tête et. cylindrique<B>à</B> l'origine,  sertie<B>à</B> l'aide d'une matrice tronconique au  tour de la bague<B>3,</B> afin de comprimer cette  dernière, sur le tuyau. Dans la variante de la       fig.   <B>8,</B> cette partie<B>11</B> est une pièce distincte  12 retenue dans la tête par un rebord annu  laire qu'elle présente.  



  Les diverses formes d'exécution représen  tées et décrites comprennent des têtes femel-      les     tarandées,    mais il est évident     que    la tête  4 de raccord doit pouvoir s'adapter<B>à</B> chaque  montage particulier, en constituant soit un  raccord mâle, soit un raccord lisse, soit un  raccord<B>à</B> baïonnette, soit un raccord de     toi-ut     type connu.
