Description

  

      Verfahren        zum    Aufbringen von     Furnieren    auf Unterlagen.    Die Erfindung     betrifft    ein Verfahren     zum     Aufbringen von Furnieren auf Unterlagen  und zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass auf die       Unterlare    ein     klebfähiges    Bindemittel, darauf  ein Rohfurnier und auf dieses ein     durchsich-          ti-es    Bindemittel aufgebracht und das Ganze  bei Hitze     verpresst    wird, derart, dass das  Rohfurnier vom durchsichtigen Bindemittel       mindestens    teilweise durchsetzt wird.  



  Das Verfahren wird beispielsweise wie  folgt durchgeführt:  Es werden Rohfurniere von mindestens  0,0? mm herbestellt. Diese Rohfurniere     wer-          (len    mittels eines klebfähigen Bindemittels       iuilösbar    auf die Unterlage aufgebracht, wobei       auf    (las     Rollfurnier    ein     ebenfalls    klebfähiges,  aber durchsichtiges Bindemittel aufgebracht  und bei Hitze     verpresst    wird, derart, dass das  Rohfurnier vom durchsichtigen Bindemittel  mindestens teilweise durchsetzt wird. Die bei  den.

   Bindemittel können gleich oder verschie  den sein; sie     können    aus dünnen Klebfolien       von    etwa 0,04 mm Stärke bestehen, z. B. aus  Zellulose oder Kunstharz. Das auf die obere       F'läelie    des Rohfurniers aufgebrachte     Binde-          init.tel    ist durchsichtig, farblos oder farbig.  



  Die Unterlage, auf die das Rohfurnier un  lösbar aufgebracht werden soll, kann aus  Holz, Kunststoff,     Metall,    Glas, Textilgewebe,       Karton    bzw. Pappe, Papier oder     einem        a.n-          ;in(Iern    Fasermaterial bestehen.  



  Das Aufbringen des Rohfurniers auf die       Unterlage    kann in einem oder in mehreren    Arbeitsgängen mit dem Aufbringen des  durchsichtigen Bindemittels auf die obere  Fläche des Rohfurniers erfolgen.  



  Da. das auf das     Rollfurnier    aufgebrachte  Bindemittel klar durchsichtig ist, ergibt sich  nach. dem     Verpressen    auch eine klare, trans  parente Oberfläche. Diese kann matt sein oder  Hochglanz     aufweisen,    je nachdem die ent  sprechende     Pressplatte    poliert,     aufgerauht     oder bemustert ist.
